I kid you not, this story is going to sound like I made it up! I swear, it is 100% FACTS. My vehicle was stolen in Normal, IL, which is about 2 hours from Chicago. I filed a police report where I live and feared the worst. When the thieves took my vehicle, they performed a reset on it which took away my ability to connect to it via my Ford app, so I could not track the location. By some stroke of luck, I was able to reconnect my application which provided me with the ability to see a location on my vehicle, and I tracked it all over the city of Chicago. I must have called 100 different numbers, police precincts, sheriff’s police, and state police. Some tried to be helpful, but overall the vehicle remained inside city of Chicago jurisdiction and CPD advised that I go to my vehicle and call 911 or request a tow truck driver to come out and tow the vehicle away—neither option felt appropriate or safe. I tracked the vehicle for 2 more days, making call after to call after to call to different precincts begging them to help get my car. Finally, I gave up on the police. My car had been parked in the same location for many hours and CPD continued to tell me it was not there despite the fact that I had a GPS location on it. I called around to different tow companies and explained the situation and many (rightfully) refused to help. That’s when Chris H. from this company came into the picture, performing the work of the Lord AND the Chicago Police Department. Chris was apprehensive, understandably, but he heard my desperation and he went to the absolute fullest extent possible to get my vehicle to me. I would have never expected in a thousand years someone without a badge and a gun would come to my rescue like Chris did, but it happened. Chris located my vehicle, putting himself in harms way, got the police there, and towed my vehicle away to safety. For this, I cannot thank him enough. Chris, I hope you read this! Please call me because I have something for you! But to the owners of this company, you make sure to give Chris the recognition he is due! This is an amazing gentleman and any time someone in Chicago needs a tow, I know where I will send them! Thank you guys, from the bottom of my heart!

08-12-2021I needed my car towed. My roadside assistance provider dropped the ball a few times w/connecting me to a towing company -- leaving me stranded for 3+ hours. After finally getting back on track Robert from Chicago 24hr Towing called me directly. He was professional, prompt, considerate and mindful of my car! In less than one hour; Robert met me at my location, hitched my car and had it delivered to my destination.

Ive used these guys 3 or 4 times. Robert has been my driver the past couple times. Solid service, polite and professional. Cant recommend enough.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Unfortunately I have to update my review after my second and third experiences. Had a great experience the first time that I left in quotes at the bottom. Second time I needed a tow (different car) they promised they would come within a few hours and I never heard from them again. I eventually called someone else to do the work. I figured it must have been an error or busy day and tried them a third time later. Called at 8am, they promised a tow by 9:30. At 7:15 PM I called asking if they can still come and was told they would schedule me for the next morning (so much for 24 hr. towing I guess). Laughed at the guy and hung up, gave my business to someone else and I suggest you do the same.Came in less than an hour on a busy day. Robert was very professional, efficient, and quick. He got my car out of the snow and was able to help a neighbor as well.

I just moved to Chicago 2 weeks ago and have been having alot of issues with my car. My roadside assistance through my insurance has been a joke. Robert took care of me. Not only was he very professional and reliable, he was incredibly kind and helped me with things outside of his job description. He was super down to earth and let me know what to expect with the issues I was having. I dont know anything about cars and it was nice to know there are still genuine people in the world. I wont rely on roadside assistance I will always call and ask for Robert now.

I was very impressed by the friendliness and speediness of Chicago 24 Hour Towing!My tire popped on the highway with no spare, forcing me to exit and immediately call for a tow. Excellent service, attentive service. After bringing our dogs to the vet we discovered that our car battery hated the cold as much as we did. We called around to a number of shops and received an excuse (itll take too long to get to you), or we were sent a text with a link to book... Etc etc. We called Bobby who found the address, and gave us an ETA when the driver could show up. 10 minutes after apologized because the driver wasnt going to be there at the exact time but wanted us to know he was on his way and understood it was a cold day (the drivers ETA moved back 5 minutes).Kevin showed up was the most pleasant personal tow truck driver weve had an opportunity to meet. Quickly hooked up the battery, ran the paperwork and, we were on our way. I called 24 hour towing last night and it was the best towing experience Ive ever had. Bobby and Adrian were amazing, fast and communicative. Adrian was there in 30 minutes and Bobby called me to confirm that my car was left at the mechanic I requested and the key left in the dropbox within the hour. From my first interaction over the phone, Bobby was great! He had a great attitude (which you dont find often in this industry lol) and assured me that everything would be ok for the next day (I was scheduling a tow to the mechanic).. the next day Bobby called me to verify and when I told him I was ready before the scheduled time, he dispatched the driver right away. The driver, Robert was super nice and explained to me the process and what he was doing. Since I wasnt coming along for the ride he assured me that he would get the keys over to the mechanic for me. Fast courteous response! Relatively fast arrival even during late rush hour in the city. Dispatcher and Driver called and texted several times to assure me they were coming and approximate time. A little expensive - $150. but that may be standard when you are stuck and need service. Driver Oren C.was efficient, helpful and empathetic. A very kind man! When you are stressed about needing a tow, it is so helpful to have a company as responsive as Chicago 24Hr Towing!!!

Yesterday in the late evening my car started to over heat and I was in need of a tow. I started searching towing companies and ended up calling Chicago 24hr towing. They were pretty fast on getting Adrian to me. He was a very nice man and I liked how professional he was when he was loading my van onto his flatbed truck. He also allowed my 2 daughters and I to drive with him to my mechanic shop. His tow truck was very clean and smelled so good. It was totally worth the money having my van towed by this company. I got a flat tire on Lake Shore Drive a couple of days ago. I would have changed it myself, but it was dark and rush hour and it just didnt feel safe. I called into my insurance company for roadside assistance and the company they called to help never came, but never communicated why until I called them 45 minutes later to ask where they were. Turns out they dont service highways.So I called Chicago 24 Hour Towing and they dispatched Bobby to me. He got there as quickly as he could. Whenever he hit traffic (again, it was rush hour) and was delayed on his way to me, he called me and gave me an update. He was extremely nice and told me to keep myself safe. He got to me, had my tire changed in two minutes and I was on my way. And it wasnt expensive either! (especially for the service of changing a tire on LSD in the dark) Thank you so much, Bobby.

Bobby is the absolute best!! Was there in 15 minutes and had my BMW X5 hooked up and strapped down in just a few minutes, and i do mean strapped down. This five star review is for the driver Adrian he was sent to me yesterday because my car was in a ditch. It was stuck in about 3 feet of mud I could not get my car out. I called Chicago 24 hour towing and the dispatcher Amil I believe that was his name was rude on the phone he was talking to me as if I was slow and every time I tried to talk he will just talk over me I told him stop talking to me as if Im slow. However when Adrian arrived he was very helpful not to mention he had to get his big red flatbed truck through a really tight squeeze to be able to make it to me in a dead-end alley theyre my car was stuck in about three feet of mud in a ditch and he did his best to pull me out and he succeeded. I am very grateful and very happy that they sent Adrian over to help me. The dispatcher needs to treat people better I really dont appreciate how he spoke to me but overall Adrian came to my rescue it made me feel a whole lot better thanks again Adrian keep up the good work.

What do I like about this business? What I liked was they were polite they were willing to help me and they were reasonable. I had a few people try and start my car but there was no success. Chicago 24-hour towing sent Adrian to me and he got my car started right away and gave me a few ideas about what the problem may be. I want to thank the company and Adrian for all of his help. Dont believe anything bad about this place. Best towing place in Chicago. My alternator blew at 2am while I was working. I was stranded. My insurance company called dozens of places with 3+ hours waits or simply no answer. I begged them to call Chicago 24 Hour Towing cause I had heard great things. Finally my insurance agreed and they answered first try. Chris was here in 40 min which was his exact eta. And it was 4am on a Saturday morning. He was knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. As a Master Locksmith who works the overnight shift, I was very impressed with the service I was given. Amazing Company. Like a dork, I locked myself out of my car. Not only was it cold, but my car was the last one in a dark parking lot. My insurance company said they get me some help, and two hours later nothing.I called Chicago 24 Hour Towing at around12:30am. They were wide awake, polite, and efficient! Bobby showed up to the rescue within 25ish minutes. He had my car unlocked and open in under 5 minutes. He waited and provided a flashlight so I could find the keys that had fallen under the seat. Early morning today I found my car wont start but crank so I called Amex to assign a roadside assistance. The first time jump start did not help so they called Chicago 24hr Towing to move my car to repair shop. The technician came and tried jump start patiently and my car started this time. This guy came, helped me for 30 minutes and rejected my tips. Very very appreciate for the helpful roadside assistance.

If there was a rating less than one star, I’d definitely give it to them. I asked to get my motorcycle towed three days ago. They called me and told me that their truck was broken, which was understandable, stuff happens. They told me the next day that the same problems happened again and they were going to try another driver. Now at this point, I have already paid for the service, which they have not provided, and they have not reached back to me hours more than they were said to do. I was left in the dark the whole time. Hours MORE go by and I get a call at a time that the shop I needed my bike to go to was closing; they proceed to tell me that I HAVE TO PAY A LOT MORE because the truck that was initially going to take my bike wasn’t going to be able to, and they needed to find another driver. Now at this point I’m at question as some of you might be. I asked them, “Why do I have to pay more for a service I already paid for that was not provided?” VERBATIM, “ The driver was going to take the risk on his truck to move your bike and other drivers now will not do it because they need special straps.” 😐😐THEY LITERALLY TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO RISK DAMAGING MY MOTORCYCLE AND “gave me a discounted rate”, without making me knowledgeable about this before I paid.The whole kicker, if I cancelled with them..again with a service I have not been provided.ID HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL 59 DOLLARS TO CANCEL THE SERVICE WITH THEM TO GET MY MONEY BACK.If you want to go with a towing company that will do anything to get your money and willing to risk your vehicles/motorcycles, this is a great company to call.

Driver Emil was very efficient and profered solution to my car, instead of getting my car towed and paying more money he FIXED IT ! and made effort to contact other mechanics near by to make sure my tire and other parts missing was fixed . you cant go wrong with EMIL AND 24 HOURS TOWING!

After being d*ked around by my insurance company and hours of sitting in a gas station parking lot from 3-6am with a lurking stranger, they called Chicago 24 Hour Towing. Friendly personnel and good communication. Robert C picked me and my car up and quickly got us going. He was familiar with the issue my car was having and we chatted about the repair it will need. Another company came in under 20 minutes and for less than what I was quoted. Lied to and given a false expectation of arrival, and every phone call was delivered in a way where there was no accountability for the employee driving to the location given multiple times. Please do not willingly lie to clients and be able to communicate an actual time or at the very least own the mistake from the beginning.

Robert C was a life saver. He fixed my flat including taking off my stripped lug nuts. Robert C was FANTASTIC! This was the ONLY company in CHICAGO Geico could get to help me and Robert C was the answer to my prayers!! I would recommend Chicago Towing for ANYBODY who is stranded and need reliable, professional, courteous and efficient service. I cant commend Robert C enough...he definitely deserves more accolades than I can provide in this forum!!

I work for this place for a month before the covid-19 shutdown. And I ask for documents from this company for help to file for rental assistance and unemployment and they did not adequately provide me with that which caused me to get denied for my unemployment. They also have not answered any response or given any information on whether the company is going to reopen whether or not I still have a job. I would not recommend working for them theyre very unprofessional.

Awesome service. My car died today on New Year’s Day on the way to work at 6:30am in -5 degree weather. I saw Oren towing someone else and waved him down. He came right over, looked at my car, and jumped me without even hesitating. He was so nice and helpful and I can’t thank him enough!

A Mondays rush hour nightmare turned into a tow rescue. I was stranded on the side of the freeway right before rush hour I called Chicago 24 Hours Towing and they sent someone out within 15 minutes. Tow truck drivers dont have a reputation of being the nicest, most good-looking men, but Chicago Towing was! They came to the rescue, got us off the highway and the car was back on the road in a snap. It was also the end of their 10+ hour shift and the guys was as happy as can be! Definitely felt lucky after they left! They definitely knew what they were doing and if you need a tow-- this is the service that is will take care of you. Big Thanks, guys for being super-fast, super nice and a super (my) a.. saver!!

The biggest crook in the world a 2 hour job quickly turned in to a 5 hour job because of this company. They do not know how to do there job and they charge top dollar and oh yeah did I mention he damaged my truck tried charging over 1k dollars to tow my truck 20 miles please for the love of god do not call
