Really great customer service came and towed my vehicle in 30 minutes I definitely recommend.

Fast and courteous service

Spoke to Victor in reference to a service call I needed to jump start my Chevy Tahoe and he told me that he will be willing to do it. He requested that I be by my car an hour before to make sure that somebody was with the Tahoe. Four hours later without answering my phone calls he left never called back . Five stars rating ? you got to be kidding me !

My review is not about towing but instead, one of their drivers (on the clock, working with a white car in tow ) stole the jacket of a homeless man. At 12:30pm on February 5th. I witnessed at the intersection of Hermitage and Armitage their driver at a stoplight hopped out of his vehicle. Walked to the sidewalk corner where the homeless man had just walked away to do panhandling on the street. Their driver took the jacket of the homeless man laughed and ran back into his cab. I witnessed this from 20 feet way at the stop light. I called the office. While the original person who took my call was listening. After about a minute he hung up on me. If this person is willing to steal the jacket of a homeless man in the middle of winter. What else is this man doing otherwise. Despicable.
