I love this place. The work is good for my experience and my nails last.

I got my nails done today and the guy that did them was very rude. He seemed very aggravated the whole time, which made me feel uncomfortable. He was rushing and kept watching tv while doing my nails. He was rough and kept snatching my hand! I most definitely will never return and I would never recommend them to anyone! I hate my nails btw

Went here to get a full set and pedicures for my moms birthday. Her nails turned out great, but the guy that did my full set was horrible. He kept trying to pressure me to get dip powder then when he finished it looked like I needed a fill in already. He half way polished my nails and didn’t want to fix one after there was a bubble in it. I definitely won’t be going back there.

I asked for and whole different shape and I wanted them to be longer. These were my out of town nails now I have to go get them redone and spend more money

The gentleman in the first chair was very Rude. I asked him not to put the drill up too high because it hurts, then he asked how do I usually have my nails taken off am I informed him using foil, he told me I should go back there. I informed him that there was no need for him to be rude and he just continued. I will never spend my money here again. I’ve never experienced this kind of customer service before.

Ask lots of questions. I was never into spending money at salons for my naturally long nails. I wasnt aware of the new to me gel polish & how acrylic over my natural nails keep my nails protected from breaking at the quick when gardening & doing household projects. So, for those reasons, I have been going to Q Nails Spa since 08/2019. My nails usually last one month. If I have any issues, the technician corrects it.

It was absolutely amazing! i was worried lowkey because of the reviews but mine and my moms nails looked SO good!! i totally recommend asking for hoy!! he is so funny and will definitely make you happy with the results!! his station is #10 and i will for sure be coming back!!

Have been getting my nails done for quit some time here but today left a horrible taste in my mouth. Got my nails done with gel Sunday evening. Went in this morning to ask if they could fix or redo (mind you I said I would pay ). Even though I feel I should not have to pay if more then two are chipping but was not going fight about it. The guy sat me down and ignored me for 15 mins. So I finally asked if I could start soaking;He then proceeded to ignore me all while three workers were not doing anything. Not sure what is going on but not the same quality of work as past.

Customer service was great but my nails looked terrible. Came in to get dip on my natural nails and they came out thick, lumpy, and not evenly cut nor filled. $50 for my nails to look terrible

Very poor customer service. Multiple people that came in after us were helped while we were left mid procedure. Full set for both of us, nails looked good but we both had multiple breaks win less than a week. Overpriced!

This was my first time having my nails done at Q-nails. I only asked for a gel manicure. These are my natural nails, no tips added. I didnt see a list of prices posted so I didnt know in advance what the cost would be. Most places typically charge between $20-30 for a basic manicure. So my only issue was that it cost me $35 for the manicure but my nails look great. The added bonus was that I didnt wait as long as I would at the place I normally go. I didnt get the guys name, no name tags were worn and he didnt tell me his name. But if I knew his name I would definitely recommend him.

The Lady Seemed Aggravated From The Time She Started Doing my nails! I Was Getting A Ombre Fill With a Jeweled Accent Nail & A Painted Nail on each hand. I Picked The Gel Color I Wanted & She Waited Until It Was Time To Paint Them To Tell Me It Was Empty. Then The Next Color I Picked They Didnt Have Either. She Tried To Tell Me She Was Just Gonna Do Silver Since They Didnt Have A White Glitter. I Refused and Wanted To Look At A Different Color Guide and Was Told No I Had To Pick From The One She Gave Me. She Also Told Me That She Wouldnt Remove A Hair That Was In My Nail Off Of Her Brush.I Was Still Charged The Full Price Without Even Getting The Accent Nails Painted.*edit* I Wont Be Back. I Still Paid To Avoid Causing A Scene In Your Business, But it is Absolutely Ridiculous To Still Charge Me Full Price When You Didnt Even Paint My Nails & Refused To Take A Hair That Was In Them Out.

The service was great. The young man did awesome on my nails. I did a soak off / full set and pedicure. I would recommend. They are business and in the nail industry time is money. They are trying to provide excellent service as quick as possible. Do not take their shortness for rude. As customers we can often be demanding. I will visit them again.

Very nice facility. I have been here a few times and they’ve always did great on my nails. Their service is not the best because some are fluent in English. The pamphlet says free wine or drink is included with service. I have never once been asked if I would like one. I requested the wine and they just shook their head. The employee may have not understood me. If I pay $55 for a pedicure I expect great service.

I wouldn’t waste a hot second in this place. I’m writing review from the parking lot. Nails looks horrible like a hot mess. Please go somewhere else.

I got a pedicure here and I wanted a design on my toes. She told me that I could not get the nail design I wanted, without even attempting. I went down the street and got a beautiful design. I will never spend my money here again.

The facility is beautiful, polish selection is marvelous, prices are reasonable, but, the young lady who waxed my eyebrows had a lackluster personality. Not the type of thing you expect in this industry. However, you never know what people are going through. Even so I tipped her generously, hoping the next time she sees me she will be more friendly! 🙂

Went here after waiting at Seva for a hour!!! The service was very quick! I was in and out less than 10 minutes and my eyebrows were on point!!! Recommended!! My first time here after staying in Clarksville for 4 years.

The last time I went to get my nails done I was very disappointed. The woman that did my nails was rude and left my nails half way done and left the table for me to wait for her for almost 45 minutes with no explanation and when she came back she acted just as rude as before she walked away. She tried to charge me more than what this place usually had before this point and I didnt even have any designs just plain color and it was still sloppy work. However I found a different nail salon close by to fix my nails of whom was much better in every way and I wont be returning to Q nails. Dont waste your money here.

I’m actually a regular customer here and I’ve always loved it until yesterday. I went in for a quick brow wax and while I was laying down the lady pointed at my mouth and stated “you want that wax too” pointed to the non existent mustache that she wanted to wax off for extra money . When I go into a place of business I would like for what I ask for to be done no more no less.

I’ve attached a photo of my nails because they turned out beautiful. BUT if you care about customer service this won’t be the place for you! I was in there for two hours and one hour was me sitting around and waiting while 4 employees sat in massage chairs and played on their phones. My nail tech did not say a single word to me during the entire session. She cut my finger with one of their tools and made me feel so uncomfortable when I pulled my hand away that I APOLOGIZED and she acting annoyed that I was bleeding. Most expensive nails I’ve ever paid for. I will never return here ever. Only giving two stars because my nails look good.

I actually liked this place,But this is my second time coming and my price was different when I got the exact same thing as the first time,A 40$ pedi and my nails done with a simple design (only on 2 nails), somehow my nails cost $60 this timeThis time he said since my nails were long it cost more. I’ve never heard of the length of your nails changing the price.And they are not even that long, maybe an inch.They just make up any price in here and I don’t like that. Should have read the reviews because I am not the first to complain about made up prices.They lost a great customer

Asked for simple nails to accommodate to the Army standards AR 670-1. I asked the lady for clear unless she could make it a very sheer pink which she did. 1 coat of the pink looked good, but she put on a second coat before I could say no. I didn’t get in trouble. However, I will be coming back to possibly get them refilled. The nails are very strong and haven’t broken. I’m very active and a bad nail biter. Very pleased with the nails.

Just don’t go here. The prices are too high and they charge you whatever they want for the services they provide. Prices are never consistent. They push you to get gel polish. I think In one setting I was asked if I wanted gel polish 3-5 times. They’ve done my brows and messed those up. One was arched differently than the other. Some nails were uneven and the paint job was okay. When I go to pay they price me for gel after I specifically told them multiple times no gel. When I first starting going there it was great, I’m not sure what’s happening but the service is terrible now.

Everything here is too good. I went to many nail salons in this city. but I just like it here. its great and Ill definitely come back.

I went in for a fill-in 7/28 and I asked for my nails to be matte, it didnt take long at all. When I got home in better light I noticed lumps on almost every nail. I went back today after work asking for it to be corrected with the same color but not matte. She didnt see nothing wrong with my nails and said it will be 10 dollars. All they had to do was correct the issue. I told her I will not be coming back and my daughters will not either. They did not care that I was not satisfied with my nails.

The first time I came to this shop. I was very surprised, I tried the pedicure experience with VOLCANO products, they have an excellent manicure team. I really enjoyed it.

Today was something simple. But usually I get more bedazzled. I usually go here or to Kens Nail Salon depending on what side of town Im on or which one is too busy.

They immediately attended me, the lady was absolutely phenomenal at the pedicure. I got the Rose pedicure she did a very good job and did not hurt me unlike most shops. Moving on to the manicure, the guy with the flame skull tattoo did my gel manicure and it was also absolutely great and amazing. I loved my experience and will be going here anytime I need a manicure or pedicure

Clean facility and had great customer service! They also close late at 7:30pm. Good location on ft campbell Blvd and in a plaza with Jimmy Johns and wing stop. I like my nails and the price was right👍

My husband and I went here for the first time because my friend recommended it. He got a pedicure and I got a Manicure. We enjoyed it. The environment was very relaxing. The workers were very nice and the place is very clean. Only reason for 4 stars is the guy forgot to put the oil on my fingers after my mani so the cuticle area looked a bit dry after.

I saw Arie and she did amazing!!! I will definitely be back. Super clean and nice people!

Okay first off they refused to do our nails even tho we had an appointment at 5... and we had run a little bit behind. but the lady who had the same appointment as us and the same time got her nails done. horrible service and the guy basically kicked us out. don’t go here if you are looking for good costumer service.

My daughter took me to this place, I was visiting and needed a pedicure. The old man used a regular file instead of a cordless to remove my gel polish and had both my big toes bleeding along with the small toe. After cutting my toes, all of my toes where filed uneven, and the gel polish look clumpy. I had just gotten a fill-in from my regular nail saloon back home but the gel polish had chipped off so I also wanted a color change on my hands. The same old man removed the previous polish correctly, but the new gel polish was placed on without base coat. It started peeling within 2 hours after we left. I voiced my concerns and was still charged for their screw up, being from out of town I did not want to show out on my daughter. Her service however was better than mine. The following week I went to my regular girl and told her to take this mess off of my hands and feet and make me look better. I won’t be going to this salon again if I come visit. I will make sure my feet and hands are done before coming back to TN.

Attention to detail. Quiet environment. Kids not allowed to run free or Amuck. Owners have a really nice place.

When I first starting going there like 5 months ago they were great. Very cean, very personal service, wanted to please there customers. Now they just want to get people in n out. On there phones while trying to do the job you are paying for. I will now have to find a new place. There are many on this town. I also got the same. Service donre when I went in but was never charged the same price, ever

I am infuriated. I went in to have my eyebrows done today and experienced rushed and sloppy service . I got home and noticed that a huge chunk of my eyebrow had been waxed off leaving my right eyebrow with an awkward bald spot. I drove back to the salon and was told that the woman who had originally done my brows was gone and was asked to come back tomorrow. After refusing one of the male workers agreed to fix them but pretty much plucked a few hairs and sent me on my way. My eyebrows are still uneven and I still have a huge bald spot on my right eyebrow. Instead of receiving an apology, or compensation, the staff laughed the situation off as if it were a joke. This will be my last experience with this salon.

Very rude and condescending. I asked the tech to fix my nails after he did not place the tips down far enough on my nail bed and he began to argue with me when he was in the wrong with the situation. I will never patronize this business again

My pedi is always awesome however I wanted powder dip for my nails and they did use the powder but didnt do it proper. You can see through my nail and he did not dip my finger the used a liquid and applied like acrylic. Powder dip requires more than one application with a clear coat then dip and again another activator with dipping. They look OK but I was charged for full powder and was applied like acrylic.

Waited 4 hours didnt even look at me when I came in and sat down like why then I left AND I DIDNT EVENT GET MY NAILS DONE TIME WATSTED I AM FURIOUS WITH THEM

I’ve always had good experiences with this nail salon. they’re always very friendly and good to their regulars, even taking myself and friend home when our uber hadn’t shown up. today candy was my technician and she did a wonderful job.( it was her first day too! ) i’m very pleased with my mani and will definitely start having candy do my nails regularly.

They were very busy, however that’s no need to be rude. They rushed through. My hand is burnt and red from the hot towel. I did not feel relaxed like you are supposed to, and am very disappointed.

Horrible!!I wanted a fill in and gel polish and trim my nails. I asked the man 3 times to fix it he filed for like 2 seconds barely touching my nail. I finally said whatever I just wanted to get out of there. They are all so uneven. Hell I could have filed them better. What a waste on money!!!!

This “lady” drilled my pinky down to the pink meat under the nails bed I could see flesh. She beat, shook, and yelled at her child tried to snatch my hand. NONE of my nails match or are even relatively the same length. She required my price 3 times she got smart I literally had to contain my emotions. Tennessee BBB was definitely my route.

I went in for a pedicure and I was not happy I had tell them how to do it. The man doing it didnt want to trim my nails he was trying to tell me what I needed. Also they made many comments about me needing my eyebrows done. I felt pressured to get there services after repeatedly telling them no. I also was rushed out of the salon and did not like that all the ladies were rude and had major attitudes. I ended up leaving my ID card and came back to see if it was there and they called the police because I came literally 2 mins after they closed. The manager/owner was very rude and telling me and the police we needed to leave and we were not allowed at his shop. I heard from many people on base this salon was horrible but I didnt think it would turn into a nightmare. I do not recommend.

I came back to get a manicure here after a year. They are new and great workmanship, I will come back.

The staff was super kind and the tech was very attentive doing my pedi. Considering that Id just gotten a pedi 1 week prior at a different nail shop. Obviously was a was of my money. I definitely will become a frequent customer.

I would give zero stars! I have chemical burns on my legs from the mixture of callus remover and exfoliate they used. I asked her to stop, but unfortunately for me the lady doesn’t speak English. I had to yell across the nail salon to find one that speaks English, in efforts to get the manicurist to stop. Horrible experience!

I had just discovered dip color and was in love. I needed to get them done today while I was in town visiting my family. This was a very frustrating experience. For starters Im almost positive they gave me gel nails and not the dip color which I specifically told them I didnt want. It wouldnt have been as bad if they did that correctly either. They squared my nails to a sharp point that curves in instead of a rounded end and no matter how many times I tried to tell him he just didnt understand. My nails are in even with fuzz and bubbles in the polish and my nails look wavy uneven and ridiculously thick! I hate to write bad reviews but I hope that no one has to deal with this. Still after everything I still had to pay $50 for something I didnt want and now have to pay to go to Sallys and fix it myself. I am not happy about this manicure at all!

I asked for white glossy nails and ended up with silver nails 😒 plus they are not good with designs and their prices are too high for basic services. My sister also went and she asked for the pedi and mani special which was supposed to be $30 but they charged her $80 and they didn’t even give her the full service.

If I could I would nt even give this place any stars. Me and my sister along with my mother and brother came by to get ours nails done. Of course it was slightly busy but we waited, until other people came in and were put in front of us and was set to the back to get their stuff done. We waited for 20 mins but this happened the second time and decided to just leave. I dont appreciate that at all, is it became we were hispanic or what but I didnt like the way they looked at us or how they just told us that we had to wait. Ill NEVER COME HERE NEVER AGAIN!

I will NEVER go back to this place. I was the only customer when I went there. Another employee sat right next to the lady who did my nails and they were laughing and talking each other entire time which was very unprofessional.I always have done gel nails at nail salon. I realized when I came home, there were nail brush lines on most of my nails which has never happened before. Next day, entire top coat started turning yellow stain looking color and it was getting dark. I went back to the nail place and the lady who did my nails was off.Different lady employee looked at my nails then said my gel nail was mood change ones. LOL. I was already upset and told her exact name of the polish I had. Then another old male employee came and looked at mine and said she put the wrong top coat thats why it was turning yellowish color. The gel nail I had was Maroon color. And yellowish dirty looking one is supposed to be mood changing color? Really?So they did my entire nails with no charge.I would never go back to this place.
