Communication is terrible! They dont call you if you do leave a message. If you do get an e-mail saying your order is ready to ship with a tracking number, it took them 9 days to get it out the door.

I had 8mm film that they transferred onto a memory stick and DVD. Film was very old and has been moved around alot and different temperatures. They did there best to save as much film as possible. Loved what I received. Professional, knowledgeable and was able to follow thru with time frame.Very happy!

Having used Just8mm twice in the past few years I can certainly vouch for their work. They transferred dozens of 8mm films from the 60s, 70s and 80s in the possession of my parents to both DVD and mp3 formats (on a thumbdrive). They have been helpful and quick to respond every time Ive had questions and everyone is happy with the quality (understanding were using old film to begin with)! Big thanks to all the folks working at Just8mm. May have some VHS for you in the future!!!
