I had a wonderful visit at My Dentist recently. The office was very clean. Ladies at the front desk were very respectful. The hygienist explained everything to me. But most importantly she washed her hands and changed her gloves which made me feel very safe.

Today was my first visit to this office, first to a dentist in general for many, many, many years. All I have to say is my anxiety when arriving was full on, but by the time I left it was mostly gone. The atmosphere and employees make you feel comfortable and instead of berating you and telling you what you did wrong, they tell you what needs to be fixed and keep the vibe/energy at a pleasant level.Happy to say I finally found a dentist I can be mellow at and I have a feeling they will be able to give me my smile back and that I shall be forever thankful for once done.

I am always greeted by friendly smiling faces. They know my name. They know to ask after my new grandson. I will miss Dr Prasath very much. She is the first dentist in years that made me feel comfortable enough to sit still in the chair. Cristina also made me feel like part of the family. That was after only two phone calls from a nervous me.

I needed a fix on a cap that came off my tooth, I couldn’t get to my dentist out of town so I came in here and it was fixed for me. They were nice and professional I’ll def be back

I haven’t been to the dentist in years. I have anxiety and get very nervous. I know my teeth are not well taken care of.... and I was freaking out a bit when I walked in.They saw me the same day I called with horrible tooth pain. The front desk girls were the sweetest! Over the phone and in person! The assistant that brought me back to the room was so kind as well, she made sure I was comfortable and calm. The dentist came in and gave me some hard news, which I expected but she was so nice about it.The process was so easy and I’m so glad that I found this office! I already scheduled my next appointments as well as my kids. Thanks for helping to ease my anxiety. 😊

From my first phone call to my first appointment, everything was wonderful. Christina made me feel so welcome. She, as I found everyone at My Dentist, easy to talk to and very friendly. I am extremely scared of dentists, but I am looking forward to coming back. When I met my dentist, she clearly explained everything to me. This time I know what to expect. Great place!!

Wow now I fully understand, when the eyes dont lie, n trusting the hands of God of these wonderful group of people, I never had a dentist place call me n ask me, where u at we saw u, from the phone to under the lights n once again sum beautiful blue eyes

People are nice, friendly, knowledgable and and answer questions well. However, throwing a surprise appointment at me, the same day as it was to happen wasnt too good.

No one washed or sanitized their hands before putting gloves on and doing woke in my mouth they didn’t sanitize the chair before letting me sit it very poor sanitation methods especially for a dentist office…definitely will look for a new dentist.

My recent experience at My Dentist was a pleasure surprise. It had been quite some time since I had been to a Dentist and I was apprehensive, embarrassed, and unsure of my choice of My Dentist to be my new selection of a professional to secure my dental needs but a plan was laid out. The staff was also a pleasure as well. I recommend My Dentist to anyone with dental needs.

Loved this place. I went here for a emergency check & the girls in front are so great.

I received a call last Friday from MyDentist to reschedule my appointment for today; however, I called MyDentist multiple times this week with a voicemail only system and no reception service. I’m not sure how I am supposed to contact them otherwise and have not received a call back. Just a text message today stating that they hope I enjoyed my experience. I would like a phone call from MyDentist with an updated call back number. Thank you.

I have been trying to call for the past two hours the phone keeps ringing and ringing and nobody picks up other than the fact of not being able to get a hold of anybody the service there is great

I have called this place for 2 days now and all I get is a recording. I start at 10:00 am until the afternoon. Nobody answers and the machine is full so you cannot leave a message. I guess this is not a good dental practice if this is peoples first impression.

I do not recommend this place they are people who do not have incopetestes specialty they made me 6 rout channel something that I did not need them to do not suffer from severe infection they only do it to get money from Masshealth.I am sorry to visit that place, all of them are very heavy, and they do not even anesthetize how much they do a general check-up. I had my crown on the tooth for 6 months, something that was negligence and, after the present times, pain and I put the crown back on. of the tooth but I am suffering from infection
