Absolute 10/10, love this place. I just started going a few months ago and I would trust anyone in there to do my nails. The pricing is so good for the value too! My no chips always last 3+ weeks and everyone is so friendly and easy to hold a conversation with. I would absolutely recommend Nail Loft!

LOVE this place. reasonably priced, nice and clean space, really nice girls. they don’t do acrylic so if you’re looking for that you’ll have to go somewhere else BUT i’ve gotta day its a nicer experience without the drilling and smell of the dust. Donna did my nails before vacation and they lasted over 2 weeks.

I called on 10-23 to let them know and they said I could come the very same day or the next day to fix it. I went into the salon at 3.45 on 10/24. The owner asked me to come in to get redone and was super defensive when seeing my nails that there is no way they could have done a bad job on my nails. She also said that it has been 13 days since they did my nails and I am still figuring out the math. She was very impolite and rude to me and I just walked out of the salon without getting it redone as they really hurt my feelings. Instead of fixing the issue they in turn were trying to blame me. I initially thought that this places staff is amazing but after this experience I am very offended and hurt by their behavior towards me.

My nail technician seemed distracted during the whole experience, texting and taking calls. They offered to take my payment through Venmo but called me later to say they couldn’t find the transaction, even though I texted her a screenshot of the payment history. The manicure chipped off within a week. Not worth the money.

This place is absolutely amazing and by far the best in Roscoe village. The staff are so friendly!!! It is extremely clean and services are top notch.

So, my best friend and I decided to get pampered a little (doesn’t happen very open at all) this afternoon. This place was referred to us by a loyal customer of theirs. I called in advance to ask for pricing on a certain service and spoke with a woman. This was right before 4:30 pm. We must have arrived an hr later and it was completely desolate. I am pregnant and wanted to bond wit my best friend and his cool chic place. I like quite a ways (my best friend doesn’t) and made the trek there all the way from my office in Wood Dale and it was CLOSED. No sign. Nothing. Operating hours were correct (salon door and online) and even a local passing by stated “the salon is oddly closed early today. Strange!” while walking her dog passed us. Not sure if you’ll be able to get serviced if you call ahead, get there and it’s closed........

The best place to have your nails done! I learned my lesson to stay loyal and don’t even try to get my nails done anywhere else. Highly recommend them to anyone!

This place is a breath of fresh air in the neighborhood. Their gel manicures are fast, lovely, and fairly priced. Plus, the color selection is great. I normally walk in and never have to wait longer than a few minutes, even on a Saturday.

They didnt seem to know what was on their menu. They had listed a hot stone massage pedicure, but didnt know what it was or how to do it. My friend also got a much longer massage with her pedicure.

The women who work here are very friendly and polite. They do great work! There is a discount for paying in cash, about 2-4 dollars off their marketed price. Highly recommend for a quality service!

My pedicure was decent for only $25. My dislikes were with my sisters pedicure in which her technician proceeded to remove a chunk of her toenail to the point that her big toe bled. I understand that she had ingrown nails but as any knowledgeable nail tech would know you do not cut the toenail more because it only temporarily solves the problem and in the long run makes the ingrown deeper/painful. Podiatrists are the only ones licensed to remove ingrown nails. As I questioned what their cleaning procedures were, the nail tech only pointed to a blue solution with no label while trying to justify the bleeding on my sisters toe. Ive been a nail technician for almost 10 years and I was horrified to see how much of my sisters nail was removed. Hopefully their instruments are sanitized properly so her toe does not become infected.*Edit: My sisters toe did become infected. Their sanitation procedures is highly questionable. Training of nail technicians is needed!

I went a little over a month before my wedding & was told I have an ingrown but it’s ok just keep coming back. Three weeks later my toe became infected, so badly I was prescribed antibiotics. I didn’t think it was from the salon until the doctor said it looked as though someone cut it out, and hence the infection. I am sincerely grossed out by the cleanliness of this place. My husband went a year ago for our engagement pictures, and the owner made his finger bleed so bad that he was bleeding through the Kleenex and then bandaid he had to request.She didn’t care, didn’t attend to it, and just said you’ll be fine. And ushered in the next guest. It’s all about getting as many people in, so you can imagine how often tools and what not are used nonetheless cleaned. My toes are in terrible condition, and are still battling the repercussions of the girl cutting out the ingrown and cuticle.

I went to your salon yesterday with the understanding as stated in the price list outside that manicure+pedicure was 35$. After my session I was charged with 60$ because the person did another more expensive treatment without my approval or even consultation.
