For the amount of money you pay for an apartment you’re better off renting or buying a home. Overpriced cheaply built apartments. Constantly had to put in work orders for the bedroom fan creaking due to the poor foundation, the window knobs were loose, and drawers were constantly having to be fixed. Neighbors were rude and staff was average. They advertised “views” but instead you’re getting views to construction. The biggest pro was the convenient location. Would not recommend

Ive been here since August 2020 and I havent had much issue and theres a lot of nice things about these apartments. They look great but there are some underlying issues that need to be addressed.EDIT- I said I would revisit this review once the problem was taken care of so here is the new review.I had some major leaking whenever it would rain and it took longer than I hoped to get fixed. However; after the initial review I posted, management reached out to me and gave me a $300 dollar credit and extended my lease renewal deadline as a sign of good faith. I appreciate that effort. The leak has now been repaired and Im happy to say that there is no more leaking water. I still feel like new apartments should not have these issues but aside from that I cant complain too much.

Ive lived here for 9 months. We were the first ever live in this particular apartment. The flooring is warped, the toilet gets clogged about 1x a week, not all of the window shades/blinds work, dishwasher has mold which got on my dishes, extremely low water pressure in the kitchen, patio door seal peeled off, laundry area door handle fell off, window crank came off (cant close a window on the 2nd floor), I mentioned to the maintenance about a dirty pool with bugs and green build up around the edge (still not cleaned).

Garbage disposal stopped working and the window crank popped off. I called the office on a Saturday and within minutes Brandon in maintenance was there he was very polite and helpful he took care of both issues efficiently and even helped me move the couch back in place before he left! Thank you!

The apartments are lovely. They are clean and the area is quiet. There is a great view of the mountains as well. The office staff is outstanding, helpful and supportive! The maintenance team is also great. In fact, with the one issue I had, Zach from the maintenance team came over promptly the next day to resolved the issue. He and all of the staff here are very courteous. If you are looking for a great place to resident here in the Springs, look no further than FalconView. A building is a building for the most part, but the staff can make or break your experience; this staff has certainly made me feel as though my choice to live here was the right choice.

FalconView is amazing! Sheena helped me from the very beginning, from my first tour, to signing my lease, to assisting me with accommodations while I lived here! The location is unbeatable, the amenities are very nice, and the quality of the apartments are rather high. The gated community is a plus. Although the gates tend to break every once awhile, they are usually quickly fixed. And of course, the views are incredible! Overall, I would absolutely recommend FalconView!

Very satisfied from my experience with this community. Its truly luxury living. Everything from the leasing staff (Sara is great, along with the other ladies) to the amenities, virtual contests/engagements, and even the property itself is so beautiful and well kept. Ive looked at so many properties in the area, but this one blew them all away.

I have been a resident for almost 5 months now and I could not ask for a better experience! Emily was amazing at helping me get moved in and continues to be of great assistance whenever I need it! By far the best apartment complex in Colorado Springs! Highly recommend!

Just moved into FalconView and our experience has been great so far! Emily made the moving process super easy. It’s out first time renting so we had many questions, she was able to answer them and walk us throughout the whole process. We would definitely recommend her, the team and FalconView.

We have been at FalconView for almost six months. We honestly have the best apartment in the entire complex, and have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The apartment is perfect for us and the grounds are kept immaculate. We initially worked with Emily, and she was very responsive during our inquiry phase. And she has continued to be excellent in all our dealings. In fact, everyone of the gals in the leasing office is just wonderful. Same can be said for the maintenance crew (Zach and Joe), although we’ve had very few issues with maintenance. COVID has been a challenge for everyone, especially with regards to the use of the fitness center, hot tubs, and pool. When issues with use of the facilities were brought to the attention of the staff, they responded by re-evaluating usage and adjusting appropriately. We definitely hope to be here long term.

I applied to this apartment back in July. I was given the run around and discriminated against after they asked why two males were moving into a one bedroom apartment. After giving every document requested the leasing agent Sarah went as far as to call my law firm of 30 years fraudulent and request not only pay stubs, a letter proving i worked for the company remotely (half the world works remote now). They claimed my dog was a pitbull and after providing multiple documents to prove against this accusation it was still a problem. Sarah was unprofessional, as every conversation I gave her the respect of allowing her to speak and when it was my time every other word was a rebuttle with her, in which I never got to speak. After withdrawing my application they failed to respond to any emails, phone calls in which I was requesting my deposit back and still have yet to do so. This apartment complex was first on the list of places to move into when i moved back from California, and now i could not even imagine living in such a place that allows discrimination, harassment and liars. See ya in court. 0/10 do not recommend if you want to feel safe and comfortable in your own home.

I had a few minor repairs needed and Zach was awesome. He was polite, wore a mask for safety, friendly, and of course knowledgeable. He corrected the issues, explained why this could have occurred, and gave advice and maintenance tips. Awesome and easy experience.

Great place to live! Incredible location, beautiful luxury apartments, and fantastic amenities. Office staff and maintenance staff are always on top of things and taking care of problems very promptly.Zach from maintenance has taken care of almost ever problem ive had, and within 24 hours. His professionalism and friendliness to the residents really shows, and reflects well on the property.

The look is far superior to the feel. Which, for some, is exactly what they want.These apartments are great if:- You hammer the tack strips at every footpath.- You remove nails on the other side of hand rails BEFORE they rip your skin.- You dont mind the excessive heat loss around doors and windows. Our 2-story has a street-level front door that is the same temperature inside as outside.- You dont mind that it is difficult to find a comfortable temperature; 69°F is too cold near exterior walls, and 70°F is too much in rooms adjacent to the appliance.- You can turn a blind eye toward [the few]: gapes beneath the floor-trim, gapes where wood flooring meets wall, cracks where some ceiling meets wall, and the disappearing caulking where tile meets the shower basin.- You dont mind bringing the trash back to your apartment about once a month (or sometimes twice in a row!) because the compactors are full and you dont participate in the growing pile of hazardous solid waste.- You dont mind keeping friends/family in the home as there is a 2-guest limit for all amenities. (Luckily we dont have friends yet =D!)- You dont mind that your packages may be left in plain sight when there are no more available lockers in the package room. The chip reader on the door is for-show only; the door has been unlocked for the past four months! Unlike regular use of the locker system, you do not get notified when you have a package sitting on the floor. The management is trying to educate delivery services, but it seems that there is no way to enforce these rules, or to lock the door.Here are some unconditional reasons that this apartment is great:- There are five grills located throughout the property for residential use.- The hot tub is huge and incredibly enjoyable. (Though, the three people limit is a bit tight for its size.)- They will pick up the trash from your front door on most days of the week. (Though, we stopped using this service the second time the bin wasnt empty by morning. That happened in our first month, Aug/Sep 2020, and may no longer be reflective of an issue.)- Gated community! (Though, all of Jan 2021 the entrance gate has been broken and has been left wide open. Hopefully a fix is planned soon.)- Beautifully maintained sidewalk west of the property with a gorgeous view of the mountain range. (Excellent place to skateboard!)- The staff is respectful and are willing to entertain my questions when I visit them in person.- The maintenance staff is beyond excellent. They are extremely polite and kind. I have appreciated their willingness to return (again and again) until an acceptable solution takes a recurring issue off the table.- The private patio spices up my covid work-from-home life.- The easy access to CO Hwy 25 is a wonderful benefit I didnt know I wanted.Here are a few issues that have been addressed over our first four months:- No water from a shower spigot.- It was disappointing during the first month or two to not have regular access to the grills.- There was a gas leak undetected for about one month after some landscaping cracked open a pipe along one of the buildings.- Poor weather proofing on both exterior doors. At first we spent time cleaning after / during heavy rain to prevent damage to the floor and furniture. Maintenances first solution didnt quite work as it left accumulated snow inside despite the patio having none. The second solution has fixed the precipitation, even if we cant reduce the heat-loss during the winter.- Cabinet drawers would continuously get stuck out of place. Luckily the Maintenance crew came up with a solution by screwing the track into the wall.- Maintenance has also given great details on the inner workings for these issues which has helped me to be more self-sufficient.

This place has been amazing for our family so far. With having 2 active boys it has nice that they can go outside and play in the open grass area as well as enjoy a heated pool (and yes it is really heated and it feels so good on a cold night!)Sara is amazing as well as everyone in the front office! Zach was quick to come look at an issue as well as help get a toy off a garage roof! :)And to top it off, the views are picture perfect!

I have had a completely positive experience with FalconView. Since my initial contact before my dreaded drive across the country during covid, they worked with me to find an apartment to suit my needs. Sheena has always been and continues to be very helpful to me and caring. The staff here is wonderful. Work orders are tended to efficiently it is clean and well kept. The location is also great on between Monument and Briargate.

The staff is amazing, very attentive and personable. Sara showed me a fantastic unit that was well-kept as well as having every amenity I could dream of! 10/10 - I would definitely recommend going through FalconView Apartments to anyone looking for an apartment in the Colorado Springs area.

Im a current resident of Falcon View and absolutely love my place. Beautiful spacious apartment with modern kitchen, incredible views, a great location and super friendly and helpful staff. From my very first tour of the apartments Emily made me feel at home and made the leasing/moving in process easy. Other amenities here include a beautiful pool area with grills and view of the mountains and an excellent fitness center with new equipment. I would highly recommend Falcon View to anyone looking for a new place to call home in Colorado Springs.

So, after selling my home, I was looking for an apartment to live in. Rents in Colorado Springs are ridiculous, so I wanted to make sure I was able to get the most for the amount of money I would have to spend. Enter FalconView Apartments. I set up my appointment with Emily, and she was so kind and so patient that I already had a good feeling about the complex. She showed me around, provided me with options, patiently explained the rules and the benefits of living in FalconView. In the month prior to my move (yes, I was smitten with the apartments immediately and signed a lease the same day), I had many questions which Emily continued to patiently answer. I searched long and hard for a nice place to stay, and I have found it in FalconView. Not only are the apartments gorgeous, the staff are amazing as well!

I’ve lived here for about a month now and everything about FalconView is absolutely amazing! The apartments are so beautiful and new, The tenants are all super friendly and respectful. All three ladies in the office, Becky, Sheena and Emily, are such a blessing to work with. From the first time you come to the property they really make you feel at home and feel like you are apart of the family! I cannot recommend this place high enough. It’s simply a dream to live here!

The amounts that they quote online are just the starting point. They add about $100 more for the admin fees, water trash and pest control.They are also very difficult to work with.When I moved in I was told that when my house was finished I could remove the dog rent.Different story now when getting ready to move out.Be sure you get all your communication in writing!Can’t wait to move out of this EXTREMELY difficult community.

Fantastic apartments. The quality shows from the moment you step foot on the property. Emily is the absolute best leasing agent to work with so if you are considering this property ask for her. Id rank her and the property 5 stars. But, unfortunately, my experience from other staff members has been mere laughable. Ha ha. Very disrespectful, poor communication skills, and accusatory.

I have been living at Falcon View for a few months now and Sheena and Becky have been nothing short of amazing! The people who help keep this place running truly care that you are happy and being taken care of when needed. They are so quick to respond to my requests, are eager to converse with you when out and about, and always have a positive attitude. Absolutely incredible!

I have only recently moved here and I’ve been impressed by all of it. All staff members have been so nice, professional, and willing to help in anyway. Sheena helped me with my move here and she is a doll. I came from out of states and amidst COVID so I had many questions and changes. Sheena was willing to put up with all my nonsense and she did it well!The other reviewers are not kidding about the view. It is beautiful! The amenities are fantastic and they have even made arrangements so that we can continue use during COVID.

This apartment complex was the most beautiful apartment complex I’ve ever walked in to. AMAZING Mountain View’s, beautiful inside, beautiful amenities! The falcon view management team on the other hand was COMPLETELY rude and disrespectful to the residents there. My friends were residents of this apartment complex and at first we’re completely wonderful (what I call fake). I was at this apartment almost every single day. During the times of covid... (we get it we need to take precautions) they had put up an extremely small sign regarding the rules, i was over at the complex and we were outside grilling. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO ONE OUT THERE!!! Just the 4 of us. One of the ladies had came out and told us no guests were allowed. Okay we get it we’re leaving... 3 sec. later ANOTHER ONE JOINS! YES LADIES WE GET IT WERE LEAVING! 5 sec later ANOTHER ONE COMES OUT!!!! And this lady was beyond disrespectful. She started yelling at the residents ABOUT NOTHING THAT HAD TO EVEN DO WITH THEM HAVING A GUEST OVER! I work in customer service and if I had ever talked like that to any of my customers I would have been immediately fired. instead of just allowing us to pack up our stuff and leave and pull them aside and talk about what happened she yelled at him outside. The things she was saying to them was beyond me. After seeing that happen I was completely blown away with how fake every single one of these ladies are. I was also there another day with my friends and we wanted to grill, one of the ladies was at the door standing and we had asked if we could just bring the stuff to the grill and then leave right away... she said ABSOLUTELY NOT! WE HAD 3 TRAYS FULL OF FOOD!!! The security guard that was working at the time had said that we could step inside for a minute while my friend went and put the stuff at the grill to come back to get all the rest of the stuff that we were holding the lady that was standing there was behind the door and started shaking her head no telling him that we were not allowed inside. INSTEAD OF BEING COMPLETELY RUDE ALL SHE HAD TO SAY WAS DUE TO OUR PRECAUTIONS AT THIS TIME GUEST ARE UNFORTUNATELY NOT ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING!!!! YOU CANT YELL AT A CUSTOMER NO MATTER HOW MAD YOU ARE YOU FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT! due to the fact that they were so disrespectful and rude i would NEVER recommend anyone living in this apartment complex. there was many more times of rude interactions after this occurrence. im so happy they got out of there as soon as they could. its not a home when you feel like your constantly walking on egg shells.

To anyone looking for an apartment I’d tell you to look anywhere else but here. I applied here and because I own my own business and do not have tax returns that are CPA certified they refused to accept my income documents. (So if you file your own taxes or use “turbo tax etc it’s a no go) They also wanted a copy of my divorce decree and other outrageous items. This will be another complex that gets sold and new management will be in place shortly.

I had already signed a lease for another complex but wanted to come see these apartments and I immediately fell In love. Sheena and Becky were so enthusiastic about showing me the apartments even though they were very busy. This will definitely be somewhere I live the next time I am looking for an apartment!

Beautiful location!!

After living here for a year here is my honest review on FalconView. Everything started out great, the apartments were nice, the amenities were nice, the construction was annoying but we obviously knew it would be being one of the first moving in. It went down hill fast when issues came up. I would give the looks of the property 5 stars and I would give the office team 0 starts if that was possible. They have 0 communication skills and 0 customer service skills. This office team needs to go through customer service training ASAP. Once covid hit they kept quiet about everything and left all the residents in the dark. When things started slowly opening up again they still remained silent. They never asked or sent out a resident survey to collect advice from us. They just decided they would open the amenities from 12-5pm every day and that was it. What about people with jobs? They clearly would not be able to use any amenity. My husband was very upset with this because he couldnt use any amenities during the week. He sent an email with his concerns and got ignored. He sent another, what do you know they ignored him again. About 3 weeks later a member of the team decided she would completely disrespect us and yell at us in public and on the job. She told my husband she was going to block his email. That is NOT customer service if you ask me. After that mostly the whole office treated us like dirt. They then changed the schedule again, Wednesday-Sunday 12-8pm (a little better) but still not taking any kind of survey. Every time I would walk my dogs and would see them no one would ever say hi or act fake friendly like normal. They do however put on a great show in front on the owners when they are on site! I was walking to the gym when I saw one of the owners and I was extremely caught off guard when one of the team members acknowledged me and said hi after ignoring me for a couple months. Crazy how that happens. They also blame everything on the owners. When we would bring up issues they would blame the owners and then never fix the issue or continue blaming them. When we moved out we had a final walk through scheduled because we just knew we would get screwed over somewhere. The day of the walkthrough the maintenace guy had to cancel because he had an appointment and we were leaving at 5 am Saturday the next morning so we couldnt do it the next day. He said if there was no major damage (which there wasnt ) then he would sign off on just a standard carpet clean. We agreed that would be fine because we had no major damage. We just recently received a bill for about $300, they sent us pictures of a couple dog hairs, smudges on the fridge from using the wrong cleaner, and 1-2 marks in the fridge. We knew we would have to pay for the carpet clean so that was fine and we had two dogs so it made sense. When you move in you pay an $400 per dog nonrefundable pet deposit for pet related issues. They told us nothing was pet related so they werent taking it out of that. They sent other pictures that we didnt even know what we were looking at because there was nothing In the picture. So if youre a current resident I suggest you get out your tooth brush and clean every crack and leave no crumbs behind because you may be charged $300 too. We have never been charged extra at any other apartment and we have lived in 3 before FalconView, and we have always got our security deposits back. So this is just odd to us. We paid the fee and we are EXTREMELY happy to be freed of FalconView. A couple of other things you will run into with this property are an overflowing trash compactor, the guy who listed pictures in his review is right on. It is a huge safety hazard. The property normally smells like gas as well. The grills are normally out of commission and so are the gas fireplaces/fire pit.

Becky and Sheena are awesome! From the first tour to move-in day, they have been a tremendous help and just a pleasure to be around. Since move-in I have also had the pleasure of meeting and working with Joe to get a few things taken care of in the apartment. He has went above and beyond to make sure issues were quickly addressed and followed up with me to ensure I was happy. Excellent staff at FalconView all the way around!!

Great property and I love the modern comforts! Even though COVID-19 has made everything a bit unconventional, Sheena was very helpful and made the process easy. I love the location and peaceful atmosphere. Can’t wait to use the amenities and see the finished product.

Becky and Sheena have been so helpful throughout the leasing process & even more so now that I am resident. They are always there if I have any problems at all and they are more than willing to help! So grateful that they are a part of FalconView’s team!

After evaluating many options in the Northgate/Briargate areas, we found that FalconView easily outclassed the competition. Sara was, by far, the best leasing agent we interacted with in the region! She was knowledgeable and very helpful getting us into the right apartment. The location is super convenient and surprisingly quiet, maintenance has been prompt, and the tech here is on point with smart thermostats and garage doors, as well as pre-wired fiber internet. Loving it so far!

It would be great to know this condo, unfortunately the communication to answer questions and return emails is terrible, a week I try to contact and schedule the tour online and it is canceled. My doubts follow here.

I toured FalconView Apartments looking for a future home for when my husband and I retire. It is beautiful, and Sheena and Becky were so friendly and kind. I’m looking forward to seeing them again soon!

I showed up on a Saturday without an appointment and started work in the area that Monday. Both Sheena and Becky did everything they could while working around my lack of planning to get me into an apartment that same day! Plus, they did it all while being the friendliest people I have ever worked with at a rental property.

I am a cadet sponsor parent who has moved to the area to sponsor my son at the Academy. Per Falcon View policy my cadet son would be considered a guest and there is a 2 person guest limit per household so if he wants to have friends over for the weekend he can only bring one friend. If the rest of my family wants to come visit our cadet, they have to go to a hotel. Also if my cadet son wants to use any of the amenities such as the pool or gym, I have to be there with him. These courageous young men and women are mature enough to die for their country but at Falcon View they must have a babysitter to ride the Peloton bike.

This place is AMAZING! Becky and Sheena are THE BEST!! Love these ladies.

Awful experience! Spoke with Emily, I had got approved by myself and paid $1800 dollars for a deposit to find out I am not approved. Will not get the deposit back for up to 60 days.

I put in four work orders about a few weeks ago, and maintenance came over within a few hours and fixed all of them at once. Thank you, Zack, for your attentiveness and quick response.
