Dr. Park and his team are the nicest, most caring, and informative Dentistry that I have been to. Kevin just makes this place A++! I HATE needles especially at the dentist and I can say it was the least painful experience Ive had and I had to get a crown and inlay. They were upfront with the different levels of service that I would need with a clear explanation of each level and its price point. Highly recommend anyone and everyone to go here.

I live in Hawaii and I flew to Los Angeles to see this dentist for all my dental needs. I had 5 implants done in the last few years and I am fixing my other 7 teeth right now. This was my second time here for teeth cleaning and I had as great of an experience as I had my first time. Their scheduling process was very efficient and I was seated in the dentist chair right as I checked in. My actual teeth cleaning was very thorough and the lady doing my teeth cleaning was nice. Kevin, who manages the facility, was very informative and helpful with any questions and requests that I had. He already helped me schedule my next cleaning 6 months down the line, so Ill be looking forward to that.

I had been exploring different dental clinics, looking for the one where I would get my erupted wisdom teeth removed before I found Beautiful Dentistry. And throughout my repeated visits, I can safely say that this place offered the best and most memorable experience Ive had out of all the places Ive been to.My first visit was on an extremely hot summer day. I walked into the office with a drenched shirt while breathing heavily. Kevin, the front desk receptionist, probably saw the terrible condition that I was in and offered me a bottle of cold water and some tissues to wipe my sweat away. Immediately, I was touched by this gesture of kindness. While waiting to see the doctor, I had the opportunity to talk to Melissa, the other receptionist. I was shocked to find out that shes fluent in not only Chinese and English, but Korean and Japanese too! I wish I was multilingual like her ;(. Anyways, when the Doctor (sorry! forgot his name) came, I was once again shocked to hear his advice to get all four of my wisdom teeth pulled. But because of my personal fear of the pain and the sound that drills make, I was hesitant and asked the Doctor dozens of questions why. He patiently answered all of them and even drew diagrams on his tray to aid my understanding. To calm my fears, he also suggested that we take it slow: pull one at a time and see how it goes, to which I agreed.On the day of my extraction, I was really nervous and probably visibly shaking. The dental assistants caught on and played some soothing music for me. They were also really knowledgeable and told me exactly what to expect, so I wouldnt be blindsided by anything. The procedure was completely painless, except for some discomfort afterwards, which the assistants told me was expected. The extraction itself only took about 15 minutes. The doctor was quick and efficient, while also being careful and meticulous.Overall, its really rare to find a place thats so friendly and inviting. Im definitely coming back here to get my other three wisdom teeth removed.

It was my first time visiting this dental office to get my teeth cleaned so I was really nervous. But the staff, dentist, and dental hygienist were all really friendly and nice! They took my x-rays first and brought me to a room to get my teeth cleaned. It was relatively painless and went by smoothly (I was nervous that I would have cavities). I had my first visit today at Beautiful Dentistry, Kevin was extremely nice to me upon my arrival. I was shown to an exam room after my teeth x-rays were completed and spoke to the sweetest dental hygienist. I think she told me her name but I can’t remember it (sorry). I was greeted by Dr. Park shortly after and he was also very kind! Overall, the staff was friendly, and attentive to my needs. I will be having my wisdom teeth extraction here if my Dr. Park is comfortable with removing them after my scans of my jaw are done. Thank you so much for the hospitality! I feel very comfortable coming back here :)Oh, I was even given a complimentary bag filled with tooth paste and a tooth brush. As well as a 2021 calendar with puppies on it :)

The staff is very friendly. They offer hand sanitizer that feels good on the hands and not the nasty hand sanitizer that ends up feeling sticky. They all wear masks and offered me one, since mine had a stain on it that I didn’t realize.My experience was great from beginning to end. This place is amazing!! I’ve had dental fears for many many years and was skeptical about getting my much needed dental work done. A family member referred me and I went. BEST DECISION OF 2021!!! The front desk coordinator Kevin was very informative and flexible with my schedule when making my appointment. When so arrived the office was very clean and smelled clean so I felt safe that they practiced good infection control. The X-ray tech/assistant Jennifer was very gentle when she took my X-rays, they have updated technology and the equipment just scanned my the circumference of my head. Lastly Dr. Son was very gentle with me. I expressed my anxiety and past experience with dental work and he reassured me I was in good hands. He throughly explained my dental plan and got to work on my root canal. I didn’t even feel being number my biggest fear, and they worked very quickly and efficiently to get the process completed. Come back again to do the crown on Last Wednesday.There two points why I like here,First, I would say its safe to go the Beautiful Dentistry during COVID 19 pandemic. Before we went, we were concern about that is it safe to go? But after we arrived there, nothing need to be worry about! Theyre doing such good job, even though they offer two bottle pens, one for used, another one for sterilized. Such sweet service. The best way they do to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to the virus!!Second, doctors are super nice, friendly and profession! I was able to make an appointment with them within a week. From the moment when you arrived to check-in to when you are seated in your clean and sanitized room you feel welcome and appreciated. The staff is professional and accommodating. I feel comfortable here and trust them with my dental needs.Yesterday, I got 2 wisdom teeth extracted. Prior to the appointment Kevin contacted me to get my Pharmacys information so he could fax in my prescriptions ahead of time...During the procedure Dr.Park was honest and compassionate. He was gentle and patient and it help me feel at ease and more comfortable. He took the time to educate me on the procedure ahead of time and afterwards. He clearly has a lot of extensive knowledge about teeth and oral hygiene. He is up to date on the latest dental technology. And, he has clear honest communication skills. The procedure was truly painless. After the procedure he educated me on what he did and gave me instructions on how to let it heal. Dr. Park is highly skilled and does extraordinary work.Because my mouth was numbed, Kevin, helped me make a call to schedule my transportation back home. In 2 weeks I have a follow up so they can removed the stitches. Then, I will schedule my cleaning with them.I took the time to search on Yelp for the best dentist near Altadena/Pasadena. In my experience, I can confidently say that I would highly recommend Dr.Park and his team to anyone and everyone that is looking to improve their smile. They are amazing. Dont trust 5 stars here. I have to be very honest with this Beautiful Dentistry Office. 1.Kevin is good, doctor is fine too. 2.But other people in the office just wanna get money.—— Let us talk the most spam thing firstly. I wanted to extract 2 wisdom teeth. The office lady gave me a possible bill. See, they charge 400$ per 3D scanning (CBCT) for each widsom tooth extraction. Beautiful Dentistry Office wanted to charge me 918$ for 2 wisdom teeth extraction even with my Anthem insurance coverage. I called another dental office, and they told me it is pure spam. Usually, with my Anthem Insurance Policy, it should be around 45$ per wisdom tooth extraction.—— Btw, when I walked into the office, I have told the Nurse that I did panoramic film several days ago. She said: it is okay, but you are our new patient, so let us do panoramic film again. Then, the result is: my insurance company charged me for the extra Panoramic Film. The nurse definitely knows that my insurance company wont cover the Panoramic Film, and I have to pay it by myself. I dont know who taught she to do so, maybe the boss of the company. I admit that I made a mistake too because I was not familiar with my insurance polity about covering one Panoramic Film per 5 years.

However, delaying routine care until further notice is not an acceptable method for me - cuz we need to adjust to the new normal ( or create plan B for whatever mother nature throws at us). So this is what these awesome people who are wiling to care for me did:-----To me: Covering my face with thicken absorbent towels, so creates less splash (only the mouth is uncovered). HEPA filter right up against my face to prevent droplet projection.---To the staff: face mask for non-clinical workers. For clinical workers, they are covered up from their hair to the waist down (hair cover, facial splash guard, goggles, mask, disposable gowns).Preventative care is just as important as emergency care. If all medical offices are practicing safe and effective SARS-CoV2 transmission prevention, having good preventative care will significantly reduce the need for emergency care!!!!!

My former dentist retired so I searched on-line for an office near my house. Stumbled across this practice and based on the reviews I took a chance since my tooth was chipped. The facility is very clean with state of the art equipment and staff wears full PPEs with masks and gown. I have come in 3 times already in the past 2 months for a crown and deep cleaning. I also asked my family to start coming to this practice. Very nice people and professional staff.

Beautiful Dentistry is a dream come true! I was looking for a place to help my 86 yo mother get dentures after she had been losing her teeth during Covid. I contacted Kevin at Beautiful Dentistry and he was super nice and helpful. I was relieved to know they were seeing patients as many offices are currently closed due to the pandemic. We went in to a clean, modern office where we felt safe and relaxed. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The dentist, Dr. Seung Son, was honest and professional. He presented our options and even reassured me by sharing a personal experience he had with his mother. There was no “upsell” just what was necessary at this time. I appreciated that! They even gave us a break on the cost of extractions since we were going ahead with the dentures. Mom doesn’t have dental insurance and the out of pocket cost was very reasonable! It’s refreshing to find honest, kind people who truly care about their patients. Thank you, Beautiful Dentistry! I highly recommend them!!

Very professional and honest dental office. They take COVID-19 outbreak seriously, they send you questionnaire and medical form via email so you dont have to grab the shared pen. A staff in the office was constantly wiping things like doorknobs after someone touches it. They also gave us reasonable quote and treatment for my wife. I would recommend this place.

From the phone call scheduling my appointment, to the moment I walked out the door, I was completely impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, cordiality, and consideration of every single staff member I encountered. Wait time was non-existent. The X-ray machine is state of the art: no more biting down on uncomfortable squares of plastic!! The doctor was thorough, gentle, and communicated well. The receptionists were impeccable and went above and beyond to explain my insurance coverage and what procedures were covered, so I could make the most informed decision. AND they sent me home with an adorable travel toothbrush kit! I cannot say enough good things about this office!

All the staff (receptionist/assistance) here are really nice, helpful, and willing to put your mind at ease by walking you through any dental procedure being done to you. I feel safe to know that my teeth are in good hands of a nice capable doctor, Dr. Park. He is really gentle when working on teeth and has a calm soothing voice that allows me to feel relaxed when Im sitting in the dental chair. The receptionist, Kevin is also really nice and alway remembers to follow up on my appointments with me. He is always willing to help me check the cost of a procedure before I am to pay for it and to help me set up the best possible option to pay. This is a type of service I have never experienced before at a dental office and am glad that I am able to find a wonderful dentist that cares about my well being. I really recommend coming to this dentist. You will NOT be disappointed.

This is the first time I went to this place, and I was afraid, because of the situation is going on our country, the manager Kevin is so nice, he is a good listener, Dr. Seung Son, have a patient and cares about the patient, the nurses as well, I ask so many questions and the nurses answers me with no problem at all,.I would like to recommend this place to anyone, specially if you are a new patient, this is the right place for you, all the staff are always there to listen and pay attention to you, the reception is just AMAZING!!!Thank you so much for answer all my questions,.Yuriko K

I love how this destistry is very nice and caring, the inside of this dentist is very clean and calming, when they cleaned my teeth it was very relaxing it felt like I was in a facial and I was about to fall asleel. The staff themselves are VERY POLITE one of them opened the door for me they are very lovely people that are caring I love how they strike conversation with you, a very wonderful dentistry :D
