This is the best nail salon in the Chicago area! I have been to plenty of salons, but none compare to Cuticle! The staff is amazing, they help pick the perfect color, are accommodating, and always perform the best service. The salon is extremely clean! They wipe down everything after a customer leaves! Last but not least, the services are amazing! I have never had such an amazing gel manicure before visiting Cuticle! I recommend Cuticle to everyone I meet, so if you are in the area, please see these amazing people!

Very good this place should definitely be a 4.9 service is so great. You get a massage, lotion, and everything nice it smells so good in here and the workers are so good at what they do! If you are in Chicago 100% go here you can see where the money goes VERY great prices I cant say enough about this place but its so great and stress free

So glad to have found this wonderful nail salon right by my new office! Everything was very clean and sanitary, including using new sealed instruments for each customer. The lavender scents used throughout my pedicure were lovely, and at the end I was given an upper back massage. I will definitely be back often!

At first I thought the prices were a little high, but I stopped in for a walk-in pedicure and the service was EXCEPTIONAL. My technicians attention to detail exceeded my expectations by quite a bit. For example, she really took the time to clean up my cuticles, and I like my nails short because they grow really fast and she did them very short without hurting me. Normally its like they dont believe me when I say short. Plus, I got a little shoulder massage at the end while my nails dried. I will absolutely be returning!!

So this place is super clean, and affordable, but the nail techs operate on a seemingly robotic schedule. I had to ask my nail tech to remove the dirt under my nails during my manicure, she was going paint my nails and leave the dirt. My pedicure actually looks pretty good, but she scrubbed my feet very half heartedly. My manicure is not great. Maybe you have to purchase the deluxe package to get dirt removed and your cuticles trimmed neatly? Either way I wont be back

Had such an amazing experience at this nail salon. The environment is professional and calm and the workers are so polite and great at what they do. Such a gem of a nail salon. Will definitely be returning back soon.

The place is nice, clean, safe but I think I just got the wrong nail tech. She seemed to be having a bad day and interestingly enough, did a terrible job on my cuticles. I will not return.

What a lovely little spot. It is onlooking a park, with the sound of water and classical music while you are groomed. I went on the recommendation of one patron who said they had great products. I completely agree with that assessment. They do a nice manicure, pedicure and wax.

Love this place!! I do my manicure and pedicure here, just love how friendly and warm everyone here is. Everyone’s so professional and they take all the necessary precautions such as sitting their clients apart, sanitizing the stations before and after, wearing face masks and shields. Absolutely love my time here, it is just so relaxing and calming. This is probably the only salon close to my house which is open even in the weekendsAll their staffs are great, always does such a great job may it be a simple manicure or waxing. The owner is always at the front desk to greet you with the biggest smile and she even steps in when her staffs are all busy. They just take great care in doing everything. Love this place and would recommend this place 100% to anyone looking for a great nail salon.

I usually go to Cuticle for my nails.This one time... I went to a “Gina’s Magic Nails” at 303 wacker. (FYI never go)They ruined my nails so much that my nails became painful and could see blood in my nail bed.I booked an appoint with Cuticle and they took me in the same day. The owner herself worked on my damaged nails (for 1.5hrs) just to get all the product out from the previous saloon.She was patient and was taking care that I feel minimal pain.Treated my nails with alot of care and I felt much better.Highly Recommended

Great color selectionVery professional and follow CDC protocol. They have glass around ppl to make sure you were not in contact with anyone.The place is clean and i likes the lotion and stuff that they use.Tsa did my nails and she did a fantastic job by paying attention to detail .Im glad i discovered this place.If you are driving here, the easiest thing to do is get in michigan ave and then turn on randolph where you can park

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The women were all so relaxed which in turn made relaxing a lot easier for me. I got a No Chip Mani-Pedi and the price was very reasonable for how well they did my nails! During the manicure they gave a shoulder and back massage. Would highly recommend this place to locals and travelers passing through Chicago!

This place is so great!! I’ve lived in this area for a year and finally decided to try it. The girls go above and beyond to make you happy - they even give you a little back massage (for both my pedicure and manicure). I have gone twice now and will definitely continue to go. During Christmas time they even have a cute little raffle - I won this little nail strengthener and cutical oil!

This place is awesome! The prices for a mani/pedi are fair and they do a great job. I loved the fact they give a little shoulder massage at the end of the manicure! The staff was super nice and friendly, and I really appreciated the COVID precautions they’ve put in place. I will definitely be back :-)

I work at the hair salon next door. Being on my feet all day, my body is always sore, so I love treating myself to a pedicure as often as I can. I walk in and am greeted warmly. The salon is beautiful- nicely decorated and lots of natural light. I have never been more relaxed at a nail salon honestly. My nail tech (didn’t catch her name) massaged my back at the end as my nails were drying... I was not expecting that at all, and I will keep returning just for that alone.

This salon is the most professional nail salon I have ever been to. They know what they are doing and always provide exceptional service! The owner is the sweetest lady and looks like she really works hard to make her business so successful.

Cuticle is the best nail salon in the city. The salon is pristine. Whether you get a mani or a pedi you get a hand/leg and back massage.Generally, I get no-chip and love it because it comes with a hand mask. Also, love no-chip because my nails stay prettier for a longer period of time. On week days (Monday-Thursday), Cuticle offers a mani-pedi special and you can get $5 off.Gina, the business owner, is professional and has done a fabulous job with her establishment.Check out cuticle. I guarantee once you do you wont get your nails done anywhere else.

I really wanted to love this place. It’s so beautiful and relaxing. But I did not like my nail tech. I had a $55 pedicure in which she did not completely remove my no chip from before so my toes/polish look lumpy. I have to have them redone. Also she seemed to only know how to remove callus with the cheese grater-like tool, when it should be able to be done with a pumice stone. In an effort to keep it classy, I didn’t raise a stink. But will not go back here unfortunately.

The atmosphere is amazing! The specific technician (Taka) that serviced me was very nice. The Cuticle Spas) manager was fantastic! She was working the soon asowever, the total service worth $77. Nooooooooo! Now that I am home and can see the service, baddddddd paint job on hands feet. Equally, so called the moisture did not solved that problem!

This business deserves an extra star! The owner is incredible. Always trying to be accommodating, and steps in to help out getting manicures and pedicures started to move things along. I live close by so it’s definitely the most convenient nail salon for me. I selfishly didn’t want to write them a 5 star review because they are already so busy and I don’t want to make them even busier, but I felt guilty not writing them a review because they deserve the praise so much! The girls that work there are extremely good, particular and patient. For all of the times I’ve been there and they’ve been slammed, no one has ever tried to rush me or short cut my service. They always offer the extra coat, a massage, and do all of the little things that make it the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. It’s extremely clean, kept up, and the music is very calming. For mom with 2 little kids, that works full time and long hours, with a black tie event this Saturday, I so SO appreciate them taking my appointment even though I know they were extremely overbooked! This level of professionalism and above and beyond customer service is hard to find at almost any business these days. Thank you thank you Cuticle!! You are amazing!!

Great local nail salon.

My first experience here was great, I loved that they will put a glove on your hand to protect front he UV light and the quick massage they give while you wait for your nails to dry. BUT the second time I came here, the same day I get my nails done I noticed they turned colors! I think this is from them adding paint thinner to the polish to stretch out the life. Which doesn’t make sense since the price of a gel manicure is not cheap. If you do go here, make sure you check the colors of your gel nails again right before you leave.

Live nearby and very accommodating. Great value for a mani/pedi.

My wife and I went to Chicago to celebrate my 40th birthday and on an impulse we decided to get pedicures (my first one) at this place. My wife who gets them all the time in NY said I was lucky to have my first one here bc it was probably the best place, not in a spa, that she has ever been to. The ladies were great, made me feel comfortable, and the small massage at the end was a nice touch. I probably should have also done the manicure for the extra $12. One week later and my feet are still soft and my nails are still glowing. I think this place made me fall in love with pedicures.

This place was wonderful. So clean and everyone was nice. I brought in a few friends for a bachelorette party spa day and Cuticle was able to seat us all together despite being very busy with other guests. Great experience, we will definitely be back!!

Really good quality. Good vibe. The girls are gentle and quiet. Good selections of colors and lots of warm towel. Decent price. I have shellac manicure and regular pedicure and it was $80 total. Very good price.

Went in today with my best friend in search of a relaxing afternoon and we were not disappointed!The atmosphere is very calming despite the constant stream of traffic. The color options were more than plentiful and the technicians were extremely talented and professional.The devil is in the details and Cuticle has it down to a science. Warm towels, shoulder massages, and even jewelry dishes on the manicure tables.I would recommended this shop to anyone and will definitely be back.

Customer service is on point. The ladies that work are all professional, polite, and put together. I like the uniforms that they wear. It’s quiet and relaxing. The space is neutral toned with soothing music. The color selection is wide also. Wish my shoulder massage was longer but it was so good! Loved it here and wish I could come back all the time!

Very clean and relaxing salon, great service. However, their no chip mani does not last long (at least 2 nails will chip within 5 days) which is extremely disappointing given the high cost. Given the convenience of their location, I have given the salon a chance 3 different times and tried different brands as well as both light and dark colors. Sadly, my nails have chipped much sooner than all other no chips Ive gotten from other salons. Again, great vibe but if you need/want your no chip to last, you may want to try other options.

First time at Le Charme and had a fantastic experience. I chose Le Charme after reading all the positive reviews and was looking for a place that did SNS manicure. I opted for the SNS French manicure and Lee did an absolutely beautiful job. I am very pleased with how the manicure came out (Lee added tips as my nails are quite short) and the manicure really looks like they are my own nails. Recommend highly!

They were able to take me as a walk in and finished my manicure quickly. The only negative was that a couple of the nails had polish that was too thick so it smudged a bit even though I let it dry first.

Comparatively better than some of the salons Ive been to recently, the girl did a good job of shaping my nails, and didnt cut into my skin with the file like so many others do. It was more I felt as if she were going through the motions, very perfunctory, without giving me the one on one attention that would make this a relaxing experience that I would come back to regularly.

I wondered in on a Sunday morning, I’m in town for work and Lisa took care of me right away and she was amazing. She obviously takes pride in her work and you can’t say that a lot these days. Very happy with the results! Thank you Lisa and Cuticle!

Always great service. Pedicures are reasonably price and expertly done. Neck and shoulder massage while your toes are drying is a really nice and appreciated bonus. Love this place.

I wanted to get a nail fixed and they did not do acrylics or fixing nails. I got the nails done earlier that day and it broke. The nails were not good quality either.

Loved this place! The service was amazing, great choice of colors. Got a mani - pedi and it was a good price and the ladies were so helpful! They even put on my socks and shoes so my nails wouldn’t be damaged.. such a great place, my favorite nail place!

Amazing people, awesome place. In town on my honeymoon, wanted a polish change after the wedding colors for a fancy night out. They wouldnt charge me for the service once they got wind it was our honeymoon. Super clean and everyone was so friendly. Will be back for sure.

Ive been here 2 times. 1st time it was perfect and I got wonderful manicure. The 2nd time I wasnt satisfied at all. Manicure was done careless, my nails had different length and were painted inaccurate. But waxing here was good.

I love this place. They are very clean and very professional. All of the liquids are in glass bottles, they use brand new nail files and buffing pads each time. The metal tools are in sterilizers. The pedicure chairs are adjustable, massage chairs with glass basins. They offer you lavender or green tea lotion and scrub for your feet as well as, moisturizing gloves with your no chip manicure. They offer you a cold or hot beverage once you are seated. They are detail oriented. Though mainly filled with women, men are often present and welcomed. Peaceful music, no TVs, good nail color selection with new colors introduced regularly. Free Wi-Fi.

This is a great professional salon, especially since I live in Lakeshore East. Everyone is polite and friendly, especially the manager/owner. The space is peaceful and lovely music surrounds you.

Hubby and I are on a Babymoon and came here for a pedi... very clean, good massage, very friendly! Helped me get shoes and socks back on being 7 1/2 months, much appreciated!

The woman filed two of my fingers tips (not my nails) to the point that I started bleeding. She didnt apologize, and I had to prompt her to get disinfectant. Extremely poor customer service, overpriced, and unsanitary. You shouldnt have to bleed or be in pain to get your nails done.
