Edit: Christina, a new property manager at Veridian at the Edge, reached out to me and was very attentive and reasonable. Made me feel much better about the situation and the state of the apartment complex I live in. While there wasnt much she could do on the rent issue, she tried and I did really appreciate the sincerity in her attempts over her first few weeks to work with me. Id always recommend a property with managers like her. She gets five stars in my book. Happy to stay for that reason.Times are tough with the current rental and housing market so, its really hard to justify giving any company higher ratings who are renting out apartments. Especially considering their properties are probably at least double in value than they were half a decade ago, and without much value added to the units themselves.I love my apartment! Love where I live! Just hopefully property owners can chill out with the rent jumps next time. Even if were still below market, not sure how people are getting by.Original review:Ah yes. Upping rent to obscene levels for current and future tenants. Why? Because everyone else is doing it!Tried talking to them about a pretty large jump in monthly rent on renew. Got ignored.Cheers.

I scheduled a tour at accent, went to the tour which didn’t happen after driving 12 hrs to get there was meet by this Brenda Gordon whom for some reason or another gave me a flyer for canyon stone apartments which after driving from Louisiana to Colorado with all my belongings the flyer stated that the Rent was under $1000 when I went online as they have you do to apply for the apartment after taking Triple the amount out of my account and charging me a pet deposit for my emotional support dog even after receiving all my paperwork it’s a Shame the the company seems to be taking advantage of people the way that they do.. they caused me to be homeless and having to drive back to my daughter house in Virginia since my hometown had flooded..it’s been a whole Month and I still haven’t received the money that was taken out of my account..they falsely advertised theses apartment and when you apply and get approved they overcharge you.. I have receipts and text messages where I had been calling this Brenda Gordon and her not responding.. I even called their Corporate office and to this day over a month later I still haven’t received my funds back

Retreat at Waters Edge Apartments, the Ghetto!There are approximately 45 Apartments in each of the 6 Buildings in this Complex, Tons and Tons of Residents living in most of the Apartments which means Tons of Filth. However Griffis Blessing the Property Managment Company has a Cleaning Crew come through 1 time per week. This is not nearly enough! On top of the Once A Week Cleaning Crew they are contracted so they run through each building faster than anyone Ive ever seen in the past. They clean NOTHING, the Laundry Rooms are Filthy Dirty, the Washers & Dryers in the Laundry rooms are ANCIENT and Broken Down and So Filthy Residents typically take their laundry to the neighborhood laundromat in fear of putting their laundry in the Disgusting Machines.They claim this to be a Security Complex with Security Entrance Systems on all the Entrance Doors, however for the past 6 months the Front Entrance Doors have not worked properly and are typically unlocked due to the locks not operational. The New Fancy Phone Intercom System was installed Over 2 Months Ago and has never been operational, Griffis Blessing Managment Claims Its out of our hands, weve done our part by telling the contractors This is inexcusable when we pay HUGE Rent to live in a Security Building that this has been happening for the past nearly 3 months. Half the time the Doors to the Entrance are Unlocked, the other half of the time they are Locked yet you have to hope your visitors have a phone with them so they can call you so that you can haul yourself down to the lobby to let them into the building.The outsides of the Buildings have been Repainted, yet it looks like we live in the Ghetto with Residents Storing Everything from Livingroom Couches, Recliners, Mops, Mop Buckets, and General JUNK Piled High, Enormous Stuffed Animals Hanging from Balcony Railings.Stairwells are full of Filth, Have Not been swept or mopped in years, yes years!Garages are Filthy Dirty and not free by any means so they should be kept cleaned and swept and power washed on a regular basis yet they are not. People that rent garage spaces are expected to take brooms out and sweep their own garage spaces if they want them clean. Doors to rental garages are not secured or locked and half the time the doors to the garages do not even shut or latch.These issues and many more are given to the Griffis Blessing Onsite Management Office over and over and over again and we are told the same thing over and over and over again Its out of our hands, were doing the best we can with what we have. This response is Very Old and So Ridiculous to tell residents that are paying huge rent.There are Section 8 Residents that sub-let their apartments to Drug Dealers and this has been brought to the Griffis Blessing Management Over & Over and they do nothing about it because they are getting guaranteed paid rent by Section 8 for the unit.Elevators in buildings break down and Stay Broken Down for 21 Days, Griffis Blessing Management blames the Elevator Repair Company yet does not fire them and hire a new Elevator Repair Company, they just leave the Elevator Broken Down Not Operational for 21 Days and there are Residents that are in Wheel Chairs, use Walkers, and are Very Elderly that live on the 2nd & 3rd Floors and again Griffis Blessing Management just blames the elevator repair company yet DOES NOT offer any assistance to those Residents.Sprinkler Systems on the grounds do not work so the grass IS NOT grass in some areas, it is Straw. Does the Maintenance Team ever walk the property and note these things and repair them? NO, No They Do Not!Entrance Door Mats were ripped out 6 Months ago and as you can see we have Simply Gorgeous Entry for our guests to experience.Griffis Blessing Onsite Managment Team claims they are doing all they can, I must say they are a super nice onsite staff, However NOTHING GETS TAKEN CARE OF LIKE THEY PROMISE IT WILL!I would Seriously Consider Signing Any Lease At Glenbrook Apartments with Griffis Blessing in charge, it is Simply Ghetto!!

Worst management ever! My mother rents from the Boulder Crescent Apartments and she has complained numerous times regarding homeless and items not being fixed in her home. I reached out to her manager, no response. I reached out to the managers regional, no response! I need the phone number to the owner of this company, her complaints are going to be heard one way or another!! Why have a regional manager if they can care less about their residents? Makes no sense!!

I had the privilege of living on multiple sites managed by Griffis Blessing. They have treated me with respect. They answer all my concerns and address any issues in a timely manner. They will go out of their way to make sure I enjoy my home. Some experiences can be bad; however, the good experience always out ways the bad. Any charges are explained by the staff. I would highly recommend this management company.

I have been complaining for MONTHS about the neighbor’s pot smoking in their apartment and the management has done absolutely nothing. Security did nothing. I have called, emailed, left messages, visited the office. They tell me to call the police. To enforce the lease? So I feel safe living in my own apartment? Horrible.

Do NOT work for this company. They discriminate based on gender and hide it in the guise of safety. As if girls long hair cant get caught in machines. They hired me and on my second day of work, I was told my hair and beard are too long for work....so I was fired. AFTER, I turned 2 other jobs down because I had already found one. Now, the ladies that work for the company can sport their long, short, or bald hair styles. Discrimination at it best. See yall in......Edit....sorry but the Manager thought it was fine. Dont worry, my lawyer says discrimination is against the law. We shall see who is right in court.

Have a neighbor smoking pot, and cigarettes in her apartment, also burning insense.. So my husband has been experiencing migraines since she moved in.. They gave her a 30day complained.. But she is continuing to smoke it up..30 days to have to smell this stintch..30 days is a long time to go when your getting migraines,I have lived in these apartments for 15 years and I have never been so dissatisfied as I am now, not have I ever been late on my rent, this company sucks.. Not any real action was taken to satisfy the situation... Dont rent from the apartments, you will regret it

Water bills exceeding $100 a month. If that scares you, then please read these words of caution before renting a property managed by Griffis/Blessing, Inc.: Go ahead and look up Great American Utility Company. They share the same address as Griffis/Blessing, and one could assume they are affiliated in some way. This will be where your water utility bills will come from.It is against Colorado state law to profit off of water utilities. If you currently rent from this property management company and are paying ridiculous utility bills, please reach out to the Colorado DAs office (stopfraudcolorado.gov) and request an investigation. This affects thousands of Coloradans and simply cannot go ignored. A full investigation must be opened into Griffis/Blessing and Great American Utility company.

Sorry excuse for a property management company... not only in Denver but throughout the state. They care more about accommodating people who are looking to sign a lease than they do long time residents, and invest large portions of their budget to improving the small areas surrounding the offices and clubhouses these people see rather than the communities they manage as a whole. The turn over of their maintenance and management staff is so high I can assume it speaks loudly to the culture of their work place. Not to mention their public and private reviews are largely falsified and skewed due to filtering of negative comments. This all pales in comparison to their lack of customer service towards their residents coupled with their ability to hand out regular increases in rent and utilities under the title of “amenities.”

Update: Ive been here about 4 months now. Pros: They now give notice before entering my home. Youll pay for it but, the complex area is neat/clean. LOTS of space to park, walk and amenities are mostly kept clean. The front desk ladies are nice, as is Jonathan. Paying rent is simple online. Spacious for a 2-bedroom.Cons: Appliances are the cheapest ones that could be put in. Loose dogs, but they dont always have control of that. When weve tried using the pool, its generally filled with people who are not residents. I do mean FILLED with parties at times. So, all summer ... we enjoyed the pool one night. Hot tub is full of small kids and, we know what happens with that. Oh well.Ive moved up from one star to four now. Rent is high in Colorado Springs and, dont think youll find an exception here. You wont. So, cant complain about that.

I have always been treated with respect and have always felt as if my opinion matters. They are a top notch company from the upper management to the on site personnel. It is rare in this day and age that companies pay their bills on time- this has never been an issue with Griffis/Blessing. I highly recommend this to organization to anyone looking for a top notch management company.

They dont take care of their properties. They allow people to put trash in back areas of the business properties they own. They refuse to help clean and will get mad if though you cant fill anymore of your dumpster up with illegal trash. Theyre response time is never. They never return calls. Read the reviews people. They obviously do not care about their tenets. Stock corporate responses on all of them.

The manager here at Viridian Edge at the park is condescending, arrogant and completely rude!! I have lived here for over 5 years and as soon as Griffis Blessing took over and she was made manager living here has been a nightmare. If I could give them no stars I would. I don’t recommend living here at all, Mission Rock was a way better and friendlier management team. 😡and they kept mixing up my mom and my apartments and the manager used my mother’s words against me, unprofessional!

Worst property management, needs to be investigated. Do not rent any properties managed by this incompetent and dishonest company. The only positive reviews for this company and its properties comes from fake accounts posted by company scum. Below is my experience with them:Terrible place to live. Cops and fire department are here all the time. The price is cheap BUT there is a catch: leave your apartment better than it was before and they will still take your deposit and charge you extra. I lived here for one year in a one bedroom with very old carpet. The place was pristine when I left, except for the very old carpet. They were able to get the carpet replaced at cost to me, saying in one year that I caused the carpet to be in its shoddy condition.If you absolutely have no where else to go and must live here, take pictures of every inch of your apartment including the floors and keep them until you leave. Always have another witness with you or record your interactions with the management so you will be protected. Also, it wouldnt be a bad idea to keep a tenant lawyers number in your pocket, many operate pro bono for low income to protect you from places like this.This is not a place you want to live or your want a loved one to live, there are many places with competent and trustworthy property managers, find one because this is not it.

This is by far the worst ran management company out there every single person is completely incompetent of doing thier job. Since they took over the complex I live in it has been nothing but problems and lack of communication from them on all levels. Im so glad the lease is up and Ill be moving out in a couple weeks and not have to deal with the rude employees anymore. This company could care less about its residents safety. The only reason they have a security company is to chase off homeless people ( the regional manager of Colorado Springs Kim told me that after my car had been broken in to for a third time). She also said the safety of the residents was a police issue. They were unsettling to show any compassion for me at all. I even let them know that I was a Army vet with PTSD. Would give them negative Stars if it was possible.

If I could put in a negative review I would. They have no interest in making the property ADA compliant. I have spoken to the onside manager filled out the forms the had asked for and only for it to fall on deaf ears.When it came time to renew my lease they did a Bait and Switch on the Offer Letter to Renew my lease. The Offer Letter would have lowered my rental amount by approximately $90 yet when I told them I would accept there Offer to renew my lease I was told by Amanda that was a computer mistake that in fact my rent was going to increase approximately by $100. I said you cant do that it is a bait and switch. When I spoke with the manager, Sheila, she said the samething. She did say she will check with her boss and see what she had to say about it. When Sheila did get back with me she was told to say that on the Offer Letter it says that they can resend the Offer Letter at any time and without notice. She did say that what they are willing to do is jeep my rent the same amount.When I spoke with Carmen at the corporate office her response was that no such Offer Letter would ever have the rent going down.If you have a choice DO NOT RENT AT ANY PLACE THAT IS MANAGED BY GRIFFIN BLESSINGS. If you do you will regret your decision.

We are homeowners who rented out our home in Pueblo to move to Colorado Springs for ministry opportunities. We appreciated Bonterras willingness to accommodate our needs which included a medium dog, and a 6-month to 6-month lease. Our lease is up at the end of November and we were ready to renew, with another 6-month lease. But now are being told not only are there NO 6-month lease options available, but our rent on a 1-year lease will go up $60.00 and a 9-month lease option will increase our rent by $110.00. When we challenged the original agreement, our honesty was questioned and told we needed to prove the original conversation. We feel manipulated and backed against a wall. We are an older couple with a limited income, excellent renters, who were responsible to budge our monies, appropriately. And now have no choice but to move during the holidays, in the middle of winter.

OMG the worst disrespectful organization I have ever dealt with and I am 70 years old. Drove 1900 miles to find out that the 2 bedroom standard apartment we were promised was a ADA apartment not at all what we were shown during the visit a month ago. So we are truck loaded and ready to move in but they have no similar units available. So as we express our anger at how could they promise a space and not notify us that it would not be available. Well the rental agent didn’t know it was ADA REALLY. So the manager offers an unimproved apartment reduced rent, garage, and waive the relocation fee if we want a different apartment later...oh but then she calls her unsympathetic boss he says no no discount no garage I guess no liability in this matter. We got our money back but now no apartment truck still loaded and no compensation. The WORST PM company ever

Ive been living on a Griffis/Blessing property for 4 years, but in the last year I have noticed a clear deterioration in customer service and regard for tenants. I used to be able to get a price break on my lease renewals every year except for this year. Now Im being shunned and disrespected, my apartment continues to age, while only the exterior grounds are renovated or addressed for looks. I was told this is the result of new ownership, who clearly have no regard for tenants and treat us as little more than moneybags. Their behavior is disgusting and there is a clear trend now towards price gouging and investing as little as possible into the properties to maximize their profit margins, in order to exploit the rental boom as a result of so many people moving here. Shame on you.

They took over Pine Crest apartments raised rent steadily, 150 on a studio in the last year. Problem isn’t paying it’s what am I paying for. No places to park but the street. Maintenance orders not taken care of for months. Managers excuse to put more work orders in? I literally had a whole in the wall from a busted pipe for over 3 months. From the sounds of it griffols blessing bought a bunch of cruddy buildings monopolize the market and charge whatever they want. Please fix your buildings. Upgrade the quality of life for your residents. Basically a bunch of thugs in suits.

Their Central Heights locations is the absolute worse place to live! We have complained numerous times about plumbing issues but were brushed off because it’s a “building issue” even though they spent 60K to do construction right outside my unit to “fix” it. We were called liars about our issue and had head management come into our home and yell at us. They had allowed the plumbing to get so bad that we had put bathroom covered with feces on two occasions. Both times they took 12 hours to have a “professional” cleaning team to come by. The professional team were just two women in yoga pants with no proper equipment to be cleaning feces. Feces wasnt even fully clean from the bathroom and were left on the walls for the remainder of our stay. Not only that we were threaten with eviction and verbal assault due to our frustration even though we did not impose any threats just explaining our frustration. Not only that management acts like they can’t give you the time day. They yell at you and treat you horribly. This extends all the way to the VP. Upon move out they started renovations early! We still had full keys in our hand when they started tearing up our apartment. The property manager blames that on the fact that she has not had control offer her maintenance team in two weeks. One of the leasing representatives that works in the office even commented and said she thought it was Hilarious that we were treated like liars. The property management does not know how to treat their consumers as well are very unprofessional in how they handle business. I have multiple videos and pictures of most of these transactions. Please do not rent from ANY of their properties.

If I could post a negative review I would! We live in the Mesa ridge apartments apart from it being extremely poor built they charge so much for such a tiny space go down the road and get more bang for your buck! We have a three bedroom that’s filled with bugs and the heating never works as a matter of fact their so called handy guy came out replaced the batteries in my thermostat and then said well keep your doors open during the day to get all of them warm I’ve told my concerns to front desk but because they are too busy dwindling people into thinking this is a nice place! We have a fireplace that should work but doesn’t as a matter of fact it’s styrofoam wood and a fan that’s supposed to heat up but doesn’t! To say it’s pathetic is probably the best representation of it! But hey at least over in the main office they have working heat and a fire place oh and a nice coffee maker for the girls who do nothing thanks for never wanting me to work with any griffis blessing properties ever again

This is the most badly run company I have ever dealt with(or the lack there of). On 9/16 I completed an online application. Along with the application fee it requires paying a $300 deposit. No way past it, must pay to complete app. I reached out the prop mngr Louis before making payment as I had not seen the unit. He assured me that if I was not approved or if the unit did not fit my needs I would be refunded. Ok sounds fair. I submitted and was approved within 10 minutes. I went that afternoon to meet with Louis to view the unit. Can I just say the most disgusting dated thing I had ever seen. I immediately declined to go forward and was told by Louis the $300 would be refunded by check in the mail. The corporate office was down south so no more than a few days. Also I’m 90% sure something bit me when I sat in the office waiting to be helped. Fast forward 3 weeks later and I have not been able to contact this company again. I’ve left daily msg for 2 weeks at Meadows at Towncenter just asking for an update. I’ve left daily msgs at the corporate office for Scott for the last week. Horrible property and horrible customer service to not acknowledge any of the dozen voicemails I left.

ADDED A YEAR LATER: Well, here it is a year after moving out of what is now Paloma Terrace. They have a collection agency trying to get the $446 they claim I owe. As previously mentioned, they took over the day I moved out. I had been told by the previous staff that I would be getting my deposit back. I strongly urge you to go elsewhere if you have any other options.If you look over the reviews and management responses, youll see that they frequently give a stock response of, Sorry youre not happy. Come in and talk to us. There is nothing to talk about. Im not going to waste my time. Theyve decided that I owe something I do not owe. The only thing theyre getting is updates on their attempts to gouge me for that money.PREVIOUS POST: Griffis Blessing took over my apartment complex THE SAME DAY I MOVED OUT. Id lived there for four years and had a wonderful relationship with the previous staff. One of them even noted in my file that I was a delight as a tenant. Always paid rent on time, clean, quiet, respectful. I got permission any time I wanted to do something to the apartment such as paint or put up shelves and was told Its your place, honey. Do whatever you want.When I moved in, the carpet was very worn and was worse by the time I moved out. But GB WAS GOING TO TAKE IT OUT ANYWAY AS PART OF THEIR RENOVATIONS. So imagine my surprise when I got a bill to replace the carpet. As well as a charge for painting the walls and putting up shelves.Run. Just run.

To call them a management company is to misuse the word management. These are crooks, All properties they rent are over priced, All units are in bad condition, Not all have bugs but most, Their management teams at other locations are generally incompetent which is a direct reflection on the company hiring them in the first place. I strongly recommend if you see a building is managed by Griffis you find something else.

If possible to give less than one, well they achieve at that. The Corp. Staff are horrible. And dont get me started on property manager. They will come up with anything to ruin your life and since you are most likely military then they know you get a paycheck and who to call. Theyd rather see you homeless if they cant make a buck off you. Please do not rent from any of them. Highly unmilitary friendly. Dont get trapped!

I have been living at your Newport Village townhouses. I recently sent a request to have someone take a look at the walls because my upstairs toilet has been leaking. I also asked for it to be looked at recently and maintenance has said they completed this job. I refuse to pay rent living with sewage behind the walls and actually spreading to my neighbors who has also lived in these conditions. I been paying for this type of environment and need to see Board of Health. I am hardly home but when I am I smell sewage. I will not pay any rent, late fees, or court fees and request to have my rent in the previous month that your company charge all fees and security deposit be fully refunded.

Pine crest apartments What I can say about this place is the hallways are always clean and the housekeeper is absolutely amazing Jessica Washington is very polite, very friendly and always willing to go out of her way and help with any situations that may arise when brought to her attention I have two very good friends that live on property and the one thing theyre always bragging about is how clean the hallways are and how friendly the housekeeping staff is so for that I give this place 4 stars

If I could give no stars, I would.This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. If you are considering renting one of their properties, dont! I rented an apartment at Encore at Rockrimmon. Although, it is aesthetically pleasing, it is not worth it. The property manager, Tricia, is awful. She is rude and sneaky. After I moved out they denied having received packages (christmas gifts for my children). It wasnt until I reached out to the tenants occupying my old apartment, who stated they turned packages into leasing office, that they admitted having them. Charged ridiculous and bogus fees after moving out. A whopping $4,000! I will not deny that some charges were legit. But, more than half were completely unjustified. Over 2 years of NOT living in the apartment after they TRIED to evict me due to being laid off not a month after I signed another year lease and having to take a job with once a month pay on the 10th. I decided to call and see if I owe a balance last week. It took 5 calls over a week to get Penny to return my call. I apparently OWE 1200.00 and NEVER got a bill!!!!! I have a document stating paid in full but they dont care.

As several other people have previously stated, GB took over our apartment mid-lease as well. They are AWFUL. We have lived in our apartment for almost 2 years and never had as many problems, actually ever renting anywhere, until they took over. The staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate to their residents. The apartments we live in have been consistently under construction for the last 5 months they have been here, I am woken up almost daily by the noise. A couple months ago they hired a contractor to replace our doors and windows but didnt give some of the residents notice, including us. They actually tried to enter our unit at 9 am, and luckily we had a hinge lock. I got a phone call from the office manager while I was sleeping telling me she was going to have to break in to replace the doors and windows! WHAT?! They do not communicate with the residents or the other staff members, no one seems to ever know what is going on around here. I try to avoid interacting with them at all costs, but unfortunately we seem to have issues on a weekly basis. Every time I go to the office I am treated like crap, they roll their eyes, sigh loudly, interrupt me, and are always giving excuses for their inconsistencies. I have tried several times to get in touch with higher management and surprisingly, no one will ever contact me back. I am and will do everything I can to warn people to avoid business with them and our apartment complex, Village at Woodland Hills in Colorado Springs!!

Whenever I hear the name Griffis/Blessing, the word that comes to mind is GREED. As for their response, Please let us know what we can do to help...you can tell the owners to stop taking advantage of people by being so greedy. Just because you can overcharge people, doesnt mean that you should.

Avoid at all costs. Crooks, liars, extremely rude. At Altamira for 2 years and it was the worst 2 years of housing in my life. That says allot since I moved in from airport and chelton. Never in my life have I dealt with such rude staffing, Incompetent maintenance, and slimy greedy management. Fake smiles and lies to get you into a lease and then its all down hill from there. Had to have maintenance in a few times and they broke more then they fixed no joke. Once they came in while we were gone and tracked mud all over the kitchen and carpet. Didnt bother cleaning it up or even saying sorry when we called to let them know. After a few times of them messing up our apartment we had to take care of repairs through outside sources. The staff is extremely rude and never wrong. They have absolutely no security on the premises and my neighbors car was vandalized so bad he moved after offering to buy and install cameras. Of course they said no. They have a company drive through the parking lot once at night with lights flashing to let anyone know if they are doing something wrong. Once you sign the lease you are no longer human, you are money. We were excellent tenants for 2 years and left in good condition. Then they send us a final statement for absolutely absurd things. $25 for removing a welcome mat. A bunch of little things like that they had to come up with to take our deposit. What about us having to pay to clean up after they tracked mud through the apartment, of course I call and they had some lame excuse about it being a year ago and have new maintenance people. The guy who did it still works there but that didnt matter. After 2 years of being great tenants and paying out of pocket to get things fixed because they cant hire a competent maintenance team they steal our deposit. I could go on and on about encounters with staff, the complete disregard for privacy, and hope crooked they are but Ill just warn you to stay away. Its not only Altamira I called Griffiths blessing too and they were just as bad. They have such a poor rating for a reason and that is because they suck.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Griffis Blessing properties (The Overlook at Interquest in Colorado Springs) are no better than properties ran by slum lords. If you are looking for a socially ethical and responsible property management company, stay far away from this corporation. They hide behind the facade of being a part of the community and claim to donate to many local non-profits, however, when an actual case of domestic violence comes across their path they do nothing but hold out their palm for more money and turn their heads pretending as if they cannot see. Griffis Blessing contributes to the issues of society, and even worse, they profit off of other peoples difficulties. If you cant afford a tenant-landlord attorney then you have no chance to stand up for yourself, especially if they know you have been the victim of domestic violence. Tenants are free to steal with no consequences as well, leaving the victim in an even more difficult situation but the Overlook at Interquest was able to have two apartments being paid as rented for so they do not care. Griffis Blessing contributes to the victim blaming in our society, making people feel as if they can never get out of their situation, sending someone to collections for being less than 1 week late on their rent and saying they will save the tenant the costs of eviction by just claiming they are moving them out. Do not rent from any properties owned by Griffis Blessing, God forbid you ever find yourself in the worst case scenario they will have no compassion for even a late payment, charge you 11% interest on late fees, and bully you on top of it.

Where to even begin. This company is hands down the most careless and unhelpful company I have EVER dealt with. DO NOT RENT ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES. Since moving into one of their properties weve had several issues, not one does Griffis care about. We moved into a FILTHY unit that was clearly not cleaned, never repainted, had no air or heat and the bathtub paint to this day peels off in giant chips and sticks to your feet. Took the office 9 months to give us a fire extinguisher but only because of inspections not because they care if you burn your apartment down. We pay for pest control monthly that has literally never shown up even after reaching out to management twice. Weve had multiple lender inspections recently and they claim they will force their way into your apartment with the police department if you cannot allow them in at a certain time due to work etc. they are completely unwilling to work with you. Then when you call griffis to address concerns and frustration with the place YOU PAY TO LIVE like my family just did Sandy literally told us well you can just put in your notice and move. We pay rent on time every single month and are the quietest people ever. After the way weve been treated we wont give this slimey company another penny after our lease. they make other management companies look like angels!

I have to park in this lot for work sometimes, and I paid the full amount, and STILL got a last warning towing sticker on my windshield. Whoever checks the meter at this lot is dishonest about who has paid and who hasnt. So, I would hate for someone to park there and pay and have their car towed. When I called the company to tell them I paid, the lady who answered pretty much said I was lying and was unwilling to believe me. Good luck to you all!

These people are the greediest I have ever encountered!! They want the tenants to pay for everything that is meant to be their (GB) responsibility, which is a perfect example of mass consciousness - victimhood. If people took responsibility for themselves and their actions, this planet would not be in its current state. The companys practices are heinous, self-serving, greedy, irresponsible, and uncaring, to say the least. I wouldnt rent from them if at all possible.

Do not rent from these people. RUN in the other direction. These are the biggest thieves in town. I was a good tenant for 3 years. Never once was I late on my rent or ever had a complaint filed against me. My decision to move was based on all the drug addicts I had for neighbors. And my beautiful Toyota Camry was stolen off the property last summer. I decided then that I was moving when my lease was up.They failed to do their part on informing me when my lease was due in a timely manner which actually gave me another month to live there. I complied with a notice stating let us know by June 20th if you intend to renew your lease, go month to month or intend to move. I let the office manager know when I paid my rent in May that I would be moving out sometime around the 7th of June. I broke my toe during my move which slowed me down a bit but I was out of there by June 8th. I did a walk through with Robin who said everything was fine. I have papers stating that I would be charged for new drip pans and carpet cleaning. Which is ridiculous about the carpet. Thats normal wear and I did no damage to the carpet. I received my deposit check all of $8.00 in the mail . Are you kidding me? $8.00! I should have only been charged pro rated rent for June. I was charged a $65.00 LATE fee for the month I moved. And $27.00 for month to month fees. I am going to take them to small claims court for their thievery and mismanagement. Im not only asking for the late fee charges and the month to month fee. But my WHOLE deposit for their mistakes.Plus punitive damages for my stress and duress. I have ALL the paperwork from 3 years there. I have my original lease where after it was signed I realized the ditz that did my original lease ripped me off an entire month on my lease,.Only left a star because one must in order to leave a review. Otherwise there would be no star! See you in court you thieves!

The General Manage Penny, is very impossible to get ahold of, I have trying to contact her since last week to see if she can check my rental history with an old apartment that I have lived in. I dont think that she cares about my issue and the staff there does not care at all. Penny had heard my voicemails but refuses to get back with me. I have sent my query to their website and no one is listening to me.

They are a horrible management company I have lived in two apartment complexes that they took over mid lease and they showed a clear disregard for the residents as right away they started to charge us for the security service that they choose to use with out consent, as well as they switched the utility metering companies to a metering company called great american utilities and somehow my utility bill immediately jumped about 50 plus dollars a month, as well as they also failed to disclose that at one of the apartments in my building had developed an issue with bed bugs and so I ended up having to replace most of my clothing bedding etc. because they only treated that one apartment and did not make the rest of the tenants aware of the issue. If you are looking for a management company for your property, looking for a new apartment I would say stear clear of Griffis Blessing as they do not care about their tenants or the upkeep of the properties they manage

Stayed at a Griffis Blesssing property The Village at Lionstone. THEY left trash all over our apartment when we moved in, never reomoved over the whole 1 year lease then charged us to clean it up when we moved out. Worthless rude management, leasing office employees, as well as maintainence workers. Never lease here. You will regret it. I promise you live in a 7/11 it will be better and more clean.

Grifis Blessing is an absolute joke of a company. I have always been warned about them, and recently have had to finally deal with them. They took over our apartment community mid lease, and as soon as this happened, the place went to crap. We get charged for fees that were never agreed upon, or in our lease contract. They replaced the staff with teenagers with horrible attitudes. They jack us around on our mail ever since the mailboxes were broken into. They promised one week for mail to return to normal, this was almost 2 months ago now. We have to drive all the way to some random post office to pick up our mail. Recently we received a letter stating that if we would like our mail held at the office, to sign the waiver and bring it in, and if not, the mail would continue to be taken to the post office. This isnt the case, we never signed the waiver giving them permission to hold our mail in some random room with millions of other papers. But they took it upon themselves to do it anyways. STAY AWAY from anything that has to do with Griffis Blessing. Nothing but a bunch of crooks and liars with horrible attitudes.

I am currently a resident, and upon moving in,was lied to about the cleaning,repairs takes forever,neighbors are loud and rude,my tire was stabbed,people parking in my spot,the security thats never on patrol or just flat out dont show up,never have I been so disrespected,after not having a bathroom for 2days and she asks my wife can she Wait, really,never any hot water because of inconsiderate neighbors, kids making out behind the apartments,staff is never knowledgeable about anything..ever...and dont try to call them they never answer
