By far the absolute best nail salon in Chicago!! Highly skilled staff, BEAUTIFUL PLACE. I am lounging on a massage chair to get the best massage and foot care. I would recommend this place over and over again. Im not one to take the time to write reviews but this place is so good! The owner is also great to talk to and very cute! Nail Tech 8 is a relaxing environment, they are very welcoming. They have friendly staff. They are always trying to please you. I have gone to so many nails places here in town and noone can do as great of job as they can. Ive been going there, going on four years now and they treat me the same every time. That is why I am a repeating customer!

I have been going to Nail Tech 8 for over 10 years now and just love this place. They always do a good job and are very professional and friendly. Their salon is large and I always go when friends are visiting or need to get a group ready for an event.

I absolutely love them. The staff is very caring and precise about their nail work. They are also very friendly and respectful. Also the massage chairs are a plus. I appreciate the attention to detail and care. I love this place and highly recommend this salon.

I love going to this salon, no matter who I get I know my nails will be very well done. This location in the area is always very meticulous when doing my nails. The most minor mistake that they catch, they will redo or fix to make your nails perfect! Their deluxe pedicure is amazing and relaxing! I have been looking for a place to do my nails for 1 year, and all of them would mess my nails up. Then I came across this location and have officially been coming to this place for 2 years, and will continue to come here.

They did such an amazing job with getting what I wanted. Hannah is very kind and caring you can tell she loves what she does, and puts so much passion and perfection into her work. If you want a real professional go to her. They keep everything very sanitary and up to covid protocol.

Very professional cleaned High effort towards hygiene

She filed my natural nails too excessively to the point where my fingers hurt. Made me bleed also. Now im worried that I might get an infection. This is day 3 and my nails still hurt.

Lee is AMAZING!!!!!!!! she has been taking care of me for so many years and even after moving out of the area i still religiously drive to go see her. No other place has taken so much time and effort to make sure everything is Perfect! Definitely recommend this place! Lanny and Mandy are amazing as well.

Great service, new supplies for pedicures were used

The male nail tech was extremely rude, he bypassed my daughter to get someone else in the seat. The lady who spoke somewhat English tried to justify his actions by saying my daughter would only have to wait 10 minutes. I was charged twice on my debit card and still waiting for the money to be posted back to my account.In response to your comment! The 2 ladies that walked in after me, did not have an appointment. The lady that just wanted a manicure who came back 30 min later did not have an appointment. DO NOT try and push off you bad business tactics on me. Take responsibility! This is why your business has such a poor rating! Instead of trying to rectify the problem you try to make it the customers fault. Perhaps you would have a better rating if you treated the customers fairly and not just rushed to trap them in a chair.

Their page says Friday at this time not busy. No one in chairs waiting or in pedicure chairs. Got sent away. Asked to come back tomorrow. Will never waste my time coming here again.

Been going here for about 8 weeks. I walk in today and was told to wait that they were busy. Im waiting 15 minutes here comes a walk in she asks what the latest is she can come back. She was given an estimate of about 730 the walk in said it was too late she had to be at work. She got serviced before I did even though I had to wait 15 minutes. Never again am I giving them my service. Unprofessional

Horrible customer service. First time coming here and definitely my last. I had an appointment with my friend and they took us 40 minutes later.. Why do they even take appointments? The male nail technician was very rude and supposedly didnt speak english. I apparently chose an organic nail polish that cost $3 more and didnt realize their small lettering on the board. When I went to grab a non organic nail polish, the man said something in his language and the salon staff laughed and stared at me. When we sat down, I asked him what was so funny that everyone had to laugh and he just kept smiling and saying funny, funny. I repeated my question and said I dont understand what can be so funny and he acted dumb like he didnt understand what I was saying.

Best part about this place is the soothing instrumental music. All the techs do a great job.

This salon had a complete overhaul --- SUPER CLEAN and SUPER RELAXING!!!Staff is awesome - very friendly.All nail utensils are sterilized and in baggies - which are unsealed at time of use --Manicurists dont rush and do an Awesome job -- try it youll love it!!!

I was in this salon many times but finally stop going over there because of price. The owner is very greedy for the money and dishonest.Every time she wants more and more money for the same service. You never know how much you pay. Its also rude that they talk in their own language all the time, its really uncomfortable. If you go there, ask the price first.

I’ve been to a few nail places recently and this is my favorite close to me. The only complaint I have is that the service varies from tech to tech, but the no-chip mani is a great value. Mondays and Tuesdays are the best days to go.

They do a great job and theyre inexpensive.

Clean, well-kept, and very good service at a reasonable pricing! Staff is very polite, and I am satisfied every time I go. I have not tried the service yet, but Zoya organic polishes are offered at only $3 extra (if memory serves). Very nice atmosphere! An escape from the everyday for an hour or two! They also do service for men! Most recently I was here with my boyfriend and we both got mani-pedis (he chose to forgo the nail polish for obvious reasons). I will return in the future!

My friend and I went to get a manicure and pedicure, the open sign was on at 10:30 am three employees were standing looking at us and told us they were closed ... we walked away and a few minutes later they let someone in... bad way to do business.

So I wrote a review on there Facebook page and they blocked me shows what kind of people they are I went their to get my eyebrows done the mother that owns the business messed them up bad I went back two weeks later and told the daughter what happend and said she was going to fix them but just made them smaller and shorter and charged me again whatever you do dont get your eyebrows done there I wouldnt trust them especially if they cant even address the situation they just delete the comment and blocked me.

This place is awful dont go here and waste your money they did a half fast job on me and tryed to use dirty and over used files on me ....gross cheap people
