Rude and unprofessional. Its all about money, some of the other people who work in there seemed nice. But the ones you deal with are not exactly the nicest.

They gave me the wrong location and said they didnt. I had to drive and now I have to reschedule my meeting to pick up my belonging

The fact that they’re all just doing their job when your car gets towed is something that we need to understand whether we like it or not. I felt that they were all very professional, helpful and nice each time that I called. As soon as we arrived the young lady at reception was very courteous and explained what we needed. I DON’T recommend people to get their car towed, however if it does, these are nice people to deal with

The tow truck driver first cut me off and was driving like a mad man. When we pulled up to a stop light I noticed he was writing my license plate down. When I asked what he was doing he said he would find where I live and tow my car. Driver was heavy set, Extremely unprofessional.

There repo driver was trespassing on my property looking for a vehicle that isn’t owned by me or anyone I know. The vehicle in question has never been on my property. I know if the come back they will be removed with force. He was a heavy set red head. I hope he comes back. Looking to have fun.

So far, everyone has been respectful and friendly, especially Cindy at their Ingleside location. My rating will go up after my business with them is done and how it turns out.

Really the worst place dont repair your cars cheating, changing vehicle parts, if your vehicle towed make sure vehicle parts are ok and your items are ok before leaving

Their tow truck guy tried to run me off the road . I have never been so scared in my life I was trying I was in the merge lane and this bully he was trying to force me on to the next line

We live in Hawaii. There should be a representative who we can contact after your hours. Not happy to be told to call and your property be released and only to find out you are closed at 12:00 Hawaii time.
