I called to see if I could set an appointment (1st time) a person answered saying, Hello. I was a bit confused because I thought I called a business, so I asked if this was a nail salon, the person said yes. So then I said, oh because you didnt answer as one. The person IMMEDIATELY hung up on me. I called back twice to make sure that was the case and no one answered. Who they got answering the phones!!!#smh

I went here today, and the owners were very rude and not to mention, rough with my feet and hands. They were making insider jokers in their language about the appearance of customers feet and hands. Which, I didnt see the amusement, because that is the point of coming to the nail salon, so you can recieve care for your nails. May I add, they need to upgrade their equipment. Poor quality/broken spa baths and a fan to dry your nails. Instead they should get a nail dryer. One of the ladies got mad because I prefer a regular manicure over artificial nails. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!! so many better nail salons to choose from. I WILL REPORT THIS BUSINESS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREA.

The lady cut my finger never said she was sorry file my nails it hurt and burn she polish my nails and messed them up She do a good job on eye brows only but no nails . The husband he do a ok job with your feet I most go for the husband massage my feet and legs feels very good and the chair feel good

Super sweet, welcoming, and generous staff. they really do work hard to make their customers happy, which I personally feel that they have been doing an amazing job at it. very gentle and pay really good attention to details, even the tiniest one. love how soft my skin feels and how neat yet cute my toes end up looking.

Terrible service. They didnt do my nails right, when I asked for them to be fixed they said they didnt have time. I offered to wait, and they then said they cant be fixed. And all I requested to fix was to reshape them!!!

My daughter and I got our nails done and the woman that Im fast and very good. My other daughter got her toes done and the man did very good for her toes being so tiny and gave her a very good massage, she really enjoyed it. We will definitely be going back

I go here all of the time and I’m usually really satisfied with my nails but yesterday the lady was doing my nails and she was so busy talking to the man doing nails next to us she CUT ME with the drill. I pulled back and screamed owe she said sorry and did it AGAIN! The cut is so deep and it hurt so bad. On top of all of that she still charged me full price!

I just do....the Husband & wife now their Son!!! They are just wonderful people, I like to places where people know your name, I can sit in her chair & she knows exactly what I want!!!

Best place to get quality work for dirt cheap. I love how personable the staff is. I always come back to this shop even if I have to travel to do it.

I like this shop but they need more staff....they only have one person that does nails and she also does the lashes and eyebrows so the wait is too long.

They dont acknowledge you when you walk in. You have to actually walk up to the wife and ask for services. The son does a horrible job on pedicures and you have to constantly tell him what not to do to your feet. They dont even say thank you after you pay. I will not be returning to this shop ever!

I went to this nail salon for the first time today and it will also be my last. The young man that did my pedicure was very unqualified! He didnt know how to use any of the pedicure tools, he was hurting my toes, he didnt even trim my toe nails back. Very very unsatisfied with the service i got today.

The lady had an attiude about using my gift card, debit Visa card that my issuer said I could use anywhere! She then found out that I can use it and was lowkey salty when it went through so she told me that she will not accept it next time then when I got my eyebrows done they were uneven so I asked her to fix it and she yell at me and said What do you want! I did them already, OMG!! So I will not be attending there anymore! UNPROFESSIONAL!

Sooo this nail shop closes at 7:30 . I came in at 6:40 waited patiently for my turn to sit in the chair . I sit in the chair at 7:53. The “nail tech” REFUSED TO DO MY NAILS . First time experience NEVER AGAIN . If you wanted to stop taking customers, you should’ve locked the doors . Bad customer service. !!
