I had heard the promos for Steamatic on the radio for quite awhile and decided to call them for an estimate.The process was explained to me in easy to understand terms and I was happy with how thorough they would be.I got a text the morning of my appointment from Nick and e and Kaden arrived right on time. After I was explained the job they got right to it. I was able to watch, ask questions, and see how quick and efficient it was.I could see the results when I was emailed pictures of before and after. To me the results were immediate and I was completely impressed and satisfied.I would recommend that you at least call Steamatic for an estimate; you get what you pay for and the work was great, employees great, and they show it in the work they do.I realize this is a long review but I would also add that while my ducts and vents were being cleaned I had my gutters being checked and the Tech doing those said he had used Steamatic and was very impressed with their work.I will be using them again when I need my ducts and vents cleaned again. Anthony was early for the appointment which is a plus. He was very friendly and professional. I appreciate the hard work. My only issue is the lady who answers the phone and scheduled appointments, I believe her name is Tamara or Tammy. She’s not very friendly to speak to and interact with. She’s probably been doing this a long time and maybe need a change as she sounds like she is miserable. This almost madeMe cancel and go with another business but I didn’t for the sake of not having the time. But I am overall satisfied.

Didnt get rid of pet stains. After he left, we cleaned those areas with our Bissel carpet cleaner and was able to get more of the stains out and significantly dirty water. Anthony was very nice, but the quality of the service was lacking. Wouldnt use them again.

This woman yelled at my elderly father when she answered the phone! She answered and He asked if this was Steamatic? Her response was I Already said that once! My father is hard of hearing and she was so hateful that we will Never use this business. My husband is a business owner and I find this absolutely unacceptable! We will go somewhere else.

The two young men were very courteous, answered questions and advised me regarding preventing more dust accumulation. They did their job, packed up, talked to me about some issues, and left. They were in time for arrival and finished as they projected.

Professional and courteous service. I will definitely use Steamatic again.I had my dryer vent cleaned out. I wish they had a way to show customers how much lint was actually cleaned from the vent either by weight, volume, or just a visual. Nonetheless, I am pleased with the service I received.

Before you hire a company on price, do yourself a favor and call Steamatic for an estimate. I found it worth hiring properly licensed duct cleaning professionals - a BIG difference from other companies who basically vacuum your vents.

I just bought my first home and had Steamatic clean and sterilized air ducts. They did a very thorough job and my invoice came with before and after pictures. Tammy the receptionist is not nice. She is rude, dismissive and has no business answering phones or being in a customer service position.They are also very overpriced. One of the bedrooms they cleaned was tiny and they charged me for a room and a half. Never again.

In regards to HVAC system clean, I had an estimator come in & do a walk through. We discussed treatment options based on my sq footage. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Estimate sheet broke down costs and price was predictable. Was able to get an apt the next day. The 3 employees I interacted were fantastic. They were on time and were extremely professional, knowledgeable and funny! Able to answer every random question I threw at them.In addition, they gave me a heads up about noises & sections of the house that they would be working on. know that it will be a half if not the whole day if you want the job done right. Mine took about 7 hours & when they sealed things up, they cleaned up & were on their way. Very happy

We had been having issues with our dryer vent. The build-up was causing our new dryer to stop functioning. I called Tammy at Steamatic and she sent a team out within a few days. Those technicians (Chris & Chris), used a long rotating brush which was inserted from both ends of the vent. He extracted two very large clumps of hardened lint and a lot of debris. From what we saw, it looked like a job well done. He was only here for about a half-hour. We continued to have more issues with the dryer vent, so I called Tammy and explained the situation. She was very professional and said shed send out a team the next morning. Eric & Anthony came with the big guns - a system of tools that enabled them to force air in multiple directions within the vent and a super vacuum that sucked it back out. They also used a camera and explained every step to us as they continued to work. Eric and Anthony were here for almost two hours! Our dryer vents perfectly now, and we can actually feel the warm air coming out of the vent outside. Thank you Steamatic for a very complete cleaning!! Well see you again soon to clean the duct work throughout our house. Rene & Ann

Bought my house due to having a son and needing more room. We thought we were going to have to replace all the carpet in the house but we called Steamatic of Colorado Springs out and they were able to restore the carpet. We still have the same carpet and have had them out again since the first time over a year ago

Steamatic is the BEST!!! I worked with Eric and Pete for mold remediation and they were not only professional and dependable but friendly to boot. They answered all my questions, even the same ones several times over, and at no time did I feel like they found them stupid. I also highly recommend them because they are willing to go that extra mile for you, the customer. And in this day and age, thats rare. BTW, Ill be using them for my carpet cleaning as well

When we had our basement flood as a result of all the rains in Colo Spgs we called Steamatic to help us. Chris and his crew came out. We ended up having them pull up our rug and wet sheet rock. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, quick and professional. Chris provided us with names of restoration contractors we could call to come restore our walls. Unfortunately within a few days we experienced more water and again I called Chris. Not only did they set up all the drying out equipment, but they went the extra mile to also helped us incorporate a temporary submersible sump pump in our window well. THANK YOU Chris for all your help.I know there are other things Steamatic does & I wont hesitate to call on them again.

In an air duct cleaning industry know to rely on bait and switch marketing, Steamatic doesn’t stray far from the pack.They advertise a BAIT price of $299 for 12 air ducts or $25/duct. They SWITCH the price to $35/duct when they come to your house. Claiming they couldnt possible “honor” their bait price because my ducts are older and too dirty.I called them because their radio commercial said they were different but they are just more of the same. Don’t waste your time.

They did a fantastic job, at times they took photos of before and after results, I was highly impressed by the job that they did and rate them as exceptionall !!!

Employees were very friendly and professional. They were more than willing to take a little extra time and effort to make sure cleaning was done right. They even got all spots out on carpet including dark black marks from sofa.

We paid $247 for our 3 bedroom house. Kreg and kris (not sure if thats the right spelling) were so nice and did a great job. price paid was worth it. What I like about it is that it did not take long to dry. We opened the windows for 4 hours and it was Almost dried. Our carpet looked new afterwards. Before they clean it I thought we had to replace the entire thing because it looked so old.

They stoled several thing from my home,I will never use them again....and the cleaning was horrible .

For years my family always got sick durring the winter season, and last year I decided to have steamatic clean my air ducts and the results were great!. It was amazing the junk they removed from heating system and I could literally smell the difference in my house, no longer do I smell when the furnace kicks on. And the most important part was how healthy my family was all winter long. Duct cleaning is a definite must if anyone in the house has asmatha, and steamtic did a fantastic job for me.

Crew cleaned carpet in my home which was new in 1999. Outside of normal wear the carpet cleaned up like brand new. Way to go guys!!!
