Hi i had a app. With Tee but it was Canceled i was recommended by friends. I spoke to the receptions name Veronica, i ask her who she recommended me there for nails since it was my First time. She said everyone does a great job, she said #2 for me i forgot her name. So here i am loving my nails i cant load a picture now but i will. The wait was longer and i hate waiting. But Im happy with my results i will be going back in 3 weeks after my vacation and i book my appointment with Tee for next time. Yes definitely i recommended this place !!!

I love coming to get my nails done here. I been coming to get my nails done with Tee since back 2008 so Im definitely a loyal customer. She always does an amazing job on my nail with just a picture idea of what I want she can make them that much more glamorous. Nowadays I just ask her to work her magic and she always seems to amaze me. She has wonderful staff who work under her so you will never be disappointed. Theyre always trying to get you out of the door as soon as possible so trust me definitely worth the wait!

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever received. It was my first time coming here because the reviews were great. The lady that did my nails was horrible, she acted like she didn’t know English when I asked for NO CHIP for both manicure and pedicure. Was harsh and rude. I got hurt throughout the pedicure and she did not even apologize. She also charged me 4x for this horrible service. I highly recommend everyone to not come and waste your money. Please pay extra somewhere else for better service.

I got done a Pedi today wanted a fullset but i couldnt so i left my phone # with the receptions, she did call me & and made sure i still wanted my nails, but i couldnt i will be going on Monday & i will post pictures. They do a great from what i saw. it does get busy and is a wait. I also felt Comfortable with the receptions she is very friendly & manage to do her thing. Yes i recommend Tee Nails.

My sister loves this place and they do great nail designs! I didnt have the best experience with my no chip pedicure, I didnt get a good foot massage (unless that counts as the leg scrub?). I really dont know what happened to my nail polish color - I wanted #450 (a grey/purple color for fall). I saw the nail tech pull the correct nail polish bottle so I was kind of shocked when I got home and realized the color was much brighter than what I wanted. Now that I look at them, I can see that maybe the bottle wasnt shaken before (I see grey swirls/ box shape in the bright purple color)? Lastly, my toe nails were cut in an angle so I got home and filed a couple to avoid ingrowns. Besides those issues, the nail tech did a great job of taking off my dead skin.

Tee nails is my go to nail salon I really do love it but today I waited from opening hour til nearly NOON to get my nails done. When I came in there were fewer people and I grabbed a number but the book they use to see who is next wasn’t there so I just took the number but then I realized the receptionist had it so I told her what my number was and what I wanted. I thought I was gonna get mine done soon since I was early but so many people went before me and it took three hours to get anyone available. I’m sorry to say but there is no way I will be coming back because I thought only Tee takes appointments and the rest were walk ins since no one else from the nail techs would take appointments. Last time I will be getting my nails done here

I came in today to get my nails done for my mother’s wedding since this place was recommended by many people I know. I was so excited since it was my first time coming here. I was so disappointed at the work that Tina did with my nails. I asked for butterflies on two fingers and the rest color pink gel. The nails with butterflies, she applied white powder but didn’t know how to apply it well. Also, my nails are so hurt because she kept on filing it over and over again to the point were it hurt to touch my nails. When I was paying, Tee was working and noticed my nails and started telling Tina that the nails she did were not good so she grabbed my nails and started filing them herself and told her how she should have done it. I was excited to get my nails done here but now this will be the last time I come here.

Very disappointed, left angry. I was given a price of $20 for no chip and color. When sitting the girl wants to dispute that she asked me if I wanted a manicure, I dont remember that. Has she I would had said no.Either way, when a person specifically ask for one thing, thats what it is. Therefore, she charged me an additional $15 got manicure.The lady I told did nothing to fix that issue. You should always let customers know in advance theres another charge for everything else you want to do on customers. NEVER, EVER AGAIN will she touch my nails.

I was looking in the area for a new place and I tried a couple different places and none of them were up to par. I tend to be picky about my nails and non of the other places I went to could do any new styles I was looking for. Tee nails has so much variety in the types of style and designs they can do. I’ve never been able to walk in with a picture of what I wanted and them match it exactly to a T. The service was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and the results showed. I will definitely be coming back here moving forward.

We went in on Monday February 1st, I needed a simple fill in and a new design, and my daughter just needed a manicure and a simple design, we waited patiently for our turn, when it was out turn we explained to the lady what design my daughter wanted, she proceeded to try and convince us on a simpler design which consisted only of butterfly stickers because on her own words it was easier, we didn’t think much of it and agreed since we understand not everyone can free hand a nail design, after choosing a base color the lady stated it was ugly and that my daughter should pick a different color, I explained to her that we weren’t asking for an opinion and that the color wasn’t negotiable, she was disappointed but proceeded with her manicure, when it was my turn the lady was awesome, i didn’t catch her name but her lamp had the name “Tina”, she re-shaped my nails and did an amazing job with the fill-in, when I showed her the design she agreed to do it with the exception of the glitter on them since this was not a new set, all was good till she started painting them, mind you the design I showed her was all matte which she completely ignored till I reminded her and even after I did she only did 2 of them matte, after I noticed only 2 were matte I reminded her again to which she replied “glossy is more beautiful” and ignored me while proceeding to paint them glossy, the nails had a little diamond design which I clearly said I wanted, she proceeded to do this as she pleased and ignored the design they had, out of those 2nails on each hand with diamonds only 3 of them matched and the 4th it’s a completely different Design which makes no sense and it doesn’t match at all, the butterflies she chose look nothing like the 1s I wanted and they look randomly placed on my finger nail which does not look cute, I love this place but this time was really disappointing especially if I got charged 45$ for a SIMPLE fill in.

I’ve came here before and never had a horrible experience. Today I got a lady that i never seen here before and she did a horrible job. She had an attitude, she was really rough and cut my cuticle, I keep trying to clean it but blood keeps running. The ombré in my nails are also pretty off and my thumb nails are bumpy. I will give the place a three star because they are not all like that. By the way the lady that I had a bad experience with had pink hair.

I am beyond livid!!!I have been coming here for over 10 years & never had an issue.I saw a new girl on Monday, after waiting for 1.5 hours!!I asked for a new shape- almond.After she cut them I voiced my concern that she cut a lot. She went on to look frustrated & said, Im not done yet. As I assumed she was the professional, I let her finish. I formed her that I have a job where I type & she said they would be fine.Literally the NEXT day- 2 cracked. I called & spoke to someone to let them know. They asked me to come in that moment but I told them I worked late & could not.I called Wednesday (the next day) & told them more cracked & broke. I asked if I can be seen immediately if I came in. They told me I qouls.havw to wait!! I knew I could not come in Thursday I told them 9 would be in Friday after work & asked if there would be a charge! She said no, that they would fix them!!Mind you, several were already cracked!!Cracked nails break!!!I had 4 nails break by this time so, instead of walking around with half broken nails & half cracked nails, I cut the few remaining.I went in to explain, Tee was frustrated saying they said they would fix 2!! I was obviously upset & explained what happened.The girl who did my nails originally tried to basically blame it on me because I asked for a new shape. Are you kidding me?!??I finally decided to compromise & said I would pay for 1/2 the price of a full set! Terrible customer service for someone who has been coming for 10 years!! I have referred several friends over the years!! I will never return to this place again!! The lack of customer service & integrity is ridiculous!! I am so disappointed!I do appreciate Hannah doing a brand new set. Just upset that I had to pay 2x in 1 week.

I just got my nails done about a week ago on the day of my birthday and two days ago my nails started falling off. and one nail just broke in half in my other hand. This isn’t the first time it happens last time i came which was last year i had came to get my nails done and the same thing happened within a couple days the nails started coming off so easily i don’t know what it is if they don’t use enough glue or the right one but at this point im just upset because i decided to give this place another chance and came on the day of my birthday last week and payed $85!!! Just so they could fall off 5 days later. smh👎

Ive gotten my nails done here once and i will not be going again. I asked for ombre holographic and I had a picture and everything. I show the lady the picture and she said she knew exactly what to do, told me to put my phone away and that she no longer needed the picture, (I kept it out just in case) she paid no mind to the picture. She finished blending the ombre and asked if i liked it, I POLITELY asked if she could blend it in a little more and she got all defensive and hardly blended, then put on the last clear coat. I wasted $45 on something i didnt ask for AND to top it all off both my pointer and ring finger nails were crooked. I do not recommend going here. Tee Nails is very overrated . The two pictures are what I asked for and what I got.

This was my first time here I loved it service and technique overall amazing. Great experience after my very awful experience the day before at another nail location. My acrylics have lasted a month and still going except my thumbs which has broken rather quickly and have taken my real nail off currently in pain for the fact my thumb nail is in complete pain due to it broke but is holding on due to my skin.The pedicure was amazing no complaints whatsoeverLove this place just mad and sad my real nail broke off and is breaking off. IN SO MUCH PAIN RIGHT NOW

I am very upset with my nail set today. Normally Andy does them but wasnt there and Tee couldnt attend me. So I had somebody else do them. And let me tell you I am very upset with my nail set. They are different sizes (uneven) and crooked as well. And it seems like it was from the same lady that did them the first time

Ive been coming to Tee nails for over ten years and my experience has always been phenomenal. They always provide different services and keep the environment looking nice and clean. The quality of my nails are always on point and they last very long!! I highly recommend this nail salon. They always keep their nails up to date and try new things. They recently added scented spa pedicures with collagen.

Tina always takes her time and makes sure I am happy. I’m a forever customer and the fact that they add new colors and keep up with nail trends is awesome!

Made an appointment and they dont even know how to communicate with one another. Had a design in mind and they said they were able to do it then when I arrive they said they cant do it and if I wanted to wait for someone who can do it I would have to wait. Then when I go to someone else he was rough taking off my nails and broke my nail and had my bleed and wanted to send me away still having glue on my nails.

Andy is my “go to” technician but you can’t go wrong with any of the technicians. Pricing is very reasonable. Worth the 40 minute drive from the northwest suburbs.

I got my nails done Saturday and theres space between my actual nail and the acrylic. Food is getting stuck. I need the owner or someone to call me back or respond so this can be redone properly. Water is getting in there an they already feel like theyre going to pop off. Not to mention the food lodged in there. NO SCRUBBING CAN GET IT OUT!!! Disgusted

First and last time ever going there. The best part of the pedicure is the massage. I have never gone somewhere that did not provide one. I went with a friend and watched my friend get an awesome foot massage. I was excited to get mine and got absolutely nothing. The woman did a very poor job painting my nails. I had to ask her to paint another coat because you could see straight through the polish. She put lotion on my shins, rubbed up and down 3 times and wiped it off. When i got home i noticed she didn’t even paint the entire toe nail for any of them. It already looks like my nails grew out some. She was rude when handing me my change. She dropped the money and didn’t even care to apologize or pick it up hand it to me.

My go to nail salon. Nails are always done quickly and nicely. Sometimes the wait sucks but they are a popular place. Once in a while you’ll get a nail tech that you can tell is barely learning which is annoying because they’re not as fast but other than that I love this salon.

I never thought I would be writing a review regarding my nails. But I do want people to know this shop has the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever seen or experienced!!! My mom used to get her nails done here all the time and at one point I did as well when I lived nearby. I finally decided to join my mom in getting our nails done since I havent got them done since having my baby. The wait was very long and I didnt recognize anyone but the owner and she was very busy. My mom did her nails with someone different since the owner had others before us. My mom asked the same guy to do my nails since she knew we were pressed for time. I left unhappy and tried my best to look past my nails not fully covered in the ends or near my cuticles. Walking out they looked like they would need a fill in. I paid for a fullset gel no chip and a pedicure. My pedicure was very pretty but my nails looked terrible after 3 days. I called and spoke with Tracy, she told me to come in not to worry. I explained I live in the suburbs and during the week will be difficult with my kids and work. She said not to worry come in anytime. I finally made it in and literally the moment I arrived with my mom, mind you three of her nails fell off in less than a week. The owner completely had attitude! She didnt like that I told her I was unhappy and she begin to make a scene in front of all her customers along with her husband. Both continued to say it wasnt there problem that I came a week later!! even when I told them I called days before to explain and was told not a problem. Granted I couldnt make it in sooner. They should know better than to treat customers badly and in a rude manner let alone argue with their customers!!! Its a shame they have no class. Nor do they know how to deal with unhappy customers. I would never go back to this place. As for others I would spend my money elsewhere!!! Im pretty sure theres great shops near with good people.
