Excellent no chip manicure and reasonable prices. I tried Nail Spa Boutique based on the proximity to my office and because they had a deal (without awful reviews). I had Lisa and she was very detailed with all parts of the manicure. She was gentle with the removal of my previous polish and my cuticles. The salon had quite a few stations and seemed to be clean and sanitary. All around good experience and I plan to return.

Great place with such nice people! They do a great job with nails and pedicures. I moved to Chicago a few months ago and this is the place I tried and kept coming back. My bridesmaids and I even got our nails and pedicures done here for my wedding. Just left today and Billie Gee did a lovely job on my nails. If youre looking for a new nail spot.... youve found one.

Today I went to get my acrylics redone because my old ones were badly done from a previous salon. My nails turned out to be amazing! I am very satisfied. The interior of the shop is very nice and very clean. The staff are so kind and very funny too. My nails are perfectly shaped. I totally would recommend this place to friends and family. Shoutout to Andy who did my amazing nail job!

This has become my goto nail spot. Its pretty no-frills but the techs are good and they have great color selection. Also they are always playing Friends on the TV if youre a fan of that show!

Nail Spa Boutique has amazing color selection and a cute cozy salon, professional and friendly environment without being over the top. The staff is sweet and very gentle. I can sit in the comfortable massage chair. Besides, I enjoyed by basic pedicure very much.

Pang did an awesome job on my toes! I didnt catch the name of the woman who did my eyebrows, but she also did great work. The price was great, especially for such excellent service and results!

This place is great . The owner is so awesome and very good with customer. I got a Classic Spa Pedicure for 27.00 and am happy with the results. The staff always do a awesome job everytime and couldnt be nicer and I was treated like royalty.Def come back! Thank you guys!

B is my absolute favorite. Hes meticulous and will make sure you walk out with a phenomenal set of nails.I usually get a full set of gel or dip nails with a shellac. When B does it I go a full two to three week plus with perfect nails.

I was able to get in at 11:30 and was done exactly in an hour for both hands and feet. Good service, was decently clear, and average price. I will go back.

I went to this place because it is across the street from my office. I got a basic pedicure and brow wax. The brow wax was a bit pricey $12 but it is downtown the pedicure was too $28. It would have been fine but the girl who did my pedicure didn’t do a great job. She used too many coats of polish and there was polish all over my toes. In all even for a lunch break pedi. I won’t be back.

I am so glad I found this place when I moved to Chicago last summer. The staff is wonderful and takes the time to ensure every client is happy with the end result. Many of their staff members are trained in applying the NextGen/dipping powder on nails, which is an amazing new product. I would describe it as natural acrylics that are applied to your actual nail and last nearly a month with no chipping/cracks/etc. Love this place and am so glad its close to my work!

I went in for a pedicure and manicure. Unfortunately, I didnt have enough time for the manicure, so I did a pedicure and polish change. David took care of me. He is wonderful and very thorough. I will be going back and requesting him.

I moved to Chicago this summer and so happy I found this nail salon based on a friends recommendation. Bie is the best and I have been coming to him since I moved. He is super easy to make an appointment with and is meticulous about his nails and ensuring every client is happy with the results. He is also helpful at picking g out a matching toe nails color for my gel/dipping manicures. The newest thing he has started doing is dipping - which is just like gel with no uv light and does not ruin your nails when removed. I love how they have the newest products here. I highly recommend making this your new go to nail spot.

I went in for a gel manicure. They had a great selection of colors. The place was clean and the staff very friendly. Ming did a wonderful job.

Awful. The girl who was filing my nails was clearly new. She did an awful job. I asked if someone else could do my nails and she said she’s fix it. She then didn’t paint my nails well and got it on my skin. Then I kindly informed the management and they accused me of lying that the lady filed my nails too short and uneven. And got mad I didn’t say anything earlier when I did. I was literally yelled at before I left. Sooo no thanks next time.

Poor customer service. And quality of work was unacceptable and attention to detail was non existent. When I asked about sanitation techniques the staff got defensive and rolled eyes. I wasted my precious time and $68 on a foot wash called a pedicure and a lack luster no chip manicure. Save yourself the disappointment.

I went in on Friday and had to return Monday to have my nails re-polish and filed. Service was awful! The nail tech who serviced me apparently did not know what she was doing. I had a gel refill and no chip polish. My fill in was bumpy and my polish was very bad. She claimed that I need 3 coats instead of 2. So... if you knew that, what didnt you put 3 coats on at first. Im not sure if this is under another management, but never AGAIN!

I stopped into this place after missing my train and decided to get my nails and feet done. It was clean and no fumes which I greatly appreciate. But the person doing my nails seemed a bit rushed. Maybe they could find a better way to keep up with those who have appointments and those who are walk-ins. I myself was a walk-in and wouldnt have mind waiting a bit longer. Paid $35 for no chip manicure and $28 for a pedi. The prices are a tad bit expensive but overall the service was decent. Ill probably look for somewhere else a little less expensive though.

It was okay. It was my first time here and definitely not the nicest place Ive been to. I just went in for a quick manicure while I was on my lunch. The place seemed a bit dirty and messy, with old equipment. The service on my nails was just an OK job. Ill probably try a different place next time.

I got my nails done for my birthday with dip powder. Paid $55 and two of my nails broke not even 3 day of having them. Got one fixed after it broke the next day now I have to get another one fixed. Disappointed ☹️

Today I received THE WORST manicure I have ever had! So I tried this shop out because it was close to my job and I had not had a manicure in close to a year. First time I went things were good! The place was clean, staff friendly there was no heavy acrylic or other noxious fumes in the air and Kim (the nail tech) was really sweet and seem knowledgeable; . Beside her clipping one of my cuticles too short causing a little blood, she was good and I was pleased. She even convinced me to buff my nails instead of getting clear polish. I was amazed at the out come. I hadnt had my nails buffed in YEARS and forgot how great they looked without polish. I thought, this is what Ill do from here on out! She tells me, next time you come in I give you no chip clear it last 2/3 weeks. Of course thinking she knows her craft I say... OK! Im going on a trip... Ill be in the ocean I want my nails to look nice even after the trip Ill do it! I get the No chip 2 weeks later and I am again IMPRESSED! Three weeks pass and it today 5/13/16. She greets me with a big smile and ask if I wanted the no chip, I say no... a buff this time. So she files down the no chip down roughly and wraps each finger in some type of dissolvent. She then starts scraping the remainder off. A little more filing, shaping more filing. Then she get to my cuticle and cuts me on 3 fingers on my left hand and 2 on my right. Now mind you the acrylic and other fume become heavy. By the time she gets to buffing my right hand it looks like someone had taken a hatched to my nail bed. She asked some thing wrong and I say yes... Look at my nail bed. She say oh the no chip does that... its not my fault. Hello you could have told me before I got it the last time, since you suggest it. Then she say I didnt know that happen with no-chip SERIOUSLY!!!! Youre a lier and Im getting the hell out of here. I paid my money spoke with the money guy since there was no manager there; and left to post this... Im so disappointed. I for sure knew 3rd time was going to be the charm... Instead it was a disaster! Ill never go there again!

I arrived almost 20 minutes early to my appointment, but that didnt stop the manager from harassing the woman doing my nails to hurry and finish with me. At least 4 times he came to tell her to hurry as if I werent important enough as a client for her to take her time. At one point he even made her stop in the middle of painting my nails to render a service of eyebrow threading to a client who just came in. When she returned to me, be continued the harassment. The worst part was that within 24 hours the polish she had used for my french manicure peeled off my nail in one complete piece. Within 2 days, the polish on every nail had done the same.

Pedicure was fine, still have visible roughness on baby toes, used to a more in depth basic pedicure but I can live with it. Some technical issues with overflowing foot basin, technician was very apologetic. I insisted on moving to different chair due to electric chair and flowing water all around floor. Equipment old and very dark lighting. Manicure was a total of 5 minites. I know that because she kept telling next customer who requested her will be done in 5 minutes. I asked her for fan dry between coats bc was blobbing, too much to deal with here. It looks like a five minute manicure ~ $60 later including tip paid up front. Thanks, but no thanks. If wondering, I did speak up. ***updating since vynelux polish has also chipped within 4 days on figers and toes. Was a complete waste of money, fyi.

Everyone is very friendly. I had the great experience of having a pedicure at this very relaxing salon on Tuesday.

Not good. $35 and all I got was my hands soaked in a bowl of water and then painted. No push back cuticles, lotion on one hand only.

Had a horrible regular manicure, barely cleaned up cuticles and didnt paint full nail. Color was splotchy and uneven. Really really horrible, and the tech didnt care. Will not go back

My husband and I went here to get pedicures and I had a fill with gel polish. We went on a Saturday for our anniversary on Sunday the polish started chipping. They also did a horrible job on my husbands feet. I don’t recommend this place.

Service was okay. My nails look like I painted them. Way too expensive for what you get. Also some of the photos of the interior of the salon are not correct and misleading.
