A little pricey but thats Colorado lol. All in all its a good clean place to live with nice neighbors.

Feels like a 70’s retirement home.. smelly, very outdated.please be sure to see the photos i uploaded.. this property is nothing like what their photos advertise! Don’t be fooled.. every single wall in the building is very dirty.. they use duct tape and cans of spray foam to fix all the issues here..

Elevator has been broken for like 2 weeks and has made nonstop beeping noises preventing me from getting any sleep at night... “manager” scott is unpleasant to talk to, and not very helpful. need to hire friendlier management.there are better and more affordable apartments in Colorado Springs. i suggest to look elsewhere.

Ariel is a great to work with and is an awesome property manager! She is always very happy to answer any of our questions and always checks up to make sure things are okay! We enjoy our fireplace and our balcony and we have great neighbors! Glad to be here.

This property is in a beautiful area of town. The team here, Scott and Andrew, are fantastic and easy to work with. They are always very responsive and understanding. Would highly recommend this property!

Please save yourself the headache and avoid signing a lease here. This apartment complex is very heavily frequented with thieves and there are ZERO cameras in the parking lot.. They say they can’t afford cameras? Lol, seems like a $500 camera system would be a good investment considering the amount of theft that happens here. My first month living here my car was broken into and lots of stuff was stolen out of it. Several other cars have been broken into during the time I’ve been here... Last night, someone stole the plates off my car. My car was parked at the very front of the parking lot, too.. It’s very annoying that rent is soo expensive but they fail to even provide a secure parking lot. Luckily, my lease ends in a few months. I do not recommend living here at all!

If you want to live with a leaky roof, cockroaches, and homeless breaking into cars at night, this is the place for you. This Is the most disappointed Ive ever been in an apartment. They do a good job of lying and making the complex seem great, but it is the direct opposite. Management is useless.

The only pro is that you’re close to town. If you’re looking for a decent, safe place to live, then I would look elsewhere. Super sketchy and unsafe area. Lived here less than a month and got my car broken into, no cameras in the parking lot. Heat and air do not work. All of the electrical sockets are loose. There are too many cons to name them all.. just avoid!!

The office staff, management, and maintenance is really good, better then any apartment Ive been in so far. They listen to you and help when they can. I would love to give them a 5 star review but Ive been here over 2 years and they have had a roach and mice problem the whole time Ive been here. They also have alot of crime in the parking lot with things being stolen out of peoples cars and they say they dont have money for a camera.All in all its a good place, thats why Ive been here over 2 years but its not perfect. Ive been in alot worce apartments.

Will visit my cousin in these apartments, and they are scary, dirty. please avoid, as there are way better options for this price point!Considered getting an apartment here and quickly realized what kind of place this really is, as the pictures are very misleading! Beware

Ive been here for over 2 years and the staff has always addressed any problems Ive had. Although were close to 8th street, its got a great proximity to downtown and the west side.

Pitiful.. kitchen flooded 4 times this year. no insulation, walls are paper thin.. have to listen to my neighbors having sex all the time.. home less stay in this area too, even will sneak inside and sleep in hallways.. i am on the 2nd floor, which always smells stale... hate it here

Ive been living here for about 3 months. While Ive been here it seems they have some new staff and have been making efforts to improve on problems with the complex. I live in a studio apartment and Love the layout of the inside and the view from the patio of the Cheyenne mountains. To make this review simple heres a list of Pros & Cons Ive found:Pros:-Rent is relatively inexpensive-You are very close to a Walmart & Safeway, as well as 5 minutes from Cheyenne Canyon Park & next to Bear Creek Regional Park.-The Skyway Park neighborhood next door is a safe and very quiet area.-Right down the road from I-25-Great mountain view IF your on the West side and not on the 1st floor.-No bugs At All in the apartment-Nice and friendly staff, havent met a rude staff member at all.Cons:-Maintenance issues take a while to be addressed from my experience-Walls/doors are kinda thin and you can hear neighbors easily while your in the hallways.-We have had a package stolen that was left in the hallway in front of our door. Granted thats not the staffs fault thats just a lousy neighbor.Overall we are happy with our apartment and we plan to renew our lease. The building itself still could use some improvement but overall its in a great spot for close hikes, great local restaurants, and friendly staff.

Terrible people that “run” the place. Have been living here for almost three months and they keep charging us more then what was put in our lease. Anytime we go to talk to someone they are never there.
