I wish I could give zero stars! Please stay away from the North Haven maintenance shop (Location#444) especially if you are a small business. They are slow, incompetent and you risk your entire business going under while you wait for them to get approvals from the warranty company on invoices they never send. Our company has 1 tractor, which sat in their shop from 9/9/21 thru 9/27/21 waiting for them to figure why there was loss of pressure and an oil leak. After speaking to the manager, Danielle, who shared that they intentionally avoided working on the truck because they felt harassed, we were forced to seek recourse elsewhere. This shop openly admitted to intentionally sabotaging a minority and veteran owned business entirely because they were asked for daily updates after 1.5 weeks with no progress. Owner operators beware!!!

The worst experience I have ever had with an establishment. If they were a private diesel mechanic shop it would have been closed down. The name Ryder is the only reason why this place is still open.

Great experience fixed the truck headlight in under 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend them for any service for Ryder rentals.

They dont provide restroom.

Have been renting commercial trucks from Eric at Ryder North Haven for over 20 years. Absolute best customer service. Will not go anywhere else.

Dont expect to see their staff wearing a mask at the fuel island when theyre opening your door to scan the truck or asking you to touch their hand held. SMH.

Absolutely awful. Noone at fuel island 2 out of last 3 times Ive been here. Once, repair desk promised to send someone out, they did not. Another time, there wasnt even anyone at the service desk.

The ruder staff is always very held full and care about there customers. And even when a straight truck brakes in the middle of a snowstorm on a Friday night. They still come take a look at the problem
