Place is busy. Though I just did a walk-in and was serve very quickly. Great selection on Colors. Place looks nice and clean. A great price but for a beautiful job.

I’ve been coming here since they opened and I absolutely love all of them. I took my daughter in and wasn’t sure they would be able to do the design she wanted.. but they did! I love how they will try their best or just tell you if they cannot do something. We go religiously and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Yim and Mandy are amazing!

I went to this place 1 hour before closing time and they were friendly enough to take me in as walk-in. My tech did my pedicure which came out perfect & my manicure which also came out to nice!

My wife went to have a pedicure so I said why not? The staff was very friendly. I usually leave nail spas sore because I have diabetic neuropica in my feet. Our nail tech Rose did excellent job and my feet and toes feel great. I will be back next month.

I am rating it a 1 because the nail tech used his own uncut fingernail to push back my fingernail cuticle. When I asked the nail tech why isn’t he using a tool. He said I have to tell him to use a tool instead of his own nail.

First time at this salon today. I had a great experience! No wait, they were friendly and gave me quality nails and exactly what I wanted today! I will be going back for my next fill ❤

I was impressed with the technical skill of the two women who helped me and my friends said they liked theirs as well. Two of us used pictures to show what we wanted and they were able to really well replicate it.

I just got THE best mani and pedi Ive ever had. I got dip mani, which turned out so well. I got the ultimate indulgence pedicure, and it was fantastic.

Charged $60 for messed up nails for Halloween. The proportions are different on each ombre and the moon looks like someone took a bite out of it instead of a crescent and the web looks like lizard scales

Nails were fine but after 2 weeks they were lifting and having air bubbles and pulling my hair. It’s fine for the price but I’ve had better.

A fight broke out between two employees Kathy and another man. The police had to be called, right in the middle of me and my moms pedicure. Kathy straight up assaulted the other employee. Kathy one of the workers told us to come to Angel nails the next day and she would give us our service for free and she did not. She straight up lied

I hate to say that I did not have a pleasant experience— although the staff was friendly and kind. I arrived at 1pm to get a full Acrylic set with acrylic polish. Although I asked for acrylic, I got gel polish and was charged more. The appointment took over two hours, and every single finger of mine was bleeding. The nails were not what I had asked for and the acrylic was applied onto my skin.

Came in and was immediately welcomed. Atmosphere is professional without being uptight. I got the ombré nail set and I was amazed at how they turned out.i will definitely use Serenity Nails again’

My manicurist so patient with me and all my crazy nail ideas, and she is an EXPERT at what she does. AND THEY LAST FOREVER TOO. My set lasted an entire month, which is unprecedented for me.

I only give one star because the polish didn’t look terrible. But the staff is very rude. They got upset when i asked for a basic pedicure instead of the more expensive ones. She was very rough on my feet even after i made it known she was hurting me. She cut my toenails in the worst shape and it does not look good. To top it off when I first came in one of the ladies poked my belly to see if i was pregnant, instead of just asking me. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been here several times and I’m always satisfied. Never been unsatisfied no matter which nail tech I go to. Very pleased with the prices and they have handled covid 19 requirements very nicely.

I was there 9:00 am when it said it opened stayed for like 10 minutes Sunday and nobody showed....then I came back twice to get my eye lashes done and she told me she dont have glue

I just had a full set done here and Cindy was phenomenal! It’s taken a lot of trial and error to find someone I love for my nails, and this salon is just great. Clean, beautiful, friendly staff and they have a special for a FREE pedicure with a full set since they are new. Give them a try!

I came here for the first time to get a full set after I had a horrible experience at paradise nails. The nice lady took her time to remove the horrible set from paradise nails and put on a fresh full set exactly how I wanted it with a beautiful design!! I will be returning! Thanks so much!

I made an appointment ahead of time for a friend and I. We both got shellac manis. Came with a lotion arm/ hand message, nail care and cuticle oil. My nails look good! Thank you!

I came here today looking for a pedi after I noticed everyone else was packed. Upon our arrival we were asked “mask?” & I said no, that I had left it at home. They gave us masks. I asked for a $30 pedicure and the lady INSISTED I got a $40 pedicure. She told me it was the “best”. After my service, the lady asks my daughter that got a $45 gel pedi that who was going to pay for the masks...when it was never addressed that I had to pay for the masks THEY provided. After my service I went to pay & was charged $45 after I was told the masks were $1. I’m not sure where the extra $2 came from in my transaction but I’m pretty sure she tipped herself if the masks were $1 each, or so she claimed. I wasn’t too happy with how they treated me, or my daughters. Very unprofessional. They’re lucky I’m not a regular attendee.

They will illegally take your card number and charge your credit card for their lunch and make you cancel the card due to fraud. do not go here, but if you insist, use cash

Went here two days ago, we picked a pedicure (there was three of us). We picked a pedicure flavor which was lavender. In the book it says $40. We get done and as we are drying the guy says its $50 a piece. Kind of disappointed. When we asked he just kept saying $50. Ok then change your book prices. Then i looked at my toes as i was moving to drying station and it looked like one nail was chipped he just kept saying its my nail. It looked like a 5 year old painted my toe nails. Then that night one nail the whole chunk of nail polish came off. Never will I go here again

Very rude and demanding. Kept asking “are you sleepy or something” extremely unprofessional and dirty. However they do maintain appointments on time! They also only offer $50+ services

I just got gel polish on my nails.. which didn’t even last 3 days, tried to go back and just get the polish removed and they still tried to charge me for it. Unprofessional.

Disgraceful!!. 🤦🏻‍♀️ After tipping the nail tech $15 cash for my pedicure, she added another $11 to the total, I’m assuming for additional tip. I went back in to let the owner know, and he said.. “that what my bank charged me,I need to call my bank” ummm.... what..?and.... he also stated it’s happens all the time. The reviews are true they will steal your money.!Avoid this place.! They are also very Rude.!

I had the worst experience today. my mother went in to purchase a gift card a few days ago for a mani and pedi. I went in today and asked for a mani and pedi. I was told the cheapest pedi was $40. I asked for the booklet with all the pedi prices and in fact the cheapest was $40. Ive never seen this pricing before in my life. I told the lady that my mother purchased a $50 gift card because she was told that mani and pedi was $45. I was told that its the basic package and that since I was already started on the $40 we couldnt go back. I truly felt hustled. I went ahead and got the pedi and mani since I already had the gift card. At the end I was told my total was $55. I proceeded to give her the $50 gift card and then my debit card for the remainder $5. When I looked at the receipt she charged $10 on the card. I asked why and she replied with oh, I forgot how much I was charging, would you like for me to apply it to the tip? I said no thank you and she gave me a $5 for the overcharge. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. the service was not great & the pedi and mani was not great quality. I will NEVER AGAIN step foot in this place. I am so disgusted with how I was treated!
