I scheduled an appointment online, and service that I selected was for a no-chip remover, I explained that I would be interested in removal and polish (no chip), but unfortunately, they didnt try to accommodate my request just simply said we dont have time, very curt, nasty, and poor customer service. I supported them during the pandemic, but now I guess they cant provide the customer service that they once provided during COVID because its back to business as usual....I will never ever support this business ever again. Will take my business to my community as I shouldve to begin with! Take Care Elle Nails!A faithful customer is gone!

I absolutely love this place!! I come here when other nail salons have unsatisfied me, and they always know how to fix anything. I always leave with a smile and confidence that my nails will look fabulous for weeks at a time. Theyre the only place that remembers to give massages after a manicure. Would TOTALLY recommend.

This was by far the best pedicure Ive had in a long time. My friend and I have been searching for a salon that offers a good massage with the pedicure and we have finally found it! Opted for the hot stone pedicure and it was amazing. Absolutely worth it! We will be going back!

Staff has great attention to detail and her gel manicure lasts well over 14 days. This spa is very relaxing and clean. I do suggest calling ahead to make an appointment on weekday evenings as well as weekends because they get very busy.

I love it here. I am a regular and I have tried many other nail salons, but this is by far my favorite place. My manucurist is so super nice and she did my nails today and was so detailed oriented. My friend and I came for a shellac mani and regular pedi. My nail technician was super friendly and did a great job. Prices seemed fair and she took her time to make sure it looked great.

I do find this salon to be a hit or miss sometimes! The service is so friendly and I loved my nails the last time I got them done (see pic). I live in the neighborhood so I like to come here bc it’s close but there are a few instances where I wasn’t happy with my nails. I did contact them to let them know and they were very kind and had me come in to get them fixed!

I got a gel manicure and I love how my nails look! The arm / hand massage at the end was the icing on top of the cake! If I lived in the area I would surely come back!

I went in as a walk in for a polish change pedi and gel mani. They were so nice and polite, sandy took care of me and my needs. I just got a spray tan before coming in and she was very careful with my hands and feet so the tan wouldnt run. Ill definitely be back.

Very detailed!!! She gave me just what I asked for. It was a little more than Id normally pay for my nails, but she cleaned up my cuticles and everything. She even got the tops flatter bc I dont like them thick. Extremely happy with this place!!!! Fantastic job. 5 stars hands down.

I felt like they were rushing with me the whole time even though I made an appointment. The manicure is messy, there is polish on my fingertips (couldn’t take the time to clean it off) and my nails are rough to the touch like they weren’t filed. The pedicure didn’t include a massage and was extremely rushed.

The service at this salon is exceptional. Staff made us feel so welcome and provided outstanding customer service. The salon itself is modern, clean, and the entire staff is very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

My former nail technician moved out of town. So I googled to find a new place to get a no chip mani/pedi. After reading more good reviews than bad. I decided to call and make an appointment for today. I arrived at the nail salon the staff was nice and friendly. On the flipside the service wasnt great. Ana was the person doing my no chip mani/pedi. The pedicure lasted 20 minutes basically she removed the polish, buffed my toe nails, and put on new polish which I paid for a pedicure. My manicure was done in about 30 minutes and my thumb nail has chipped and its only been a few hours. I was really looking for a nice place to go to biweekly and get a no chip mani/pedi. Well, I guess the search continues!

I’ve been to Elle a few times and they are always so gentle with long lasting color. I don’t get anything too crazy just no chip hands and pedicure. I love the add ons for the pedicure! The jelly and paraffin wax are great for my feet that get pretty torn up from walking so much. It isn’t the nicest most updated place ever but for the price it’s affordable and good quality. Definitely my go to nail spot! I always do walk in and they service me right away!

I went here approximately 1.5 weeks ago and Tee did my nails. (Im T to) she was awesome. She did an amazing job on my hands and feet. This will indeed be my go to and you should go to. Thx for that awesome service. My hubby was very pleased.

I’ve gotten Dip many times in the past at many different salons, each time lasting me well over 3-4 weeks and the only reason I would need to go back to the salon is because my nails were too long. This is a photo of my nails four days after getting them done at this salon. Keep in mind I left the very next day to travel so I haven’t been doing anything strenuous that might deteriorate the nail, like washing dishes.I would go back to the salon to get them fixed but the service was terrible and they clearly do not use quality products. Also, I made an appointment for 5pm and didn’t start until 6pm.

This is after a week of getting the gel manicure. I can honestly say that this is the worst no chip I’ve had. It peeled off the next day! My sister also has hers done and it peeled off the next day after she showered. She went back the next day and they fixed them BUT the following day they peeled again. I think the products they use are cheap. I won’t be returning. Wish I could get a refund!

I give two stars because the pedicure was lovely. I walked into the shop, no other customers, and asked if anyone was available to do a pedicure and a full set of acrylics with ombré dip nail, nude to white. I was told yes, and first up was the pedicure. Basic pedicure, lovely service. Well done, great cuticle cleanup. The issue came with my acrylic set. They sat me down with a young man, glasses and an arm tattoo of an arrow, did not catch his name, and he proceeded to prep my nails. He did a great job on the cuticle cut and nail shape, however, the ombré was terrible. It took him nearly two hours, and ultimately, he could not get the color correct. I ended up with two color blocks on my nails, and after he finished and it was clearly NOT well done, I was asked if I just wanted a solid color. I had already had my toes painted white, and asked if he could simply paint the nails ombré with a gel polish, but he told me Im new, and I cant get the color to fade. Sir, why did you step up to paint my nails then? I found it very inconsiderate that with an empty shop, I was handed off to someone who did not have the skill set to complete my request. Ultimately I conceded to a solid color, as I was in a rush and clearly he was ill equipped to complete any other request, paid the people (because its a pandemic and everyone needs their coin), and left expeditiously. On my way home, I noticed paint and residue on several of my fingers, as well as a large cut on my thumb. Will not be returning. Clearly they prioritize pushing customers in and out over adequate service. Wish I didnt have to pay them but its a parallelogram outside and everyone should eat.

I came in for a regular pedicure, no chip manicure. First she started with the pedicure and she didn’t even put any top coat which I found strange. Then we moved to the table and I had gel nails on my hands; however, she didn’t use acetone to take them off and instead kept filing and drilling on my nail bed to get them off. I kept telling her she still didn’t take off all the gel nail but she ignored my comment. She then began filing my nails to shape them and she sliced my pinky finger and she said sorry but she was still filing them anyway after I told her I was in pain. She was even still cleaning the gel off and it had been a whole hour already! So I just told her I was done and left. I was there for two hours with nothing that I wanted done. I don’t recommend this place to anyone and I’m never going back.

Nail tech was awful, chubby asian lady did my feet and young asian girl did my hands. The worst experience Ive ever had.

Reasonable price, but I had someone who was new and I got home and took the nail polish off. It took her almost an hour to shape and paint my nails. The polish was very thick and wasnt dry 3 hours later. My cuticles were bleeding on 4 fingers. Everyone else there seemed to have a good, fast experience.

Tried this nail salon for the first time last week and loved it! Called two hours before and was able to make an appointment for a fill in and pedicure. Service was really well. Told the nail tech how I liked my nails and she did it exactly how I like them! Paint job has lasted well. Pedicure was good.

I came and showed her my current set and asked if she had a tech that could do the same kind of work (I am a stickler for shape and so far some places in Lake View have not delivered on shape let alone design)!! So she said she did believe she had the tech for me so I made an appt and upon my arrival I got paired with Muggi. I’ve officially found a new nail tech and a new nail place.

Walk-in available, one of the best mani pedis I’ve EVER had. Pricey but you get what you pay for. Literally my heels and feet are baby soft. Aesthetician was extremely attentive to detail, very calm and sweet demeanor. They are careful with covid precautions which made me feel safe.

My nails were done poorly, with no account to my actual fingers. It was as if hed done nails for the first time on me. I politely asked for him to fix them or a refund, and both things were turned down unless i was willing to pay extra. I dont recommend, and wont return.

I will never go anywhere else in the city for Dipping powder. Both Tee and Muggi are amazing! They shape your nails perfectly and know more than you could ever imagine about all the Dipping powder colors available. They also convinced me to stop with tips and let my nails grow out themselves!I have been going here over a year now and pass about 15 other nail salons on my way. Its so well worth the trip! Ive been getting Dipping powder almost 3 years now and this is the best place Ive been to. They always last at least 3 weeks, unless I do something that breaks one. And if I do break one Tee will always fix it for free if Im not ready for a full manicure. I recommend this place to anyone I know in Chicago but honestly anyone who needs Dipping powder in the city. They have very good deals for cash, AMT inside with NO FEES.

I’m very picky with my nails and i was very impressed with my mani + pedi and acrylic fill.

Horrible quality. I noticed small chips within 1-2 days of my gel manicure (done by Sharon) and went back to the salon within 3 days from application to have them fixed (they guarantee 10 days chip free for their services with receipt). They buffed down the top layer of my nails, reapplied one new layer of color and top coat. Today is day 8 and 3 of my nails are fully peeling off, others have small chips. I take great care of my gel manicures and manage to even make mediocre quality manis last over 2 weeks.But this lack of quality is something I haven’t come across in a long time. I will never go back.

Very friendly staff.Upon my arrival, I was promptly greeted with a smile. I requested the Mani-Pedi special ($30 cash Tuesday through Thursday). I was then offered something to drink (water, Coke or Diet Coke.)Toby worked on me. He was so nice, friendly and competent. BE VERY CAREFUL HERE! Man walked in while my daughter was getting her nails done and stole her phone off the table yesterday. He was wandering around the salon. No one stopped him-he was on video stealing it. She filed police report but lost new i-phone. Owner provided video but said there was nothing they could do because sign says walk-ins welcome and maybe he wanted a service.

Great experience. Just moved to the neighborhood and was looking for a powder dip and I didnt even ask the technicians name because I could tell that everybody there was wonderful.

Made an appointment for 2pm for 2 pedicures. We were promptly seated and my pedicure was started and completed. However my boyfriend say for almost an hour before anyone started his pedicure with no acknowledgement that we were sitting and waiting. Terrible experience. Do not recommend.

I like the environment & people I just don’t like my nail shape. Like the nails look like they are lifting up and kinda resemble duck beak. It was my first time getting dip and I can honestly say I’ll never get it again. Plus the nails are lumpy and look like someone bit my finger. The nail color is amazing tho! I will def tell people to go just stick to what you’re known to get if it’s your first time..
