I lived here for about 5 months, I wish I had been here for my whole stay in Colorado but I had to leave early. Its in a safe and quiet area of Colorado Springs, minutes away from downtown. Only 10 minutes from Fort Carson. My apartment was simple, homely, and well kept. The high ceilings made my 600 and some square foot apartment seem much bigger than it was and gave it an airy feel (unlike lots of other apartments). The apartment gym is satisfactory and clean. Same goes for the laundry room. My neighbors werent noisy and I never actually noticed any wild or loud parties in the complex. The lack of guest parking is awesome and keeps the riff raff out. Meanwhile, apartment parking is plentiful. Management has an office cat, hes pretty cool. Management themselves are cool as well. I got my full deposit back after cleaning thoroughly on my own (some elbow grease was utilized).

Wildridge is a solid apartment complex at a very reasonable price. I am a former resident that resided there in 2019 and I am looking to move back at some point this summer. The location could not be better as I am very fond of the southwest part of Colorado Springs. The Mountain View’s at this property are second to none. Also, the gym, pool, and hot tub were great added bonuses to the overall package. Property management and maintenance were always pretty solid in my time there. Taylor, their current assistant manager has been very professional in working with me thus far and it seems like they still have a very competent team overall. I look forward to being back!

Not family friendly. My family and I moved to another complex due to the recent turn this place has taken. We did NOT feel safe for many reasons. The parking lot looks like a salvage yard. Several beat up damaged vehicles parked and left there for weeks on end. They have a tow company that supposedly monitors non-visitor vehicles, yet never tow any unauthorized vehicle. We would not let our son play outside due to vehicles driving 15 over on Southgate, a residential street, right outside of the complex. Marijuana is everywhere here. Although it is legal, we couldnt even escape it from our own apartment due to the old thin walls. Last, but definitely not least, the laundry room. Units are good, taken care of, however on a consistent basis, residents will remove your laundry from the washer or dryer and set it on the floor, sometimes the counter. Although not a huge deal, the thought of a stranger, touching all my mine and my families personal garments was disgusting. We set a timer at the end, attempting to pick it up as soon as it was done, and somehow, without fail, someone would still remove our belongings just to get a bottom dryer.

Wonderful people. Always kind over the phone and in person. They are very accommodating to disabilities and sincerely happy to help you. They do not have any issues with service dogs or emotional support animals and are willing to work with you if you require temporary nonintrusive modifications to your apartment to maintain an independent lifestyle. I cannot stress to you enough how helpful and willing to work with you the staff here is.

I lived here for years, so happy to be gone. The management is notoriously rude and condescending. They will not enforce legitimate noise complaints. I had terrible neighbors whos dogs barked all day, slamming doors, banging on walls, etc. The office will not help you, instead tell you to be more tolerant of noise or move out. There is dog feces all over the grounds. Cars are regularly broken into or stolen. You may get lucky with kind courteous neighbors, but I wouldnt count on it here.

Excellent experience! Perfect if working near southern Colorado Springs! Very affordable compared to the area. Excellent maintenance services. No nonsense charges or fees. I moved here after bad experiences with Advenir-owned apartments. Very glad I moved! Ive since moved out of state but to this day have no regrets.

I love Wildridge so much. So much in fact I lived there twice, once with roommates and once by myself. I would live there again if I ever needed to! My only complaint is my neighbors sucked at picking up after their dogs. Other than that Ashley in the main office is FANTASTIC! They also do fun events and patio decorating contests where you can win money off your rent!

Ashley, Kim and Carmen all need training on customer service and professionalism. Common courtesy is to politely wait until the other party is done talking then respond, not hang up and forward my calls to voicemail after the hang up because you don’t want to hear me out... Unfortunately they put on this front before you buy the apartment and then don’t care about you because of legal documentation, the lease. They will use that to their advantage while you suffer. So glad I’m moving to a professional complex with simple customer service. FINALLY!!!

I absolutely love this place so far, havent had too many complaints at all. April will be my first full year here and Im planning on staying until we find a home. Ive never felt so comfortable and safe with my kids in an apartment as much as I do here. The staff is friendly and helpful, my neighbors young and old are respectful and very polite. They keep the grounds quite clean and maintenance is always quick with any fixes. I definitely recommend these apartments. As long as you communicate with staff and pay your rent on time like a responsible tenant, you wont have any issues. *Side note* I see plenty of different backgrounds and ethnicities here, Carmen, Kim, and Ashley absolutely do not discriminate against anyone for the color of their skin or religious backgrounds. Do your part as a responsible reliable tenant and they do their part to make you feel at home plain and simple. Thank you Wild Ridge for everything, keep up the great work!

The entire staff if courteous, professional and kind. I lived at Wildridge for 10+ years, moved out of state and when I moved back its the only place in Colorado Springs that I would even consider moving back to. Maintenance is on top of things as is the grounds team. The ladies in the office go above and beyond helping you feel at home. The property is safe and secure and you couldnt ask for a better location for shopping ! Thanks Wildridge team for making such a great place to call home !

I loved living here. My husband and I had the best experience ever. This is where we got our 1st place together. We miss it a lot . They are military friendly. I love the fact that they host different events for the whole complex . They are so involved!!!!! Ive never had a problem. The apartments are huge and spacious. I highly recommend this place. Our 1st apartment was a two bedroom but when we found out that I was pregnant and we needed a bigger place. We didnt think twice to go somewhere else we wanted to stay at Wildridge. We told the lovely Ashley and Kim who are both so amazing!!!!! they immediately put us on the waiting list and within a few months. We found ourselves moving across the way to our new three bedroom apartment. They are so accommodating its ridiculous. Wildridge is everything I wanted. The location is perfect. My husband was military so Fort Carson was literally down the way. & I loved how close were to the shopping plaza across the street. It was so hard for us to leave but the memories my family and I made here will forever be in our hearts. Thank you Wildridge for the wonderful memories and the amazing experience . You guys are simply outstanding!!!! Keep up the good work! I will always refer my friends here if they ever moved / stationed to Colorado Springs . ❤️ Wildridge will forever be our home !!!!!!!! Love you guys!

This place was great, I will never forget. The management was the best part, very polite and nice. Kim was the one that sent me up with an apartment even though I live in Chicago and wanted to move to the Springs. The only negative was all the military people, they were obnoxious and very immature. Of course that no bodies fault except them and their parents.

I have lived in this apartment complex since October of 2015 and have had a wonderful experience. Wildridge has by far been the best maintenance crew I have encountered. The new maintenance manager ( I believe his name is Bob) along with his crew is very professional and caring. Any time I have needed something fixed in my apartment the crew came within the day. I have never lived in a complex that has such a wonderful staff all around. The ladies at the office are also very nice and helpfull. The gym is decent for an apartment and the pool/hot tub area is always clean. The overall property is well maintained throughout the year. I have no complaints, highly recommend!

Ive lived here for over a year and I love it. I think the staff is exceptional and they go above and beyond to keep the grounds/amenities clean and in good working order and to make sure everyone is happy. I think they are super friendly and professional. Ive lived in multiple states and many, many apartments and I would definitely recommend this community. The apartments themselves have some expected issues for older buildings (mainly plumbing it seems) but the staff always addresses things very quickly, in my experience, and everything is clean and well taken care of. Great laundry rooms that have been recently updated, fantastic pool/hot tub area, nice, green grounds. They allow pets but as a non-pet owner I appreciate how clean the common areas are kept of pet waste. :) As a single parent I feel safe here with my kids and have greatly appreciated every single staff person. It feels like a family here and they throw great complex get-togethers several times a year which have been a lot of fun (and holiday decorating contests!) Great location/close proximity to interstate and shopping. Amazing views and set off so it doesnt seem like your living in a city or a sea of apartment communities. They are always making nice improvements and for the price I dont personally think theres anything comparable. I love it here. Highly recommend! Couldnt say enough about it.

Carmen, Kim and Ashley are great and very helpful whenever I needed something. The complex is super quiet, the gym is great and I always felt super safe. Management is not only horrible, but terribly rude. I moved in over a year ago and right away had problems with my dish washer as soon as I moved in. My kitchen flooded the first time I used the dishwasher (which was after hours) and was told Unless your kitchen is flooding we cant help you at this time. Which it was. Came to look at it the next day and claimed to fix it but did nothing to it. Called multiple times every month to fix it until this month when we finally broke the lease. Did nothing to help me. We also had a packaged delivered to our apartment thinking it would be dropped off at the office. It was dropped off at our front door and we were not home, but was signed for. Our neighbor later told us she had seen one of the grounds workers coming down the stairs with a packet. We reported it and Kim stated Well, that doesnt happen here. My husband asked if she was calling him a liar and once again stated Sir, that doesnt happen here. My husband and I also work night shift and We received a noise complaint due to loud music soon after that incident. No one was home and our employment could verify. Our last and final breaking point was them not acknowledging my the wasps nest outside our door. I have a severe allergic reaction and ended up using my two epi-pens on different occasions. The third time I got stung my husband rushed me to the hospital because I no longer had epi-pens due to the expense they are. The nest is still there and once again, nothing has been done. I will never, ever recommend this place to anyone we know, especially fellow military families.

I was in the gym working out and witnessed a man screaming at a female that was working out as well. He was calling her horrible names and then called her child that was sitting beside her on the floor the whole time horrible names. even went as far as telling her if she brought her kid in here again that he was going to hurt her and her child next time. he didnt want to see her kid in here again.. nothing was done to him by management, they forbid the lady from bringing her child in there again.

All of the staff are Awesome !!!! The ladies in the office ( Carmen, Kim, Ashley ) have always been so very nice and helpful. Any time there is a maintence issue.....I give them a call and it is taken care of in less than a hour. Bob and all the maintence staff have always been quick to fix any problem. Charles is the grounds maitenence person...and he is always working hard to keep the property looking beautiful and well kept. The office ladies work so hard on all the community activities, Spaghetti Dinner, Chili Cook - off, Halloween Party and Summer Kick-Off Pool Party.to make them such a big success !!! They always make you feel so welcome. The apartment units are so big, spacious and beautiful. And the floor plans are so unique. I love living here !!! This is the nicest apartment complex, that is its own little community, that is so inviting. You cant find this anywhere else in the Springs. Thanks to all the staff, for their hard work in making us feel welcome and making this such a beautiful place to call home.

If you own a service animal this is not the place to rent. They discriminate against those with service animals and will do anything to try and get you out without breaking laws. The office women are insanely rude and invade your privacy by peering into your windows and coming to your door unannounced. They told me that i was breaking the rules by having my niece who lives her life having 20 seizures or more a day come over with her service dog that she cant be without. And then they refused to renew my lease after agreeing to a month to month lease a couple weeks before, because of it, practically kicking me out for allowing my nieces service dog in my apartment. Thank goodness i was already in the process of buying a home mainly because i was tired of the descrimination against my service animal! Absolutely unprofessional and illegal descrimination. I just moved out and will be seeking legal remedies.

I lived at Wildridge from December 2013 - February 2015 and was really satisfied with the price, space, amenities and staff. They are very military friendly. If you are single, Id recommend a two-bedroom apartment so that the second bedroom can be dual purpose (guest bed and personal storage). You are able to get a Dish (DirecTV or Dish--plan on $100 a month) and have a pet. CenturyLink internet is readily available, affordable and fast ($30 a month). The laundromat is well maintained (machines will go down, but are clearly IDd so you dont waste money and get fixed quickly). The cost is very affordable, too ($1.25 wash and $1.25 dry). I had some plumbing issues, but if you do your due diligence as a tenet to report it ASAP, the staff will get it fixed ASAP. Parking is first come, first served--which can be a pain, but you can get a designated (and more importantly covered) parking space for $25 a month. For the price you save living at Wildridge, I recommend it. Plus, you wont have to worry about spending 10 minutes cleaning snow off your car in the morning. The kitchen has a garbage disposal and comes with a large refrigerator. The dining room and living areas are big enough to host a group of 7-10 friends. You have a patio area and are able to have a gas grill. The gym has everything you could ask for--especially considering its free. The pool is free. There are tennis courts. All of it is free. Kids can move about the property safely (the 11mph speed limit is enforced and adhered to by a majority of the tenets). The area is adjacent to a senior community and is by far the safest property in proximity to the Broadmoor Towne Center (Home Depot, Panera, Chipotle and many more). You get a great view of the Mountains every morning. And the most important thing...RTE 115 gives you so many options to get to Fort Carson (Gates 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5--I used Gate 1 the most). My morning commute from door to door was an average of 15 minutes--you cant do that on the Gate 20 side of Fountain/Colorado Springs.I highly recommend Wildridge to anyone looking for a place to live in Colorado Springs.
