DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS AUCTION HOUSE. We purchased a dining room table and then were exposed to covid and could not pick it up in order to keep everyone safe. We said we would pay the $50 holding fee and gave them a number to reach us at (since ours had changed). They didn’t write this number down, so when we called to pick up our table after we were recovered - we found out they disposed of our $600 table, and they have denied this and flat out lied to us since about THEIR MISTAKE with no refund. Completely unprofessional, & rude when we spoke to management.

I could not pickup an item on time due to a COVID exposure and wanting to keep the staff at this auction house safe. I spoke on the phone with Patrick who ensured me that we could pay a $50 late fee and collect the item when we finished quarantine. To my surprise, I called back and the item had been disposed of at the time we reached back out to collect. No refund, no acknowledging that the initial conversation about holding the item had been placed. nothing. I even offered up COVID tests and all I was told was sorry you missed out on this item - Really disappointed that we could not receive a refund or any kind of reconciliation after explaining and being told everything was in order. Very unprofessional - at this point, I am out $650 with no explanation

MDA is the way to go for a stress free move. Knowledgeable staffers catalogued and staged 30 years of household items on-line. Pick up was done in an orderly fashion without purchasers entering my home. The whole process was seamless!

I recently bid on a baseball photo that I was told was original with original signatures. When taken to PSA/DNA for authentication, they said it was a facsimile. I would have been happy to bare the cost of this verification if it were real, but in light of the fact that it was misrepresented, I asked to be reimbursed for my out of pocket cost. They returned the money for the photograph, but not for verification cost.

The team at Modern Day Auctions was great to work with. They helped us sell several pieces of furniture and other miscellaneous items before our international move. They made a stressful time a lot easier and we were pleasantly surprised by how much money we received from the sale.

I had awful experience with this auctioneer. Poor knowledge on sale items and mispresented print on canvas to original painting and bad attitude to customer regarding to any solution . this auction house is definitely removed from my list and would not recommend any one to use it.I gave it to one star as I have to post this review.

Buyers beware! Purchased a piece of art that was described as a textured painting on canvas (verbatim in the description) but was in fact a commercial type of print. Owner chose to argue that painting didnt mean painting and that I was at fault for not knowing this wasnt a painting, despite the description labeling it as such. They have refused any solution or refund. I would not use this Auction house again, as they engage in misrepresentation.

The BEST company. I had 1 month to sell off contents of my 3 bedroom home and they came in photod and categorized everything. Most sold and what didnt was moved off site for consignment on their website. All within 3 weeks! Very organized and accountable. I recommend them highly.

Item purchased from this seller at an auction at a favorable price. The auctioneer, Kelly Daniel, the owner of the company refused to send the items, saying the owner did not want to sell them. After auction ended, items were won, and paid for.

I am a frequent bidder/winner and, so far, Ive not had any problems with either merchandise or customer service [knock on wood].
