Wonderful Service! Would definitely go back… Employees were wonderful

June was so nice! Got a fantastic pedicure. Will definitely go back and I would definitely recommend her!

Told me they were able to do a job, but couldnt. They showed me a nail sample. It was horrible. They finally removed them but the next job the nails were so filed thin they broke and the pedi was poorly done. Sticking to glow nails from now on.

Was hopeing to make an appointment but got a bad service when I enter one of the employees gave me a rude attitude and not even a nice greeting or made me feel wellcome I don’t think I ever come back

I’ve been following Vicki ( who owns Creative nails now) around town for several years. Now that she has her own shop and it’s just wonderful to see her and her great staff establishing such a great place. She’s definitely an expert at what she does and specializes in acrylic nails, dipping powder and gel but does the best pedicures I’ve ever had as well. And waxing too. The two women who work with her are equally attentive and just overall sweet and friendly with years of experience. I highly recommend Creative Nails and, during these pandemic times, they have the salon set up to be very protective with fiberglass little windows to divide you and one other customer and one between you and the person working on your hands or feet. It is always fresh and clean, there’s fresh air blowing through and I am in Nursing so I have an eagle eye for people following what is safe and this shop always has been fresh and clean and still gets an A+!

I always get my nails done with Vicky she can do ANYTHING my crazy mind comes up with. All of the staff is super nice friendly and professional they make sure you are happy 100% of the time. I started getting pedicures recently and they take out my ingrown nails with out hesitation and most importantly they don’t make me bleed or hurt. When I don’t know what I want they help me decide. I can not say any nicer things. I recommend calling ahead and making an appointment they take their time with everything to ensure you are pleased!20 stars ⭐️

Vicky and get team are the best in SB. Cynthia cam dig out your ingrown toenail, and Vicky can copy any nail design you find. I love this shop and have been coming here for a few years.

Creative Nails is a hidden gem in Santa Barbara. The owner Vicky is so polite and trendy. I have been her customer for many years and will continue to be for as long as I can.Vicky does amazing acrylics. She has fantastic design skills. She can follow a picture or do her own ideas. She has an eye for color and knows her products well. Vicky always knows what’s popular with nail designs and loves to be creative.Cynthia and June are also wonderful. They are professional and efficient. I have also had my nails done by them.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Creative Nails. The place is small, clean, and friendly. The prices are great and the employees are highly skilled. Vicki is the best for gel and dip. Always does a nice and clean job.

I would not recommend this place. I literally have to redo my nails myself after the botched manicure by the guy.
