This is my FIRST posting for Nails and I’ve been getting my nails done for MANY MANY years! They have an “old school” work ethic! Time is taken to ensure you’re pleased. I personally have gotten great services here (pedicures and acrylics) and they really take their time to make sure your nails look great. That being said, they’re usually pretty busy, so you’ll need to have plenty of time for your service. Even with an appointment, sometimes they don’t get to you until 15-30min later. But the staff is very kind and my nails have come out looking great.COVID-related notes: most of the staff is wearing masks but customers are not required and there are no social distancing precautions being taken at this time. just a heads up

Tom & Ronnie hooked it up when I came in asking for a nude ombre acrylic set & regular pedi (which was done by a woman whos name I didnt catch).After calling to see if I would be able to switch my appointment from another day, they were able to squeeze me in. Which was amazing!! Everyone really took their time and made sure everything was perfect. I love my nails and how they turned out. I definitely would recommend this nail salon. Thanks guys!! :)

Although busy, they were still SO kind to take me in last minute for a big event I had going on and needed my acrylics off and a mani. My stylist was kind, talented, and the salon was clean and fashionable. I will most definitely be coming back!

I had an appointment scheduled and they did an amazing job on my nails when I asked for a design! They were running a little late and expressed that to me (which I completely understand, it was a busy day). They were so nice and at the end put a discount because of the wait which was so sweet of them! I 100% recommend them and will come back because of the wonderful work they did! I had the manager doing my nails (I’m very sorry I didn’t get his name but he was so nice and was very detailed with the designs). If you need a place to get your nails done, you should totally consider this place! :)

Absolutely love this place! Its difficult finding a nail salon where you feel welcomed and not rushed. The staff is friendly and their work is always so clean and perfect. Cant get over how happy these nails make me!

This nail salon does not compare. Every time I leave I am beyond satisfied with RONNIE ‘s service. He pays attention to detail and actually listens to what I want. I usually do dip on my natural nails and he shapes my nails to perfection. What I love most is that their dip service has lasted me up to 4 weeks! I highly recommend this place as it is very clean, welcoming, and affordable. I love this establishment so much I am doing my wedding nails here! Thank you!

My 12 yo daughter and I are looking for a place to do a mommy-daughter spa day. We decided this because we had our nails done for the first time together in AZ for spring break & the technicians did awful jobs. We waited until we just couldnt take it anymore to get it fixed. We went to Miniluv because the reviews were promising & the distance was convenient for us. The place was clean and there were many colors to choose from. We didnt get a chance to use the massage chairs this time round because we were too busy talking about what was wrong with our previous nail jobs and what needed to be done to correct it. They did a great job correcting the mess the technicians in AZ did to our nails. Very satisfied & cant wait for our next visit.

Was looking for a nail salon after 3 months of being in Quarentine and my nails looked rough. Came across this place on Google and thank God! Never going anywhere else again! So clean and service was amazing. The owner did an amazing job. Everything was flawless from the phone call to make an appointment with a nice and professional gentleman to the moment I walked in and they helped me pick a color. Was also very quick and comfortable. They made me feel like a queen. Highly recommend! Wish I could give them 10 stars!

So glad at stopped at this place on a whim! They squeezed me in but I didnt feel rushed at all. The technician took her time and did an awesome gel manicure. When I walked in I was greeted with smiles and felt very welcome. Lately thats a hard thing to find in a nail salon...The decor was floral with accents of rose gold. It was very aesthetically pleasing, and best of all it looked spotless and very organized. The tools used were taken from sterilized packaging which was very comforting. I hate wondering if tools are clean...The bathroom was also prescribe. The price was on par with other salons in the area. I will absolutely be back!

My husband and I went in for pedicures and they were able to fit us in for a full set and regular manicure as well! They were friendly and willing to take feedback positively. Also, the salon is very clean!

This nail salon is amazing! I came here earlier this evening unknowingly ten minutes prior to closing and I was greeted so kindly and allowed to get a manicure and pedicure. The salon staff took their time working on my nails even though they had to stay past closing and I greatly appreciated that! My nails always look perfect every time I visit this salon and they take great pride in the quality of their work and customer service!

I came to miniluv today and here what ive seen, everything is clean, my nail tech is very professional, she was very detail and really want my nails getting done perfectly. I love the enviroment, they did the temperature check to make sure everyone heathy. I will come back.

They are courteous and, I really liked the pedicure I got on both times Ive been there. Last time I even went back next day for a redo as my toddler stepped on my toe nail before it was completely dry and they were just as nice as before.

They are so efficient, fast and do such a good job. By far the best nail salon I’ve been to in Chicago!

Set an appointment at 11:30 for a pedicure with acrylic. Appointment was confirmed and the technician started, only to do a poor job and then explain to me she doesn’t do acrylic. She had a clear attitude and was honestly a bit rude.

I got an Acrylic Full Set, he did them quick and just how I wanted! BUT the very next day my nail cracked 😫 and then some. I never had this happen to me, ever. I wouldnt bee going back at all.

Both times have been great. Definitely get what you pay for here. Love the vibes inside and really Pleasant staff. Definitely will keep going!

I’ve been two different times for pedicures & they were both great. Polish lasted a long time the first time I went so I decided to go again. Very clean & they take their time. I would recommend trying them out.

My husband and I got a mani/pedi. I absolutely loved my nails! They did them and did such a great job. She really took her time to make sure it was what I truly wanted and we were able to come up with a beautiful final product.

I have been coming here for a while, my nails are always gorgeous after and everyone asks me where I got them done. They are very creative and literally leave my nails flawless. Whether you want something specific, a simple color or a very intricate design she will make it happen. They have so many colors and stickers and designs to choose from. I am in love with SNS Nails after coming here. The ambiance is so adorable too. Stations to get your pedicures is adorable, she also has a cute flower wall to post your nails.

My sister and I called ahead of time and booked an appointment, yet we still had to wait up to an hour for our service. Luckily, the nails turned out great and I was happy to see a smile on her face. The nail tech told me that my acrylics would be $40, yet last minute he told me I would have to pay an extra $10 for the special design I had. First we had to wait an hour, having somewhere to be, now this? I should be getting a discount, not charged something that is mentioned to me last minute.

I’ve been a customer since they’ve opened and would not go anywhere else! I love the staff. They are always professional, nice, and on POINT with the latest nail trends! I have since moved and still make the drive to get my nails done here because they are simply the best! I would refer anyone and everyone to come here for all you services.

My favorite nail salon! My daughter introduced me to Miniluv 6 months ago and I have not been to another nail salon since. Their technicians are on top of all the newest trends and are experts in the art of nails. From traditional manicures to gel and dips, they have it all!

I rarely leave reviews but just need to say that this salon is amazing and everyone is so nice! Not to mention my nails are perfect. I highly recommend.

Went in for mothers day and didnt have a pleasant experience but I let it go. I did not want to ruin my day. My stars are simply based on my no chip manicure. Not even 2 weeks i got done and my nails started chipping. My no chips usually last 4 weeks. I dont use my hands much so no reason for my Mani to be chipping.

I made an appointment the night before for a dip full set based on reviews and they did not disappoint. The salon is very clean and the staff is amazing. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

This place is the best!!! Ive been going here since they opened hoping to find a place I could become a repeat customer! Even before coronavirus, this place was always clean. I went a week ago after they reopened with social distancing guidelines in place and I still felt super comfortable. Ive recommended to several friends who have also become repeat customers! I highly recommend!

Miniluv was so clean and professional. My pedicure was so so so relaxing and thorough. Best I’ve had in a very long time. They were all so sweet. Wow.

My nail tech on my hands and feet were really nice. I was offered something to drink and my daughter as well. Shes 9 by the way. We were asked what we wanted and the techs paid careful attention to follow what we wanted.

Every one there is so nice and professional. The salon itself is very clean as well. I received a pedicure and a dipping color manicure. It was my first time to get the dip powder and my nail technician was so nice to explain to me more of the benefits of it, especially for my line of work, and also talked me through the steps/process of applying it, so I knew what he was doing each step of the way. My nails and toes look fantastic! I am so happy with the outcome, and the wonderful staff there help to make the time and experience that much better! Brought my recruiter here for a little one on one time - this is something we do often in town. This place beats out the others by far. Ive never waited longer than 5 minutes, the gel lasts longer than 2+ weeks, and I loved my shape. Coming back 100%.

I booked a birthday pedicure for my husband. It was $40 and they only spent about 20 minutes with him.

An all-round Amazing Salon! The ambiance is very peaceful with some of the best and friendliest nail experts. Personally, I get my manicures done here. The employees are very professional, detailed, and caring. It is always a wonderful experience.

I came in for a pedicure around 11 AM today 7/25 & sat down with Ronnie. This was hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever received in my 28 years of life. From the moment I walked in he was very kind & polite. Very helpful when I could not make up my mind on a color lol. He did not rush my service even though there were many walk ins after me. He took his time to prep my nails before the polish, got the shape of my nails just right & made sure I was happy every step of the way. I highly recommend, thanks Ronnie!

The place was very clean, spotless. It wasn’t crowded like many other places. It was nice and spread out. Workers are very informative and good at what they do. They are super nice and friendly. The manger himself makes sure to check on each customer to make sure they are satisfied. I’ve been trying to find a place for a while now, and I just did. I’m never one to leave reviews for anything but I love it so much that I just have to let them know. I’ve never walked out of a salon fully satisfied with everything as I did today. I was so happy I left a $30 tip. Thank you!

LOVE IT!!! I had the pleasure of coming in on a Thursday night before they closed and I received the best Dip powder manicure and amazing Pedi!! (Im not sure how to spell his name but Du/Dew/Due was my nail technician and he was great! He took his time and made sure everything came out perfect. It most definitely did, I was the first to get an ombré powder here and for $55 mani it was greatly priced for the design and time spent on my nails! I had a chance to meet the owner as well who seems very dedicated to customer service and putting out great results. Im excited to be a forever customer!

I gave them one star because of few reasons. I haven’t got my nails in a couple years so I go and the customer service was great they were very polite and really put in effort for what I wanted my nails to look like. I’m pretty sure the guy who was doing my nails didn’t really know what he was doing when it came to shaping my nails to the point where a other man had to try to re shape them. I did the color dip because the man said I had to in order to get a marble look over all I paid 100 dollars and 2 of the nails broke 3 days later. I called made appt to re do them they were aware I was coming and I was waiting over and hour. I just left decide just to cut my Losses and went somewhere else. I paid for top quality service and I didn’t receive that. I also Didn’t receive my 15% off for being a new customer. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

This salon is very clean, has a good selection of colors, and has really friendly employees who do a great job. They line the foot tubs with plastic bags for extra cleanliness. Everyone was wearing masks. Best pedicure I have had with lots of foot/leg massage. I highly recommend!

Maya was the best! I am really ticklish and avoid getting pedicures because of it, but she was gentle and kept me talking to distract me. She was so friendly and funny. My pedi came out perfect. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Vicky is so sweet, friendly, skilled and professional. The best pedicure I have had in a long time and my first shellac or gel manicure. More than reasonable pricing. She does pedicures on men as well and she does groups. I will definitely be back.

Flexible times and booking, lots of colors

My friend went to get her nails done at this place. She was so hyped up about getting her nails done a certain way and the lady who did her nails put no effort into doing them. She was shown the picture multiple times and did a whole different shade and style. Not to mention she paid $50 for some trashy work. I definitely don’t recommend coming here.

It was really fast, in and out in under an hour for a dip manicure ($40) and regular pedicure ($30) and their online appointments let me get an appointment for less than an hour later. It came out to $64 +tip since there was a 15% off dip coupon on first check-ins through yelp. The techs were all friendly and engaging, both to clients and each other. My only issue is the tech doing the manicure first did two layers of white powder on the front half of the nails before putting the color, which left 3 of them looking a little thick.

I made an appt 2 days prior to the actual day for a group of 3 and wasnt taken care of like we were suppose to. Not at the least. Horrible service and made us wait!!while they were taking care of people who got there AFTER US right away. Never again.

I went here to get a regular mani on a Saturday. I am so happy with they way they turned out! They have a lot of different OPI colors to choose from. The person who did my nails helped me to find a color that matched a photo I saw online. The place is really clean and the people are really nice. I’m definitely coming back!
