I had my eyebrows microbladed/shaded here and to say it was a pleasant experience would be an understatement. Kim was patient, thorough, and did an amazing job. I searched several other businesses but was most comfortable with the work I saw here, and I was not disappointed. Thank you!

I had a full set service done. none of my nails are even. she cut me 4 times. the gel polish was not cured all the way under the top coat so i basically have bags on nail polish on my fingers.

My favorite place to go after they closed to renovate Angels nails on tiny town. The place a fairly new about 6 months to a year opened location. They take care of all your needs in including of your nail gets damaged after walking away to shop at the mall

It was the best and most luxurious nail service I have every had at a spa or any where for that matter.I had the Nails Trix Spa service. They spent close to 1 hour cleaning, massaging and treating my hands and feet. They used all natural product and it was wonderful. They are professionals and are not day dreaming or faking it. They really know what they are doing and take their time to make sure you are cared for properly.My feet and hands looked better then they have every looked afterwards.The Nail Spa is clean, does not smell of chemicals and they have beautiful glass pedicure tubs and use new tools for every client.

I went in for an appointment with Kim for microblading, she was amazing! I had been wanting to get it done for a while now, but its tough to know where the best place is to go. My co worker had it done by her and I made an appointment for the following week. I would definitely recommend going to Kim, not only does she do a wonderful job but she takes her time with you to make sure you love the results.

I love getting my nails done! My go to salon is Luxury Nails on Madison St. i 10/10 recommend you go there instead. While shopping at the mall with an out of town friend we decided to stop by and get our nails done. I understand nail techs may get stressed but rushing through my mani was not okay. After leaving and looking at my nails ( I got dip gel done as i do every other place) it was super thick and several places such as the side of my nails and random dips on my nails were missing pigment. for the price i paid, the service did not match up. I do not recommend this salon. to anyone!

The gentleman who provided my service was nice enough, tho he seemed to be in a hurry. He even added a design to my nails ion request, and it was cute, but my happiness with the service was sort lived.. I had informed him that several of my nails had lifted since my last service, and I watched him repair a few spots. Within a few hours of leaving, one of my nails broke off in the corner, and before 48 hour were up another nail peeled and chipped. Further more after doing some dishes two more nails lifted and broke off. Very disappointed in the visit overall...

My girls and I are in Nashville for a birthday celebration/cabin getaway and decided to stop here for pedicures. So glad we did. We were able to laugh with and enjoy the entire staff. Thanks for the great customer service guys!!!!

This snowbird neeeded an eyelash extension fill and found Android on line. I was nervous to try someplace other than my nails Clarksville near home. Lisa, the owner, provided excellent, skilled application. Takes extreme pride in her work. Returned yest for a facial which also was good. Did not disappoint! My go/to place when in Marco. Open on sundays and holidays which is a plus! try it!

I got a full set of acrylics done here. Price was reasonable, nails were beautiful, and three weeks later still not a single bit of chipping, cracking or any loose nails. I will definitely be going back soon.

Great service and friendly people! Walked in for a pedicure and 2 manicures. Was able to sit right down for pedicure even though they had several people in there. Best pedicure I have had here in Clarksville. Nice massage and polish job was great! Nails were manicured and gel polished. Great experience as a whole. Little more in price than what I am used to paying but definitely worth it! Will definitely go back. Price to me is not that big of deal as long as service is good and this was great! All staff very friendly and smiling!

Mia gives a wonderful pedicure. She is very good at what she does. I have been coming to her for over 20 years and the pedicure gets better each time.Amy and Kim do the shellac on my nails and they do a great job. Excellent customer service. I love the new location in the mall.

Hello Everyone, my wife and I always have an amazing experience when coming to Nail Trix Spa, Kim, is our spa specialist and we love her, she is very professional and can do almost anything with nails and eyebrows. My wife had her eyebrows microbladed and shaded with Kim, what an amazing job she did!!! After 3 weeks my wife came back to touch up her eyebrows and she didn’t even need it, when the job is done well the first time There is no need for retouching!!! We highly recommend Nail Trix Spa.My advice to the ones not happy with the service and results, we all work hard for our money! Tell your nails tech what is it the you are unhappy about right there and then and I’m sure they’ll do whatever it takes to satisfy your needs, there is always a manager on duty if you feel like you are not getting your point across with your nail tech.Good luck and happy holidays to all!

I’ve been here twice. First time they did a great job on my nails. The second time I went in for a fill and ask the man to soak my nails instead of ripping them off. Man did not listen and insisted on ripping my nail off. After two days my nail began to life up and I went in to ask for a replacement but considering it wasn’t a full week before they began to break off they still wanted to charge me 3.00$. Don’t come here

I came last Saturday to get a fill. My nails were done ombre 3 different colors. The lady acted like she had no idea what to do. Anyway, she finished my nails and all was well. Fast forward to 5 minutes ago. I came here because my entire nail popped off last night, which has never happened. So I went to get it fixed but they are telling me that they have to charge me because of their policy. The lady acted like she didnt have a clue what was going on. I like this salon, but I will not be going back there. I should have stuck with Teresa Nails instead.

Last year I got my toe and hands done for my wedding they look great. But a couple of days later I had ingrown toe nails and just thought during the process that the guy was digging into my nails a littler harder than he should. Now it’s not really my thing but now I have very thin toe nails now that easily break and I think was the gel nail polish that they use and plus I had to scrape off some of the gel to ease the ingrown toe nails. So what a waste of MONEY! Still not pleased.

7/22/19 Brought My Daughter In to get her nails and toes done for her upcoming birthday. And they wanted me to show I.D. Cause they said she’s tall for her age. And the 2 ladies at the counter were laughing and talking in their language. Very unprofessional and Rude!!!!!!!! Never heard of a such thing in my life. Prices our too high. Went to the other nail shop in the mall and was treated way Better!!!!!!! And prices are much cheaper.

I often get compliments on my nails. The same technician has always done my nails and does an amazing job. I will wait just for her. Today a receptionist that I had never seen before was extremely rude to myself and the technician. I almost felt like she was bullying her. The owner should help her with her people skills.

This place was magnificent! I chose the dark maroon color and was helped by a cute girl. Perfect staff. They used good products for my nails! Modern decoration. I definitely recommend this place to my friends.

So I came to this establishment because it had many great reviews, however I was extremely disappointed. I didnt have an appointment but they were very good about getting me in right away. (THIS WAS THE ONLY GOOD THING). The woman at the front had to ask every technician if they do gel. When she finally found someone she got me back to him within 10min of me showing up. The gentleman working on my nails not only took forever, but kept filing my nails crooked. I kept telling him they were crooked and he kept filing the wrong side of my nail. Then, as I was getting a French manicure, he once again kept making them crooked. I was there for about an hour and a half and was fed up with the fact that I wasnt done. On top of everything, the clear coat on top wasnt even put on smoothly. NOT WORTH SPENDING $40+!!

WOW. By best salon nail around. I’ve never and never left disappointed! They’re clean and so pettry. All of them do great work. It’s well worth the wait! I get the dip powder overlay, they last and never pop even after a 3 - 4 weeks of having them.

My husband and I went for pedicures, and we had such a great experience! The new location is very spacious. Everyone was very nice and even though it was a very busy Saturday, they got us both right in. We will definitely be back. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Louis did an amazing job on my nails but I couldnt really afford to do the upkeep and let them grow off natural and my nail is destroyed beneath.live and learn I suppose. Its finally getting back to normal.Its been months and my nails are still trying to recover from this nail application. My nails have dips in the beds and are just so thin and brittle now. 😑

Bought a gel pedicure and manicure, the lady doing my nails was very gentle and friendly, and quality of work is better than I could ever imagine. The cost was exactly what I was told beforehand. Bare in mind that you might need to book a time in advance, as the place is really popular so walk in was not possible at all times.

This is the first nail salon Ive been to with a rewards/points program. They said it was not a problem and took their time to make sure everything was done the way it was supposed to. My nails came out beautiful. Five stars for their nails.

I have always had a great experience here, even in the old location. New location is very neat and professionally set up. I went to a different salon, and immediately came back here to fix the mistakes!

Ill make a long story short. They are rude. The pedicure was awful and my feet look the same as when I went in. I paid extra for an upgraded pedicure and she didnt even do all the steps of a basic one. I was switched between nail techs 3 times the first one ignored me, the second cut my finger and burned me repeatedly even after I told him repeatedly he was hurting me. They switched me to another guy who refused to speak to me. My nails are thin as a plastic tip. It still looks like I need a fill and he was to busy watching tv he looked away WHILE he was drilling my fake nails and went down so far he filed off my REAL nail. Now its just a very painful nail bed on one side. I will never ever ever return or recommend this place to anyone. I also witnessed a tech not cleaning tools properly between clients. Disgusting.

My mom and I came in for mani/pedis for Mothers Day. Due to COVID19, I made the appointments as required. When we got to the salon, they only had me down for one mani/pedi. I showed the receptionist my Facebook conversation and they did accommodate us, however it was a hassle and took forever. The services were good. 1

Worst experience ever. I went to get the gel powder soaked off and gel polish with a manicure. Although I did not have to wait when I got there, the lady that did my nails was very rough and unfriendly. Not only did she not soak off all the gel powder as I requested, she was rough with the drill (she only used 1 speed which was high), she was rough on my cuticles (it took 2 days for them to stop hurting) and she put gel polish on top of a very thin layer of gel powder that was left on my nails. She barely massaged my hands and when she did, I really wish she hadnt because my hand felt worse after the massage because she was that rough. If you have good nail tech, stay where you are, if not be very careful if you still decide to go after reading this review.

The man was very nice. Didn’t talk much, but got business done. I was reading different reviews and thought I would get a bad experience, but it was FAR from it. Definitely coming here again and seeing if they have time to do a manicure before I leave!! :-)

OMG where do I start... The service is beyond awesome. They are very sweet caring and patient. They pay great attention to detail and ensure that their customers leave satisfied.

Went there to get a simple nail repair. Ask her to simple put some glue and acrylic powder on my nail then file to smooth no drill. And the first thing she pulled out was her drill. Had to tell her again I dont want my nails drill and then the attitude started. Shes the nail tech working at station 9. Very rude and disrespectful and need to learn how to properly communicate with clients. I will never go back to that nail salon neither would I recommend it to anyone especially since I still have to fix my nail myself. Worst nail repair job ever. Hope the owners read this review and deal with that nail tech appropriately.

Pedi was good. Tech never spoke, except to ask what color, when I told her brand and color she shoved a color chart in front of me. Had to chose a color I did not like. Did not apply a base coat to my nails. After I dried I found my color. Will not go back.

Pedicure was great, manicure was a horrible mess. I will definitely not come back. I usually go to Emily’s nails and that was my fault after seeing other similar reviews for this place.

I go here all the time, everyone is so nice and they usually do a good job. There is this one lady that I try to avoid doing my nails cause they get messed up every time she does it but other than that its a great place.

The lady working the front desk was polite, however the older lady who took worked with me was far from it. I wasn’t greeted at all, which is fine but instead of speaking to me, I had a palate of colors shoved in my direction. I got my pedicure and was told “3” as if I was supposed to know what that meant. I’ve never been to this location prior to this so I had no idea all of the stations were numbered. I sat down for my “gel” manicure and noticed a stinging sensation on my toe. My cuticle was ripped from both my toe and my finger, causing me to bleed. I told her it was fine and she continued to work on my other cuticles. Before she painted she told me, “you pay”. So I gave her my card and paid. She watched me write in her tip and seemed to frown, although it was a 23% tip. After this I asked her to fix the shape of my nails because none of them were the same shape. She painted them quickly and told me to “go sit”. So I found the drying station and sat down and she left. That was the end of our interaction. No thank you or even an indication of how long I should sit. After about 20 minutes I left. 2 days later my “gel” is off and I’ve never had gel come off this quickly. I’ve even done less with chemicals and dishes than I usually do. My toes on my right foot have two chips. Basically, go somewhere else.

I love this new place in the mall! It seems very clean and the employees are very courteous. The one complaint I have is the extra cost of the gel polish. $15-20 added on top of service seems excessive. The techs are very skilled and up to date on the trends. As I keep coming, I’ll review again!

I went in to get a set of gel nails, which were actually acrylics overlaid with gel (not uncommon but they could have told me upfront). The man who did the nails did such a terrible job - the acrylic is uneven across the nail, very thick in some places and thin in others, and its full of bubbles. During the manicure, he used his own fingernails to push down my cuticles and free the skin from the superglue holding on the tip which was incredibly painful. Two days after I was there, the nails started lifting. I will not be going back.

Decided to try this place because it’s always so so crowded. My daughter and I got seated right away but had to wait in the pedicure section for another 20 minutes. The lady Mia is Extremely rude !!!! Entire time I got my pedicure I got told to hold on so the nail person could answer and text on the phone . I never will come back to this place .

My mother and I had our feet done. The woman that did my mothers feet was VERY RUDE!! She was an older lady who obviously hated her job. The young woman who did my feet seemed new and nervous, but was nice. She tried, but did not do a good job. I would not recommend ever going here for any service unless you want to be rushed and treated poorly. I forgot to mention not all the chairs work and the ones that do work very poorly.

I was there for over two hours waiting on a pedicure and eyebrow wax. It was my first and last visit. They are way too slow. The guy who done my pedicure was good with everything but the paint. He had color all over my toes but the massage was good. I understand you have to wait for things when busy but this was excessive wait times.
