The maintenance is the only good thing about this place. Live on the ground floor and hear everything and anything going on upstairs. Rent is outrageous for the space you get, and if you want to pay month to month instead of a slight increase which is normal they double your rent. Small pool, small gym, terrible parking situation as well. Would avoid at all costs the extra drive would be well worth not wasting your money here.
I respectfully do not suggest anyone who is currently serving in the uniformed services at Fort Carson or any installation in Colorado take part or do business with this living establishment. Due to extreme inconvenience and inconsiderate service to military members and their lifestyles.I was put on orders to Korea with a report date of 10 June. I Informed the management of the establishment and signed a notice stating when I would depart and when I would be moving out. The notice and the management failed to state that once the notice is signed your place of living goes back on the market immediately. Naturally being enlisted in the Army, situations and plans go wrong and change on a regular basis. When I informed them of the change of plans. I discovered that the management had already rented my apartment to another family, without notice or consideration. Completely inconveniencing me beyond reason. I wasn’t even moved out of my apartment completely. Long story short they gave me very little extra time and told me to kick rocks. This was very unexceptionable and wrong. To all services members looking to live here, I suggest you take your business elsewhere. These people do not care about service members and their families. They only care about money and keeping it flowing.
Originally I wasn’t going to post a review but I just feel like this place is out to get you for your money. I don’t recommend living here. HIGHLY overpriced for how old and run down these apartments are. They call them “renovated” but it just looks so cheap and cheaply put together and they charge so much. Not worth your money at all. You would think this place would be more accommodating for military families since it’s located right outside of Fort Carson and I’m sure majority of their tenants are military affiliated but that’s not the case and it seemed like all they wanted was money when we moved out. It’s also pretty funny how they charged us $100 some for a “carpet clean” yet they ripped out the carpet (pictured). The only good thing about living here is that it’s close to stores/restaurants.
11/2019 - I’ve lived here about 2 months into my 13 month contract. I’ve had only positive experiences living here. The staff is friendly, professional, and effective. The facilities are well-maintained and in good quality. My apartment is lovely, I have plenty of natural light and had only one maintenance need which was totally fixed immediately. There’s a fitness area indoors and outdoors, there’s a pool, indoor hot tub, and plenty of grassy areas.Previously I lived at an apartment complex that a lot of problems, so being here feels great. Management sends clear emails to inform residents of painting and parking lot maintenance. There’s a nice park within walking distance and it’s a safe, family area of town. There’s a pretty view of Cheyenne mountain from the complex. I definitely recommend this place.04/2021I love this complex, they take maintenance seriously and are responsive and professional. I have literally no complaints and am very happy living here :)
Maintenance always comes the same day.Always are super nice! Whenever you need something or have questions from the office they always are nice & try to get it fixed/answered the same day.
Honestly one of the best places Ive lived. Excellent location and its quiet. Theres a dog park out back, Carson right there, and restaurants close, food deliveries there, good neighbors. The maintenance staff and the office staff are all excellent and courteous. The apartments have nice layouts and are clean. Full size wash and dryer and modern appliances. I would 100% recommend.
The Maintenance Crew are always respectful & pretty efficient when it comes to fixing the Maintenance Request .
They are so friendly and quick to respond to your maintenance demands any time you call them.I will recommend them to everyone.
I havent lived here long but I will say that in the time that I have lived here I have zero complaints. Jessica in the office has been INCREDIBLE!!! I seriously cant say enough great things about her! The apartment grouds are well kept and my apartment is super cute! I dont feel unsafe after dark and my neighbors are very quiet. I would definitely recommend.
If I could give this place negative stars that would be more accurate. We have been here a little over a month and already both of our cars have been broken into and multiple other peoples cars have been hit as well. The apartments a/c unit below us vibrates our whole apartment. The office could care less about the cars getting broken into. Only one small cheap deadbolt on the door. If you really want to live in a overpriced hood rat apartment this is the place for you. If you want to feel safe or comfortable at night without worrying about your car then hard pass this place. Going to talk to Fort Carson housing office about the standards of this place. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND
Expensive utility bills due to poor energy efficiency. Dog feces everywhere. Guest parking inadequate. The rest of my complaints are general apartment living non specific to these apartments. Check out myneighborhoodupdate.net to see crime stats in the area.
I have renewed my lease once here and absolutely love the apartment complex! The only negative I have: not a lot of parking in the back of the complex. Sarah and Jessica in the office are so sweet and always come across as understanding, communicative, and kind. I know when I do have a maintenance issue, these girls are quick to inform the maintenance team and inform me if and when things change. The maintenance team is AWESOME. They have helped me with countless small and big problems and immediately handle my issues with a positive outlook and maintains a professional outlook as well. Charles is the most polite, well mannered, and knowledgeable maintenance member I’ve come across. He has a great sense of urgency and understanding of issues and applies his kindness to every situation he handles. I appreciate the complex so much overall!Side note: please don’t paint the apartments blue and grey! It’s not flattering and decreases value to the look of the complex. 😊
Maintenance team is awesome. Always polite and get the job done right. Office personnel are always polite and always answer my questions immediately. Great staff.
I have really enjoyed my time staying at this apartment complex. The office staff has been amazing the whole time I have stayed here! They have helped me with issues that have came up and have walked me through any problems to help me resolve them. I had lived there for a year then I had a friend move here and the transition was seamless. While I was there the staff was really personable and high spirited. Brightening my day every time I would see them. The maintenance team was amazing as well. They were all ways in good moods and very friendly and always explained what they did to resolve my issues. I highly recommend living here!!! To the staff thank you again for all the good memories!
Awesome place with great views hence the name, friendly office staff and superb maintenance.
Do not go here. Even if you move out and have completely cleaned your place somehow youll owe these people money. As well as it always takes multiple calls for maintenance to come by and see the problem. As well as the ladies in the office are really sweet. But that is the only good side to that place. Finally the places are fairly new but looks like a cheap contractor made everything in the apartment.
There are some pretty negative reviews on this place for whatever reason- but my experience here is that they are above and beyond accommodating. Sarah and Aaron in the office have always been very kind to me and help with anything needed. The apartments are great quality. I have only had one maintenance issue, and personnel was sent over to me the very day it happened to take a look. Definitely worth your time to look into living here.
Since moving into Mountain View Apartment Homes I have been refreshed by reasonable pricing, excellent tenant service, and many warm and welcoming staff encounters. The apartments for the area are adequately accommodating in space for the price paid, and all deposit requirements have been very reasonable.I have to brag on the two updated models I’ve stayed in. They’re fully loaded with new appliances, and the place over all has an all new feel.I’ve had the opportunity to speak with Sarah, Tiffany, Jessica, and I can assure each potential tenant will have a wonderful time speaking with these remarkable people.
I have had the opportunity to work with Mountain View apartments and their leasing agent Holley over the course of the last two weeks. She has done an outstanding job with providing excellent communication and photos of possible apartments, which has been crucial in our hunt due to moving from out of state in the next month. I have not viewed the apartment that I have put on hold yet, but will be updating my review upon viewing the space. The customer service has been excellent thus far and I would fully recommend speaking with someone from Mountain View if you are searching for a new place based on this experience alone!
If you looking for a place to call home, this is a community for you. I had spent 4 months there and loved every minute of it.It provided me with the serenity and security I was looking for. The surrounding were peaceful and beautiful. The upkeep of the grounds were always cleaned and maintained. Neighbors were nice, friendly and I felt safe going out at night to walk my dog. The unit itself, although older and could use some work, was comfortable and suited my purpose. I especially liked the mailing/package lockboxes that were provided. It really was so convenient and gave me peace of mind knowing that my delivers werent going to be stolen.I can’t say enough good things about the property managing staff of Mountain View (Jessica, Aaron and Sarah) There were a few issues during my stay, however I brought it to there attention and they went into immediate action to resolve it.I noticed a few NEG reviews, which is to be expected, (cant please everyone) However, speaking from experience, I highly suggest, going in or writing them first. They all seem to want to resolve any dissatisfactions and want you to be happy and proud of living in Mountain View.I personally had a wonderful time there and will be back,..and without hesitation rent from them again. My home away from home!!
We had our apartment flood 3 different times in one year ( caused twice by the maintenance crew themselves) and not only had to throw out water damaged furniture and have them tell us they would do nothing about it but also got charged for pet damage just so they didnt have to pay for the new carpet themselves. Also found out they were charging military personnel up to 500 more on rent per month for the exact same apartment we were paying for. Could never in good conscious recommend anyone living here.
I would like to give kudos to Kami the front desk staff. She was very helpful to my wife and I this weekend. She was able to answer all of our questions and if she didnt know the answer she pointed us in the right direction. Its clear she takes pride in her work. Job well done Kami keep up the great work.
I lived here for almost a year in a very small one bedroom apt. At the time, we couldn’t find anything else but for the siZe, paying almost $1000 for one bedroom is too much. There was always dog poop everywhere and i couldn’t get my dryer fixed for almost two Weeks! However, it’s a fairly safe neighborhood and a good distance from the base, the movie theater, grocery store and other eateries.
Do not live here it’s too expensive and upon leaving they will find something to charge you for my apartment was inspected and there was nothing really wrong except the stove pans and cleaning of the carpet I later received an email after I left saying I owed $358. it’s not worth it plus water pest and trash pick up changes often. It’s too expensive for what you’re offered. If I could give zero Stars I would.
Jessica a sugarplum to deal with. The staff has always been curtious and efficient. One of the best places I have lived. I have been pleased with the upgrades to apartments and to the property.
Very friendly service! I absolutely love living here, and they are very personable. My apartment was very clean when I arrived to move in, and the outside landscaping and other parts of the area are very well kept by maintenance. Would definitely recommend!
2 months from first contact til move in and they had plenty of time to approve my wives support dog and then they disapprove it days before moving in. Slow and unresponsive and took our money without ever answering us.There email completely lied about the contact with our doctor.Trying to coordinate a home for my wife while deployed in Afghanistan and while she lives in Michigan has been hell. They completely lie and made there own medical judgment that completely contradicts our medical providers. They do not care about disability or active duty military and just want to enforce there prestiqe image of there community.
I put in a request to get the toilet unclogged and it was done really quickly. Always a quick response from the maintenance team .
Mountain View Apartments is located in the perfect spot. It makes for an easy commute to Fort Carson or any workplace in Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. The management staff is very accommodating and friendly and we really enjoy our new apartment.
I’m very pleased with my choice to live here, the community is great. The leasing staff and maintenance crew are awesome. They are friendly and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend living here. Close to Ft. Carson, downtown, and I-25.
My biggest gripe is that residents abandon their vehicles in guest spots, preventing ever being able to have guests. Apartment quality, pest control, and barking dogs also should be noted. But move in was very easy and Office staff always nice and helpful. Move out was also very easy, they were very generous about move out fees - no complaints there.
Wow! Me & my son lived there (for about 2 1/2 yrs), six years ago & it seems like pretty much Nothing has changed since 😳I liked the location;real wood burning fireplace, tall ceilings in our living room,washer/dryer inside, hot tub/pool & semi large closet ...but, we left our lease early because of many reasons similar to the ones stated here… maintenance would never fix anything after it would break, like others have said, Office will take a note of your complaint and then you have to repeat yourself over and over and then when the maintenance people would finally show up they would say whatever was fixed when it really wasn’t .... there was always really loud parties every day of the week, there is always garbage all over the streets, The price went up extremely high every time we signed a new lease, The people who worked in the office werent very nice, didn’t seem to care ...The pool was barely ever open,it was Usually always hard to find a parking space especially when you have a guest over, & the apartments are poorly made...So we broke our lease early & they ended up sending us a huge bill (including things we shouldn’t have had to pay for...broken/etc of no fault of our own); but it was worth it to get outta there! 😄
Helpful, friendly staff who work quickly to get things done. The apartment complex is clean and has a wonderful pool! Its a short walk to a dog park at the back of the complex which is perfect since its a pet friendly apartment!
Great staff! Simple move in.My apartment is gorgeous. Exceeded my expectations.I feel so safe here and the atmosphere is extremely calming.
I dont live here but I can tell by the reviews and the rent that this isnt a good place to live. Im sorry but to me 1073 for a 600 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment is absolutely ridiculous upgraded or not!! I literally went on the same street and found a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with no breed restrictions for those who have pets for the same exact price. I would definitely not recommend.
Update: Pool and Hot Tub finally reopened July 22. It is now July 31st and both are closed again for cleaning. I emailed asking when theyd be reopened and was told not today.Amenities like the pool and hot tub have been under construction all summer even though they said itd be open early June. Its July 6th and still under construction. Apartment walls are layered in paint and unclean or paint is peeling off. The rent prices are inconsistent and outrageous. The pictures they show you isnt what you get. They claim to have hardwood floors but its just the sticky crappy tiles that look like wood. Your appliances will not be stainless steel and nothing gets fixed in a timely matter. One neighbor was paying $800 while our 1 bedroom costs $1000+ and they charge you for mountain views if you are on the second floor and facing east so you pay for a view even if you dont get it. Took three weeks to fix my AC. Basically the apartments and amenities arent worth it here.
Been living here for almost a year, moved here from another state very happy with my choice of this property! After doing my research on the web Mountain View was the apartment I choose and IM not disappointed. The staff is amazing always greets you with a smile.
I’ve lived in Mountain View Apartments since 2016, and I absolutely love it. It’s very clean, well kept up, very friendly people, and great maintenance service. The manager of this place is very professional and very helpful with problems that needs to be addressed.
Very bad apartments. My wife and I have lived there since March and we are already moving out. The rent is way to high for what they offer, we had two facet heads fall off, the dryer was damaged in the back, the steps leading up to our place crumbled away almost causing injury, a drawer literally fell apart and took 2 months for them to replace, and various other problems in that short time we were there. The only good thing we can say about this place is that the maintenance staff were very kind and we loved them. But other than that, this is a terrible apartment community. Dont go here, they will charge you a ridiculous amount for rent and they will charge you a large amount for breaking your lease.
The staff was nice and helpful when we need something taken care of and it was a nice and quiet place to live
Well built and quiet, and just a few blocks from King soopers.
Terrible first apartments for the wife and I. First, they tell us a date to move in on which was November 18th at 12 noon. We come with all of our belongings just to have to wait hours because they still weren’t finished removing and installing the new carpet/wood flooring. Then we were promised FREE WiFi/cable installation and first month. Never got it. The bathtub was disgusting. Brown and yellow stains all around it. But of course when we leave here they will say how messed up the apartment is. Second, good luck getting a work order completed. When you tell the office it’s like they just write it on sheet of paper and throw it out as you leave. Would not recommend anyone living here. Go down the street where rent for 2 bedroom is the same as rent for a 1 bedroom here.
If there was anything less this place would get it. From the Jacuzzi cess-pool to the upsetting staff (not the maintenance guys, theyre cool) and from the threatening notice to be evicted weve just received for being ~ONE~ day late on our rent. JUST ONE! We have never missed a monthly payment EVER!! - this place is awful! I cant wait to leave DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Absolute awful to their tenants, they only care about the money. MONEY MONEY MONEY they dont give 2 craps about how your apartment is falling apart and looks nothing like the preview. We have lived in 2 separate units and BOTH have had flooring issues, cabinets falling apart and terrible flooring. We have lived here 2 years and that is 2 years too many. My family owns apartment complexes in California and I know how a tenant should be treated- this place will con you and treat you like crap. The parking is terrible, the pool is a joke, the service is sub-par at best and I will be leaving as soon as I find somewhere else. STAY AWAY!!!
They’re very helpful and nice. Assisted us in switching to a bigger apartment quickly and efficiently.
Dont waste your time or money. The apartment is awful none of the appliances work very well they dont care about their residents. They discriminate towards some residents and favor others. The apartments are falling apart inside and out. You dont get your mail but you end up with a million other peoples mail. They are way overpriced for the quality of apartment. They also say they pride themselves on providing the very best in customer service that is a lie. These ppl were really nice when we signed our lease and not even a week after we moved in were they rude to us.
It’s horrible. Maintenance takes forever, office is dumbfounded every time you ask a question, security doesn’t exist, and the rent money you pay is too high for a place like this. There have been multiple break ins whether it be mailboxes, cars, or homes. In which they have done nothing to fix it. Overall, don’t waste your time and money on a place like this.
Let me start out by saying I have lived in Apartments for the past 10+ years and this was the WORST experience ever!! Management is super nice until you sign the dotted line. We had problems with our psychotic neighbors and management did NOTHING to resolve the issues. We kept getting a Well talk to them... answer. We have had property destroyed by our neighbors because we called the office when they were being loud and from here on it was straight hell. The property is dirty and you cant walk through the grass because of the dog poop everywhere. They dont enforce people having to pick up after their animals. Also, in the summer, dont count on getting some peace and quiet because of the constant parties going on. Again, management could care less. Dont even bother calling security at night if people are outside yelling and screaming, because it takes them forever to come out and they have a careless attitude on the phone anyways. Parking is laughable. You get one assigned spot and thats it. People with 3 or 4 cars and motorcycle that never moves will take up all the guest spots and the office will just tell you its first come first serve. So be prepared to park down the street. The apartments are overpriced so you are basically just paying for the convenience of being right outside Carson. The kitchen/appliances are probably from the 70s, and if you want an updated one you pay around 1100 for a tiny apartment. If it wouldnt have been for me to move in with my boyfriend I would have never moved there. Glad we are out now!!! This manager should be ashamed of herself!
Mountain View Apartments has been the best apartment complex I have ever been in!!! When I come into the office, one of the staff members, Aaron, greets me with a smile and a Hi!!! Hows ur day going today??? How was ur weekend??? OMG!!! I cant praise Mountain View enough for all the great experiences I have had here!!!
Management is great and Maintenance are very quick. The property is very maintained and quite .
Crooked place, do not rent from them. They charge my Soldier for a month of rent after they move out. Soldier turn in written notice but was somehow get lost. Sarah is the manager or assistance manager crooked also. Also, their furnaces were messed up and racked the bills up to almost a thousand Dollars in utilities. Soldier had to get an AER loan to cover the cost, apartment refused to do anything.
Sweet unitl you move in. The girl who shows you the apartment was sweet until we signed papers. Shes young and maybe pretty but has a fierce attitude. Any time you bring up something wrong with the apartment she throws attitude. I over heard her talking to another resident about how they needed a little help because life happened and were struggling to pay their bill for them month, which is too much, and had the attitude to bad so sad. They go through your mail, there is no sense of privacy here. Ive lived at cobblestone ridge among other place and I would choose them over this place any day. Somethings always breaking or not working, its way overpriced for 1960s appliances. People are always taking your spot and having loud parties, theres dog poop everywhere, but i dont blame the owners cause there are never trash bags in their receptacles. Right next door you can get a 2 bedroom apartment for $800 plus they have no breed or weight restriction on dogs. MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE THAN HERE!! save you a lot of money and constant hassle.
I’ve been a resident for two years and any problems I’ve had they’ve been reluctant to resolve them immidiately. The staff is super nice and are definitely considered family.
They suck. The charge and charge they have clue what they are doing. What a hell hole!!!
Lovely comunicom, clean and all employees (office and maintenance) are always nice and informative.
Would have given zero stars if it were possible. As everyone else is saying at first everything seems good then its all down hill from there. The pictures online and show apartment are nothing like what you will move into. All of the appliances in my apartment were extremely dated. My parents had the exact same stove when I was growing up in the 80s. All if the cabinets were just particle board with some sort of white stick on covering. All of the particle board on the cabinets was chipped badly and had water damage. When we moved out they tried to get us to stay by saying they had newly renovated apartments that rented for the same price as what we paid for a non renovated apartment. Funny how there is no price difference if you have to live in a dated apartment. Needless to say their offer gave us more confidence to leave. Parking was a nightmare. Each apartment is assigned one parking spot and as everyone said other people will park in you space and you cant do much about it. If you have more than one vehicle you have to park it in a guest space which are few and far between. I had to park my car at the nearby grocery store on several occasions because there was no parking. During the summer months there was almost always someone having some sort of loud party. The apartment complex has quiet hours but they do nothing to enforce them. The rental office went through my mail. One day they notified me that I would need to have the other people living in my apartment put on my lease. I told them that there was nobody living in my apartment who wasnt on my lease. They then told me they knew I was not telling the truth because they saw mail with other peoples names on it in my mail box. When it became legal for an apartment rental office to go through my mail I have no Idea. Turns my wifes friend who was living with us (legally on the lease and everything) got mail for her husband who was deployed and it had a different last name on it. When I moved out I was slammed with over $200 in fees that made no sense. $100 for a full paint fee and $105 for a cleaning fee. When I called them to get answers as to why these fees were so high and why they were being charged to me they couldnt explain and told me a manager would look into it and call e back. I never got a call just a nice letter from a collection company telling me I owed them money with interest now. What I though would be a nice rental experience turned out to be a nightmare.
Wonderful apartment, great amenities and perfect Location for Fort Carson and surrounding area. Would’ve stayed here but unforeseen circumstances it wasn’t possible.
*MUST READ*First and foremost...DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE AS A LIVING ESTABLISHMENT. This was the absolute worst place Ive lived. I am active duty, I lived here for 12 months, and moved out due to a PCS. My bills were paid on time, every time. I moved out and they charged my wife and I about $300 due to carpet damage from a pet (we did not own a pet) they threatened me to report my late payment to my credit history.(they never sent me a notice, or a phone call knowing I was I permeantly moved overseas). While loving there the last 2 months our central air was completely broke and I made 6 formal complains, and work orders. The maintained came out twice and still did not fix the problem. I spent my last two months living there sweating in the middle of summer. Please whatever you do, search around you can find a much better place with more space, and it will be cheaper. They absolutely rip off military.. if you so desire to love close to post (fort carson) look at the surrounding apartments or look on Lake Ave. This place should be shut down, they are nice and professional but very unorganized and dont care what your problem is. I rented a 1 BDR 1 bath. We played 1100 a month, but when we moved in we were told 890 dollars a month. I cannot stress enough, DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE. Absolutely ridiculous, and take advantage of military personnel. Search around, I promise you no one stays in these apartments for more than their lease, due to the horrible conditions and increase after your year is up.
It’s a great place to live and they have amazing staff!
Absolutely terrible. I rented one of the renovated apartments. When I moved in it was not clean in the slightest, it had wood glue seeping from the flooring, and there were gouges in the molding. Oh and the toilet is installed tilted and crooked. On top of the listed issues, I had a vehicle break down for a couple weeks and they threatened to tow it at my expense while I was out of the state for training. Worst renting experience of my life.
We like MV especially Sarah! The maintenance guys are great also! People who complain about MV are just spoiled. Some times work orders get pushed back. And MV isnt in charge of your mail. Just putting that out there.
Terrible, claimed I owed 62.00 extra dollars for rent when I moved out. I paid it, they cashed the check and sent the debt to a collection agency two months later. Whoever runs their books is a complete idiot!!!!
There were 2 things I liked about this place: wood burning fireplace, and proximity to the dog parkSome of the things I didnt like:Warped Cabinets, doors didnt matchLow quality paintLow quality carpetlow quality flooringUnreliable electricityUnreliable ACUnreliable HeatDoors that either wouldnt shut or wouldnt stay closedThin walls( love smelling weed and hearing techno all hours of the night)Floodlights pointing in our bedroom windowExtremely rude manager (everyone in the complex gets to bond about how rude she is though)Hot tub and pool were almost always closed for repairsConstant antsMaintenance guys were ok when you watched, otherwise they would say something was fixed, and my laptop security camera would show no one entered the apartment all day
One bedroom apartment $940, and has never been updated since being built. Parking is horrendous.People constantly parking in fire lanes since parking is so limited,
Great place with a great staff team
My husband and i love it here!
Do not rent here, work orders will never get done, overpriced and they wont tell you about charges until after you turn in keys, its crazy I have never seen so many people get screwed.
Great Place To Live
Most horrible apt renting experience ever. The staff promises you things and never delivers. Left me with a 5k bill and these people smile right in your face.
AS EVERYONE ELSE I LOOK AT THE REVIEWS BEFORE I MOVE IN, I WISH I WOULD HAVE LISTEN PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN I MEAN PAPER THIN YOU WILL HEAR EVERY STEP!!! THE PARKING IS TRASH !!! IF YOU PLAN ON LIVING CLOSE TO POST LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! YOULL THANK ME LATER !
Just dont do it.
Absolutely wonderful place to live!! Grace Houston is so helpful and was able to help me sign my lease in less then a week. The amenities are very nice and the apartment feels like a home. Ive lived in a few apartments and this one is one of my favorites. Great price for a fully furnished apartment!!
