Excellent gym, with new equipment and plenty of variety. I was in town on work and their daily/weekly drop in rates were reasonably priced. Will definitely go back when Im in town next time!

I joined this gym thinking it would be a nice place to work out since I’m new to town. The reception staff was anything but welcoming. After already having paid for my membership, I went to check in for first workout. I was met with confusion. After having explained that I had signed up for myself and my daughter, I was advised that it’s only for husbands and wives. I advised them that their website states that it’s $50 for the first member and $30 per month for each additional household member to which they responded “Okay, well since the website says it, we’ll allow it, just this once but we won’t do it anymore” which I thought was strange because why would I need to do it in the future if I’ve already joined. Then, I was offered no tour of the facility. I called the very next day to cancel. This was March. I received no charges to my card for the month April. In May, they double charged me. I called and AGAIN, advised them that I had cancelled and requested a refund. I was advised that the manager would look in to it and call me back. I never received a call back nor did I receive a refund but what I did receive was another charge in the month of June. I again called and requested a refund. Still received no phone call. I called the manager again and was advised that they would only refund may and June but not April. I would highly advise against joining this place, very unprofessional, very unapologetic, very much a scam. They will continue to charge you long after you cancel.

Prices went up and now a 25$ yearly fee has been added, it already the most expensive in town. The problem is they are giving you nothing more for the price. There have been few improvements and the facilities are not as clean as they used to be.They are also investigating towel usage and require mandatory picture taking, no explanation for either measure. I felt like I was being interrogated by the F.B.T.I (Federal Bureau ToweI Investigations) I understand cost saving measures, but you are charging everyone more for way less. It feels more like a prison than a gym and am completely disappointed in the place.

First rate fitness and wellness center! Excellent and well maintained facilities and equipment. Very friendly and well trained staff. Extensive classes with accommodating times. Moderate membership fees and offer a military discount. The walking track is a tad short due to the building constraints.

Group classes for those interested and plenty of equipment for all.

The Wellness center has changed my life for the better! I am healthier now than I have been in years! And I am motivated to keep working towards my goals! Staff is great and other members are also! Recommend 100%

Great place for an adult workout space. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Holds group classes in different settings both inside and out. Lap pool, warming pool, track, cardio equipment, resistance machines, and weight benches available. Personal trainers available. Massage services available. Hours change depending on the day(5am-10pm M-Th, Fri 5am-8pm, Sat 6-6, Sun 7am-3pm)

Great facility, the trainers are supportive and helpful and the classes are fun! Supportive and welcoming for everyone.

After a day in they office I enjoy going to classes at the HFM Wellness Center. All of the instructors there are very friendly and knowledgeable. You are met at the desk with a big smile when you check in and you walk out feeling revived in both mind and body! So glad to be a part of it.

The staff are very welcoming friendly and helpful. The facility is well maintained and clean. There are a wide range of weight machines. Many classes and times available. I really enjoy coming to this facility.

I would and have highly recommended the Welness Center to others. The helpful friendly attitude of everyone there makes you feel welcome. If you are having issues the instructors are more than willing to help.

The equipment is solid and the facilities are excellent. The staff and classes were more often unaccommodating and underwhelming. We cancelled our membership for the price.

The HFM Wellness Center is an awesome first class facility with a great staff. It is always very clean and inviting, has a broad range of programs, and makes everyone feel welcome.

Nice peaceful gym area to workout. But a little on the Pricey side for a membership and could be a little more staff on hand in the late afternoon to evening hours some of the staff could be a little more friendly

To make it perfect, it would be great to have ceiling fans in the area where we use the fitness equipment. It just needs to have the air moving otherwise it can be very stuffy.
