My daughter was stranded in Chicago with a flat. I called the number and five minutes later they arrived to help her out. I have never heard of such fast service from a towing company. I do not live in Chicago but if you do they are a good company.

Driver was very quick and professional. Was at my location in under 5 minutes. Was able to move around construction vehicles and parked cars to help me. Will definitely recommend to friends and family in the future! Also, really good price!

Panther Towing came up and looked at a few reviews before calling them out as some companies can be shady.. Panther is not that company, Julio was friendly and was out in no time. He helped me diagnose the issue and got my vehicle running in no time without any issues or trying any funny business. 2 months later after dealing with my insurance to get my expenses reimburse to me, Julio was able to get me some information I needed to complete my claim and his friendliness and availability with whatever information I needed really helped through the process. I got a cracked rim and severe flat on the highway. Julio was prompt to arrive with a tow and he was very friendly and helpful. Cost was also reasonable. If you find yourself in a bind and need a tow, call this place.

Amazing service. Our car tire blew out and was in the tire at 11pm and Julio was generous enough to help us this late. The service was also bilingual (Spanish and English) which is a plus for anyone needed IG assistance.

Car mysteriously locked up on Irving Park Road. I called Panther and after a few questions they suspected the battery needed to be replaced. Within 15 minutes on a Saturday they were roadside with a jump and I was on my way. These guys will be my first choice in an emergency going forward.

I was stranded and called Panther Towing for help. They told me they would be there in 20 minutes and were true to their word. Their driver was helpful and friendly and got me home safely without incident. I will be sure to use their services again!!

Our vehicle was stranded in the middle of a three lane road during rush hour traffic. Our roadside assistance contacted Panther Towing and in less than thirty minutes Julio had found our vehicle, even though it had been towed to a different location by an OHare tow truck. Julio gave our car battery a jump and followed us out to make sure the engine wouldnt die again. It did, less than a block away. Julio helped us push our car into a parking spot and, when we discovered five minutes later that we werent allowed to park there, offered to return (hed since driven away) and help us move our vehicle. Another passerby jumped our car before Julio arrived, but we were so thankful for his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to assist us.
