I went into this nail shop this evening, after calling my usual locations and was refused services (although the door signs read that they close at 8pm. I got there at 545 pm) I Google searched and found this spot. Upon my call, Sharon was SUPER FRIENDLY and told me to come on in! (They closed at 7:30) Needless to say, I went in there and was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and kindness shown to me. I dont know the ladys name who serviced me, but she did AN AWESOME job! Also, they are closer to my area! I will definitely be going back to see them! I love love love excellent service!

I had a woman named Emily do my acrylic gell manicure and my gell pedicure. I absolutely loved having her and she did an AMAZING job! This was my first time going here for my nails and it’s also the best place that I’ve been to. These are my favorite nails ever!!

I came here with my daughter to get a No Chip Manicure & Pedicure. It was a gift from my husband for Mothers Day. Unfortunately, our experience wasnt so great. It took over 1 hour for my daughters Pedicure because they couldnt get the Glitter No Chip on right. Total for the special Glitter No Chip was $60.00. Needless to say within 1 week the polish started to come off. My No Chip started to come off after a week as well. I never had this happen at other Nail Salons. Usually last about 3 weeks.

Pedicure was ok. It seemed rushed and I was clipped a few times during the cuticle removal, but no bleeding.

I LOVE this salon!! I have been a regular customer here for at least 10 years, and every time I visit, I get professional, consistent, and courteous service! I love each and every technician, and although each tech has their own sweet and professional personality, all adhere to a consistency to deliver a stunning product at a very fair price! The owner always greets me by name, and I feel like Im family when Im there. The leg massages with the spa pedicure are the best around!

First time going I got a no chip manicure that was ok. I had to go back a few days later because 3 of the nails chipped. Chipped nails were fixed at no charge. Decided to go back to get another no chip 2weeks later which was Tues today is Saturday and one nail is chipping. I won’t be going back because a no chip usually doesn’t chip. Also, the no chip pricing is misleading. I asked the price and was told $35 for no chip. When I went to pay the tech said $40. I asked why $40 and she said $5 more to remove no chip polish.So for $40 I got a no chip manicure that has chipped within 4 days. Never had a no chip to chip so fast and I never had to pay extra to have no chip polish removed. I just saw on their website price list that no chip manicure is $35, looking further down on price board shows to remove no chip $5. I’ve never been to a salon that prices like that. I will not be going back

Ive been going there for years! I LOVE it there, every time I try a different place when Im out with someone else, Im always disappointed, but NEVER HERE! Everyone is very friendly & they know me by name! Ill never go anywhere else for my manicures pedicures & waxes! Ive had all different people doing my nails for me Ive never had a bad job Sharon is the owner, shes the best Emily is my 2nd go to girl, but I would let any one of them do my services!

This was once a great place- my pedicure was just ok. No base coat and the polish was so thick it would not dry. Friend had to have manicure redone 7 of her 10 nails were very poorly shaped - crooked! They just want to get you out the door! Will not go back!

Not sure if state laws are the same in Illinois, where Im from there were many sanitation laws being broken. The tools used were not sanitized, files were reused, drill bits were filled with dust from other clients, nothing is labeled so your not even sure what it is they may be using on you. They were fast luckily because I couldnt wait to get out of there! If I wasnt in such a bind to have my nails filled I would have walked right out of there.

Poor quality work. I dont even have bad feet, but I paid extra for the sea salt pedicure, and it was nothing special. Ive had better pedicures for less. She barely took 10 seconds to treat my feet with the pumice stone and didnt even file my toe nails. I tried to explain what was wrong/ what I wanted but the language barrier was an obstacle. The manicure was basic, nothing special.

I had to keep requesting my lady to stop and start doing certain things with my nails. She filed them and I thought they were about to break, two of them are overfiled. She did not paint them close to the cuticle, so now they look like they were painted two weeks ago. Not completely satisfied.. Ill go back to doing my own nails. :)

Great place. Wish they would speak English, I always feel like they are talking about me.
