They do a great job which lasts a long time. Downside: color samples show peach and rust but turn out red.

I was a walk-in on a Friday and was taken right away. They are busy (about 12-15 people), attentive and what a nice result. I will go to Best Nails from now on. The place is clean and nicely decorated. Michael is the best.

I was happy with the result of my gel manicure and wax, but the nail tech burped into my mouth during the work so that I could taste his exotic lunch. Gag.

Best nails is my go-go nail salon in Beaufort. Most of the nail techs are excellent and the pedicure ladies are wonderful as well. I would have given them 5 stars but there is seldom enough skilled help for the number of clients they have.

You know those salons in the movies where everyone gets along and laughs a lot, and sometimes the conversation turns a little saucy and funny? This is that kind of place. Great group of people. T and Richard are hilarious. The pedicures are fabulous! Always pleased with the eyebrow waxes, too.

Not what I wanted for my nails, I had to get a different style. Theyre poorly done and have bubbles in them. The lady drilled my finger with the machine to file down the acrylic. Just looks so bad.and charged me 45$ for the acrylic set.

New to the area and this was the first nail place on google and I do not regret going one bit! Everyone was so nice and welcoming and friendly! I got a great pedicure and the lady took her time making sure to really care for my feet! My full set came out amazing and was exactly what I had shown the nail technician! I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience getting my nails done in Beaufort! Will definitely makes this my new place!

I LOVE this place! Have been going for years, and have never been disappointed.They are quick and efficient; when I get a full set (or fill) it lasts 2~ weeks. My mom, sister and I always love it here. Not just for nails, but for the social experience. The staff always gets laughs out of me! Definitely worth the money!

VERY RUDE !! They don’t know how to do eyebrows at all. The lady who did my eyebrows messed them up & wouldn’t fix them or give me a refund. & it was very dirty in that room !!!

Although Ive only been to a couple nail salons in the area, this is my favorite salon in Beaufort. Its so clean and so beautiful inside. The staff seem to be a lot more kind than most nail salons and dont just smile and speak in another language to their co-workers when you say something to them.

Beyond irritated. Not only was I ignored when I walked in, but I was told I they would do my fill first, then my pedicure. So after sitting for 43 minutes watching white people being greeted and smiled at, w/o an appointment they were in the chair before me, I left. HORRIBLE!!!

Horrible service..went in for change of color, fix toes nail, eyebrow arch..I told my nail tech my toe nail was crooked, she replied Its Ok come back 2weeks ..FIRST STRIKE, I said mam this gel polish is thin..she replied Its ok, it look good ..SECOND STRIKE .. my total is $45..I ask to speak to manger due to nail tech lack of English..the manger tells me change of color is $30 due to the time. .THRID STRIKE..I was pressing for time, had to be to a wedding in a couple of hours..they have no price list hanging no where..color change for gel polish is only $15..I got charge $15 extra for the nail tech indolent time.

Hands down best nail salon that I have ever been to.Michael$ is highly entertaining and one of the best nail techs. Chris did an amazing job on my pedi and they were nice even when I messed my pedi up! I can’t say enough nice things about this place. I laughed so hard when I was in there, and you know it’s a good place to go back to when you walk out of there laughing.

They cracked my nail and the tip broke off THE DAY I had them redone. I called to see about getting it fixed because it was 6:45 and the close at 7. She told me to come back on Monday. I told her I was leaving town tomorrow. She told me to come back Monday. So unprofessional.

Beware of the messy gossiping the staff does & if you don’t ask for your change the chubby white lady with mermaid hair will keep all of it. Tell me why I was charged $40 for a regular polish pedi & my friend was charged $45 for a gel... I will encourage everyone to steer clear to places that over charge like this.
