Were new in town and Googled nails salons in Fishers. We chose DaVinci since they had the best reviews. I love my nails! The tech was very nice and professional which is something we had rarely experienced back in my hometown. My daughters also loved their nails. We will definitely be going here from now on!

Today was my last chance with DaVinci. I’ve been getting my pedicures done here for several years and the service keeps declining. When Annie first opened the business things were very professional and pristine in the salon. In the past few years customer service isn’t what it used to be. The past few times I have been made to feel like an inconvenience to them. Today, the water was cold. My chair was dirty. You could visually see finger print marks on chair, looked greasy/oily. I felt rushed in my pedicure, it was definitely not enjoyable. I came in for a special occasion of my upcoming baby shower. I wanted a design. They lady they had do it, was inexperienced and just made effort so she could get on to the next client. I walked out very sad and discouraged because this post won’t really matter. People will continue to go in and get the same below average service and just put up with it. I only hope Annie as a business owner slows down and goes back to her old ways of good quality customer service and not treating people like a number. I personally won’t ever be back, but I hope the business improves for others.

I went there on Thursday, I got acrylic nails and I wanted a design and annie said she could do the design so she did mine. when she got finished the designs were sloppy, multiple tips were put on crooked, I asked for a coffin shape and it was not a good coffin shape, when I got to the car I seen how bad they looked but they were about to close. I went in there today and asked them if they could make the shape better and fix the polish. Annie was not there so I showed the person who was doing my nails first that I wanted this milky white color with the glitter nail and she didn’t say anything about it costing more money, then someone else came to do my nails because she had to leave, but she stood there for like 5 or 10 minutes watching him do my nails. once he got done sanding my nails down he was like what color do you want and then I showed him the picture and I got this regular white color with a glitter and he was like the polish change will be $25. If he would’ve said he could do the design I would’ve been fine with going with my original nails that I had but since he said that Annie was not there I just chose something else. All in all they were rude and I would not come back nor do i recommend coming here.(I didn’t take a picture of the nails that Annie did because I thought they looked terrible.)

I wont go back.....it looks like I did them at home and my feet feel rough, not soft like other places I have been to.......which sucks because I love a good pedi........I think they were wanting to just get us out of there because they were busy.............

They were too crowded and rush through pedicures. I have been here twice, but wont return. I liked my gel polish on my natural nails.

I came into da Vinci nails last minute after I had my nails done at another salon. The first salon completely messed up my nails and the shape was off as well. I have never gone somewhere right after to get a new set fixed but I had to get them redone. The people were so kind and listened to my concerns and agreed that the set was no good. They fixed the shape and did a beautiful job with detail. They were so understanding and did not charge me extra to redo them though I left a tip because I was so thankful. I will definitely come back and use this salon from now on!

Hanna did such an amazing job on my acrylics yesterday! Showed her a picture of the style I wanted and she went above and beyond! I also received a pedicure which looks absolutely amazing as well! Highly recommend. Also: they only take cash tip and I felt so badly about not having any cash!

I would rate this 0 stars if I could! I asked for a manicure and all the lady did was put nail polish put on. When my mom confronted the woman she said well she just asked for polish when I said I wanted a manicure! And then when she said she would touch them up all she did was put lotion on that made my arms break out! I AM NEVER COMING BACK

Pedicure was great, atmosphere is wonderful, prices ok. My nail tech had several snarky things to say to me plus was making fun of another client.

I have been coming to this nail shop for 5 months consistently for fill ins and pedicures with my husband and granddaughter. We all receive services and spend good money not to mention each time you come they charge you for the utensils they use on you and don’t even tell you. But today I have come with my granddaughter for both of us to get pedicures together and they have my granddaughter sitting here for 40 minutes with her feet in cold water servicing other customers that have come in after her and telling us to wait for someone to service her. I am not sure if this is being done because the workers don’t make as much on a child’s pedicure or due to our ethnicity or the owners in professionalism because I have gotten my nails done elsewhere the last two times. Whatever the reason it is unacceptable and this is definitely the last time I patronize this business.

Yesterday I had a bad experience with the owners husband, he came to table # 7 asking if I was going for a body massage, wanting to be funny, which made me disrespectful and more because my daughter was next to me, my nails They were horrible, the gel did not dry and the nail was dislodged. Bad service and bad experience.

I had a 2:00 appt and finally walked out after my feet sat in cold water for nearly an hour. Very poor customer service.

Unsanitary here. They reused files, buffers, paraffin wax. They don’t even sanitize their tools before using on me. I asked for the new one. And they lied about it. This is my first and last time here. Do not come here. It’s not worth to get fungus.

I always leave DaVinci Nails feeling like a million bucks! My nails are perfect and more importantly they last. I also get some waxing done if needed and have had a pleasant experience every time. Very clean and beautiful atmosphere/decor. They treat me so well I will go out of my way to come back here when I’m in town. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My daughter and I were in there yesterday! The entire team is ALWAYS so nice and accommodating. This is the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to from floors to sterilization. They do an excellent job!! I would highly recommend. So happy I found them when I moved to Fishers 3 years ago!! I wouldnt go anywhere else!!

I love everything about them. I moved here from Chicago and had the hardest time finding a good salon. After my first time here I told Annie and Ashley they were stuck with me. I’m fair and understand stuff happens and maybe twice when I had an issue, Annie immediately fixed. She takes customer service very seriously and will address any problems you have on the spot. Couldn’t be happier and like I said a year ago, they’re stuck with me!

I have been going here for years and they do a great job. They are very clean and respectful. I have read that there were roaches and this is the cleanest nail salon I have been to in fishers, I havent seen 1 bug in the few years Ive been going here. Their equipment is clean and does not have mold as another suggested. My nails have always looked great after service. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend.

This place does not even deserve one star! Went in to get a Pedi and Fill. The Padi was rushed and did not get a good massage (something I was looking forward to). The Nailtech was very rude and handled my hands roughly and did not care. When I asked her about it the owner told me I could just leave and they did not finish my nails.In my opinion they are starting to treat American people like in a sweat shop just pushing them rudely down A-line. But the good news for me is that there is one on every corner so I can get my nails completed!

I would give them no stars but I can’t do that. I was here may 28,2020 I came because the guy didn’t put enough coats on my nails so I could see through the polish on my nails. When told that I wanted another coat they said it might be the color and that I probably needed to change the color but I told her I didn’t want to I wanted keep the same color but she said I’d have to change it so I did and when done I had to go to table 12. So I picked my new color and sat at table 12 when I went to sit down another lady told me to move 2 seats down so I did and I was confused because I thought they said seat 12. When I moved another lady came and sat in seat 12 and they immediately got to work on her nails, so I was just sitting there waiting for my nails to be done...it took so long I had time to go to the bathroom and come back when I came back a different lady came and asked me what was I having done and then walked away and then a different lady came and asked me what I was having done and when I told her she said a color change would be 20$ and I told her that the lady said I could change colors and then the lady came down there that I originally had talked to when I walked in and she said that it would be 20 for a color change but no charge if I wanted to keep the same color and I explained to her what she originally had said in the beginning and at the time my cousin was with me and even agreed because she over heard the conversation and what the lady had originally said. Long story short I didn’t get my nails done because they were doing way too much and I’m too grown for games.

I love this place!! Annie gave me a dip manicure and she was so precise and paid attention to every detail! I really appreciate the quality of work and professionalism that this salon offers. Also, they allow appointments to be made, and they honor those appointments! If you have an appointment, you won’t wait for service! Highly recommend to anyone in the fishers area wanting quality nail services.

OMG! This is my second time visiting Davinci Nails Spa Fishers Indiana!The 1st time was about a month ago, my daughter treated my granddaughter and I to a pedicure before a family weekend to a cabin in the Tennessee Smokey Mountains, and it was wonderful!This time was a couple of weeks ago and one day I was having major anxiety due to quarantining, so my daughter called Annie whom I assume is 1 of the owners and fit me in a same day appointment for a full spa day! Manicure, pedicure, and the best massage chairs ever, the chair even had a setting that massages underneath your bottom 😂 lbvs! Upon my arrival Annie greeted me and told me my daughter said I needed a SPECIAL MOMS DAY and they took really good care of me....rubbed my fingers with oil and a beautiful gel polish mani. Ooooh....and not to mention the DELUXE HOT WAX PEDICURE and the oil massage from my knees to each individual toe and gel polished them as well! I tell you it was soooo relaxing! I didnt even realize Id been there for almost 4 hours, thats just how relaxed I was!🤣I will be visiting again next week and gonna try and visit evey other week because it seriously helps relieve some of my Covid-19 anxieties!I do suggest you make and appointment as early as possible because they get very busy afternoon!

The worst nail place ever, they obviously don’t understand what NO means. they made my nails bleed and then just put glue on them. if you get Hanna then you’re most likely not going to have an enjoyable time. don’t waste money or time here not worth it.

I have tried several nail salons in the Fishers area and Da Vinci Nails is by far the best experience I’ve had. Although I normally make an appointment with Ashley, they welcome walk-ins and the owner (Annie) is always greeting customers with a friendly smile and is very appreciative. The salon is clean and if you’re a Friends fan, they always have it playing on TV :) If I could give them 10 stars I would. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing!! I’ve tried so many nail salons and now that I’ve found them they will be receiving all of my nail care money! Acrylic gels last me about three weeks and never chip or lift (which is HUGE). Annie and Venessa always do an amazing job. They have beautiful comfortable chairs for their clients and are always playing Friends reruns for clients that prefer to not talk. Their prices are a little higher than I’ve paid in the past for acrylic fills but the quality is well worth it.

Very dissatisfied. The nail tech that waited on me was very unprofessional nor was she concerned that I was unhappy with the job she did. I will not go back.

The employees kept messing up I went with my friends and they both said the same thing they were laughing and not pay attention and we’re making fun of each other while at work.

This is the second time I have had a poor experience at DaVinci’s. The first time the tech said something under her breath about me after I had hit one of my nails against the wood while putting it under the lamp. She huffed and fixed it. This time I asked for slightly rounded nails. Thank goodness she hadn’t applied any polish! The tech next to her had to explain to her what I wanted. She obviously didn’t understand. Then she twisted my fingers like my hand was a mannequin. My nails are oval shaped not rounded edges as I shared with her at the start. She asked me how I liked them. Being polite, I said they looked good. Her reply, “just good?!” I’m over the rude replies. She didn’t deserve the 20% tip. My fault. The men are much more polite, take their time, and are polite. No PMS reactions and/or responses. They have lost my business, too!

Hands down the best salon, it is my fav! I’ve been coming here for the last few years. Very pleasant atmosphere, clean, and very nice decor. Tons of color options too. Plus, I always get to enjoy episodes of Friends. Ashley is wonderful, she ALWAYS does an amazing job, no matter what Pinterest idea I ask her to replicate. 😊 And she’s very sweet too.

I always get a good gel mani here and if I do have any problems they are very good about fixing with a quick stop in! Good prick g and very clean. Owners are nice and very hard working. Never a wait!

In my opinion it is the best place to get your nails done. I usually go one once every other week for a pedicure and they are so nice, they have always been my go to nail place!

Some staff are really nice. Some were rude and not gentle at all.Unfortunately though, every time I went something was wrong. The way the nails were done. The way they painted them (the sides were always not done and you could see the acrylic and paint layers)My nails would always try to peel off from the top. It was never secure. And a few times, my nails were not dry enough due to being rushed and they would immediately start chipping or peeling.Annie is a doll though.

My mani pedi were fantastic. My mom and I showed up a little late in the day, but they moved quickly. The guy who did my feet even dealt with an ingrown toenail for me, which is so nice! My powder-gel nails looked good for over 3 weeks. This was in preparation for my wedding, so it meant a lot to me.

First time visiting the nail salon. They had no running hot water, so the pedicure foot soaks were pretty much cold. (The tech told me that their hot water was out, so they were using tea kettles to attempt to compensate. I was not told this until after we had already started.) They re-use buffers/files, I didnt see the metal tools being opened from an autoclave pack (so assuming also not sterile). The organic spa pedicure was what other salons call a basic pedicure, only the scrub and lotion came out of a box. The woman doing my manicure did not wait for the light cycles to complete while applying the shellac and the polish is pooled up around my cuticles - I dont expect the polish to last long. We were charged $40 for a shellac manicure (different than what the website lists). I tried to ask about the pricing difference and was told that the deluxe manicure is $30 (website says $25) plus adding shellac was an extra $10. The polish on my toes doesnt actually come to the end of my toe nail, which is just... weird. We wont be going back.

This was my first time going and I will absolutely go back. Good prices,good service. Only CON is that you cannot leave a tip on your debit or credit card. But they do have a free ATM !

Today i got horrible service i got two colors on my nails one of the colors is really splotchy and you can see straight through the polish. I asked them to fix it and nothing happened they blamed it on the polish. If you panit my nails and they ate messed up you should fix them without hesitation.I have come here over 20 times with no problems. This was the worst services i have ever gotten. I hope this spreads the word of poor service.

I have been going to this salon for 18 months. Ive always had wonderful results. Their gel manicures are perfection and the pedicures are very relaxing. Im extremely particular about my nails and cant stand imperfections. No matter who has done my nails Ive never been disappointed. The salon is always very clean and the staff is so friendly!

If I could give this business no stars I would, this place is a disappointment. The owner does not care about her patrons. I waited 50 minutes in the chair soaking in cold water before I gave up. I will never recommend or return to this absolutely horrible establishment.

The work on my nails were nicely done. The atmosphere was not the best. While getting my nails done, the nail tech got up like five times telling the other nail techs where to place the customer coming in the doors. While getting my nails done, she yelling in their language to the other nail techs. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a little like a spa, a place to reward yourself and to be pampered and to relax. With all the other interruptions and yelling at each other, it DEFINITELY did not feel like a relaxing spa experience.

I am very mad with my visit. I got my nails done and got a new set of nails. I told her “ I want my nails long but not too long” and I also said I didn’t have a lot of time. Right when she got the nails on she chopped them off to where they were shorter than my normal, and since I had a short time to get them done I said they were fine. after filing them down they were even shorter and they looked terrible. she then said it cost 26 dollars and that they were dry. I got in the car, put my sweatshirt and they all crinkled up and now I have to go on vacation to PARIS with these disaster of nails on. thank you very much for these nails.

Usually I have a good experience here, but 3 days ago I had a nail tech named Joe do my gel manicure. He was very rude, and did not do a good job. He was also stingy with the polish and sloppy.

By far may favorite place tohave my nails done! Annie, Pam, & Vanissa are awesome as areall the ladies! They are so friendly and my nails look amazing every single time! Look no further if you are looking for your nail spa!
