I came in on Wednesday to update my Profile, though Roxanne was the only one in the office and had several other employees, she took the time to review my resume and then set up an interview with a client. She called me later that day and offered me the position. I am so grateful for her and she is very friendly, patient and kind. Roxan is a very unprofessional person to speak with. She lies and tell you things that are not true I will contact the the home office or owner and give them a ear full. Because this not the company you want to work for as a staffing agency or get a job through.

The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable! Ruby and Lorraine greeted me as soon as i walked in, they were able to answer all of my questions. Roxanne the branch manager was also really sweet and came to the lobby to check on everyone to see if anyone needed help or had any other needs. Signed up for them in June 2018. The sign up process took about 1 hr 30 min on site in their office on 29th st. Called every Monday to check in for the week, and applied for a few of their positions. They NEVER found me any work. They called me 5 months later in December after I had by chance applied to one of their positions on Indeed, and asked me to come by the next day at 2pm for an interview. I came in and they greeted me if you can call it that, by asking me if they can help me. I told them my first and last name and that I had an appointment. The girl told me to have a seat at her desk so she could look me up. I told her about the position I applied for and she said it wasnt available. I asked her why did she waste my time inviting me for an interview. She said they didnt have ANY work to offer and were slow in business but needed to update my info. Worst staffing agency ever. I have 4 years of college and was OVER qualified for that damn position, or any position they offer for that matter. Even after telling them I am about to be a dad and have my first child due in 3 weeks, and REALLY need a job. Not to mention my work history is solid as a rock, never been fired and only 2 jobs last 12 years because I stay with my jobs. You guys suck. 😂

The ladies there are very rude. They treat employees with no respect. They talk to them like they’re dumb. If someone asks a simple question be professional and have a professional answer, not a “ duh “ or one with an attitude. YOU SIGNED UP FOR THIS JOB SO DO IT OR LEAVE.
