Very clean place and staff is friendly. Everyone sends to know what they are doing and Ive Alastair been happy with my services. Theyre detailed in their work and I would recommend coming here if you want someone whos detailed and care about your nails as if it was theirs

Hit or miss. My sister had a good nail tech… I did not, I’m guessing from the rest of the reviews the unprofessional person that leaves you waiting and lacks customer service is the owner. I had similar experience where she kept getting up to do things besides my nails, like fold towels. Then she left after doing the acrylic application and had someone else do my polish (I had no idea this was happening).If you get someone that acts like they are super busy, RUN. I don’t think she should be doing nails, she should just manage the salon imo. She seems visibly annoyed when she has to do nails. I won’t be back.

Really impressed! At first I was a bit skeptical as i was a walk in but they people there are so friendly and took the time to greet me and get me started right away. They have someone dedicated to taking off polish which helps. I was moved to another station where I got dip and had described that I wanted “sort of French but white and sparkly” and of course, since I wasn’t prepared with a picture I just braced myself but wow wow wow wow. Am I ever impressed! They are meticulously sanitize all stations when you get up including the chairs! This place for sure exceeded my expectations and I will go there again. Also there is a ton of free parking which is a perk :)

First time I came, I called multiple times make appointment and no answer. When I went in as a walk in it was very busy and waited for about 45 min. I asked the owner why they did not answer the phone so I can schedule and appointment she answered because mornings on the weekends are very busy. She recommended to come in at 3/4 on the weekend. The next time I called made an appointment for 3 and I still waited 30 minutes. I believe in giving second chances but its too stressful and time consuming. The reason I go to the nail salon is to de stress. So I will look for another place to get my nails done.

I had an appointment and showed up on time. I waited 45 minutes to get my nails done. I got a gel-fill in. It has been two days and it already starting to chip. I definitely would not recommend.

My first time coming to this establishment as a walk-in. Although it took a bit longer due to the walk-in, the services were phenomenal. I received quality of a no-chip manicure and regular pedicure. I will be returning very soon.

Took my daughter here to get a mani and pedi they charge me in total $105 I asked why she said that was their price. Her pedi chip the next day. If Im going to pay that much money at least let it last.

Got their at 3:40 left at 5:19 with my nails not done. they weren’t even crowded, working extremely slow. Sat me at the massage chair and didn’t even turn the water on, then left for 50min, Staff didn’t even acknowledge it

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! In short, the manager (Cindy) was very rude and unprofessional. She (cindy) needs lessons in customer service. I was swindled out of extra money for a service that I didnt want nor request. When I asked about the extra charge Cindy shrugged her shoulders and said she didnt know in a lackadaisical manner. Its been a week since my manicure and pedicure and my nails look like they havent been done in 2 weeks.

They completely ignored me after telling me to sit in the back for a pedicure. I watch four get their feet done and each person walk off to get there nails done. I had to call just to get someone to put water in the bowl. Then once she finally put water in after 45 minutes she walked away to do someone nail and left me sitting here yet again! I will make sure I tell every person who walks in there that they are unprofessional! There is no way that I should have been ignored after being told to sit in a pedicure chair. I want a full refund from the horrible treatment

I went there for a powder dipped french manicure and a standard pedicure. I got a good pedicure and one of the worst manicures I have ever had. The work is so sloppy I am seeking another person to redo my nails. This was a waste of my money.The tech never told me her name. The pedicure went well. The manicure however went terribly wrong..i requested that the powder dipped manicure be very thin and natural looking. This process takes longer than a standard powder dipped manicure for most techs. She started off doing fine, but apparently she lost her patience during the last phase of the manicure. She seem to get irritated and rushed to finish. When she was done she moved on to another customer and never came back to check if my nails were dry.A male came over and checked my nails and asked if I thought they were pretty. I told him no. He just asked if I wanted cuticle oil. After he put the oil and some lotion on my hands he ok you all done and walked away. The person whom I took to be the manager checked me out never asked if I was happy with work.

I sometimes come here for a no chip pedicure and eyebrow waxing which is very simple but the day I decided to try a full set gel is where I took it too far! The gel was applied far from the cuticle and it looks like I need a fill in—FRESH set already! The lady rushed my hands and applied the gel and polish sloppy. Very poor application.😒 Also I asked can I schedule an appointment to have them fixed and the lady was rude making me wait knowing the shop was very busy! Never getting my money again.

My first and last time going here !! my pedicure was ok but my manicure was terrible . The guy that did it took so long and was cutting my skin !! He said he could do the design i wanted and once he finished filing my nails, the owner came to do the design but it was nothing like I showed her. She then proceeded to say that I should just paint my nails one color because the design I like would take too long . What kind of customer service is that ? I then said ok because I didn’t like how the design was coming out & she didn’t paint the nails pretty either, she was just talking looking around . I told her I didn’t like & she caught an attitude. Super rude & unprofessional . They try to rush you ! Like excuse me if I’m paying your prices then you must do a good job

Best nail salon experience I’ve had. My nails were well taken care off. High attention to detail and hygiene. My mani was flawless and my pedi was amazing. Not rushed and very relaxing. Plus, complimentary wine and lotion. My friend actually recommended it and I quickly recommended another friend.

My boyfriend and I were seated in the pedicure chairs, but waited over 40 minutes to be serviced. The man who did my pedi cut my nails down so short, he actually hurt one of my toes. Sloppy polish job. My nails are so ugly, now I have to wait for them to grow out so I can go to another shop. So disappointed!

Waited for over an hour, they had no sign in. Accepted people after me and it was just a very poorly managed salon. Save your money.

Very beautiful location. The staff is very professional and helpful. I recommend Jacqueline! she was so helpful with picking out my nail design and color. She slayed my pink and white powdered dip ombré nails. I will be back very soon.(her nails were also gorgeous which helped me choose the almond shape) Thank you!!

This place is very expensive for no reason . I’ve been here occasionally, however I noticed less than 1 week my nails are breaking . I’m not sure what kind of products they’re using but this has never been a issue else where . I’ve gave them several chances, but my nails keep breaking within 1 week . The owner is very rude and it’s definitely not a place where your business is valued . I will no longer be spending my hard earned money with this nail spa . I advise you don’t either !!!!

Owner did my manicure. Nothing special. After applying lotion, and before the polish change, she did a poor job of removing lotion from my nail beds. The polish started dissolving at the cuticle within 48 hours. Really disappointed😞 First Time... Last Time.

I received a full set, no chip pedicure, and eyebrow wax.My feet and nails turned out great. However, the tech burned my face with the wax. I went back the next day to speak with the manager to show them my burns. The manager gave me a refund for the eyebrows. I will never go back to this place not because I got burned but because the manager never apologized or asked if I was ok, just didnt care.

Called at 10:45 and was able to make an appointment for 11:30 without hesitation! Service was great and prices were definitely reasonable. Just recently moving here full time, i had to leave my nail people of 12 years from the burbs and find a new one, everywhere i called was so expensive, but the prices here are definitely worth it. Coffees great too! Tom took me immediately and even offered to do my pedicure if i wanted as well. No chip mani pedi and i was in and out in an hour. definitely worth it!

Terrible!! Went in for Dip, thought I would try this place because of the good reviews + closer to home. The guy did such a TERRIBLE job that I requested them to be redone. Ive been getting dip for 3 years and never had them look this way. He said no charge instead, but I wanted them fixed. I was already running late to a meeting (bc he messed them up half way through) so I asked to come back later for the fix...they said yes and the next girl did a fine job however they still charged full price. I was expecting them fixed at no charge because the man told me that...I asked for a discount for taking up so much of my time and a poor experience but the manager would not budge. Terrible customer service especially for a new business. I hope the $40 was worth it to lose a potential long term repeat customer and receive this poor review.
