I was stuck in an alley in back of my house. The man who ansewered the phone flippantly said `We dont go into alleys. What terrible service and contempt he showed to me. Anybody who treats people like that should not have a business and I suppose he will not have it long treating people that way.

Ive patronized this business several times. Twice for a tow and once for a lock out. They are prompt and professional. If you live on the south side theyre always about 30-45 minutes away. I highly recommend them.

The person who answered the phone was rude and not helpful. The tow truck driver did not know what he was doing. I canceled the tow and had someone else tow my car. Will not be calling this place again.
