The gals here do such a phenomenal job. I get a regular mani/pedi, and my manicure is chip-free for over a week. Its the best mani Ive ever gotten.

I had appointments for this place and I called them and said I was running late. They way they handled it was very unprofessional. I understand that you are running a business and you have people waiting for the next appointments but you also have to please your customers and give them a break when the traffic doesn’t allow them to get there at the exact time. Thanks but not getting my business ever again. Very disappointed

Came in to get a no-chip for my wedding and the results were AMAZING.The manicure lasted me 3 and a half weeks, probably longer had I not gone in for my next manicure. I couldnt get the manicure off myself and had to get it professionally removed!

I have read great reviews about this new nail salon and was not disappointed. Great customer service, they are very friendly. Got my nails done here for my birthday, and I am pretty satisfied with the service of my technician, she was really skillful and fast. With the price I paid, this is so worth it!!

I cant say enough about how much time and Precision can put into your nails each and every time. He is truly an artist. I struggled in Chicago for a couple of years to find somebody like him!He treats my nails with care and has gotten them back to a very healthy state. I use acrylic nails... Today we changed the shape and I love them!

I’ve been getting my nails done here for 3 years and it’s still my favorite nail shop. They do a great job with the no-chip manicures, but I wish they scrubbed my feet a bit more for the pedicure.The place is very clean and they use new supplies with every client, even opening it in front of your.They always offer a La Croix when you walk in and have movies or tv shows on the TV.Definitely recommend!

Came into the Nobel Square location with my young daughter... the tech Mia didnt miss a beat. Thank you to the welcoming staff for entertaining her while I had some much needed pampering time. Love the nails, love the staff!

I loved the light and bright atmosphere, pretty modern and clean with mostly white walls and furniture with bold pink accents. They were ready for me a few minutes before my appointment time, the woman at the counter helped me find the perfect polish, and the woman who did my nails was thorough with making sure my nails were painted all the way. Was in and out in about 35 minutes for a gel no-chip manicure. They also provided a LaCroix to drink, which was a nice touch. They were busy, but everything seemed to be going really smoothly.

By far the BEST no-chip manicure Ive ever gotten. I used to be a regular somewhere else but had a few bad manicures in a row so decided to try somewhere else. This place is close to job so decided to give it a try and Im SO glad I did! Gina did an AMAZING job. She was thorough and took so much care in making sure my cuticles were cut and that the shape of my nails was even. The only reason for the 4-stars is bc the girl at the front did seem like she had a bit of an attitude and rushed me out the door, even though there was no one waiting behind me. Even still, I cannot wait to go back!

I love getting my nails done and enjoy trying out new places that are cute and trendy. I had an appt and when I came in the girl in the front with the brown hair was just really rude and I ended up walking out because of her attitude. That’s not good customer service! So tragic plus they only had three glitter selections... no thank you

Went back for a pedicure and a refill on my dip manicure. Had Elaine for my pedicure, and she remembered me from when we chatted the previous time I was there. She is the absolute best at what she does, and takes pride in her work!

Legitimately the worst pedicure I have ever received. I had an open wound on my foot for a week where she scrubbed the skin off until it bled. The receptionist is always a brat (no matter which one is working) and God forbid you ask them why they don’t have regular colors to match their no chip colors. DO NOT GO THERE. The free lukewarm can of La Croix is not worth their shoddy skills or terrible attitudes.

I wasnt overly thrilled with my mani from here but, the nail strengthener they used did help repair some of the damage I had from long term no chip manis. It annoying they dont let you tip on your card. The salon is cute.

Great attention to detail on my no chip! They were right off the damen exit on the 606 and have a beautiful look. I will absolutely be returning.EDIT: I got my no chip on Sunday and one nail completely peeled off on Wednesday and my thumb nail just peeled off (Thursday) after I scratched my leg. This is absolutely insane! I have never seen anything like this before! I got my nails done for an event TOMORROW and I dont have time to get them fixed. Complete waste of my money and Ill be going to Walgreens on the way to my event and getting nail polish to not have two bare nails. I will never be going back. STAY AWAY!!!

Nice facility but unlike any other nail salon in Chicago walk ins are welcome about 10% of the time. That is unless the owner is working then shell accommodate, but if not the brunette that is there in her place is less than helpful and doesnt even attempt to fit you in even if you had to come back in an hour. Theres another nail salon down the block thats been able to accommodate my needs CONSISTENTLY with paraffin hand wax included, so buh-bye ZaZaZoo nails. I wont allow myself to be denied a walk in at your location anymore. 3rd time was enough for me.

I had a no chip applied and it chipped on the second day!! Other nails are already chipping and its only been a less then a week! Not worth the 40 dollars!!

If this was 2 years ago I would rate the place with 5 stars. Im pretty sure I just walked out of my last visit. It used to be a once in a while dissatisfaction but bad service has become a matter of course: 15 minutes padi for the record and mani in an awkward position in a pedicure seat. Yes, sometimes you can be pleasantly surprised by a few girls but when you stumble onto someone like I had today you want to run off in the middle of the appointment.

The girl had a super poor attitude. Seemed totally uninterested in having me as a paying client. She cut me about five times. She barely scrubbed the bottom of my feet. Piss poor effort. Never going back.

The only salon I love to get my Mani pedi!

Went in for a private party on a Thursday evening and the whole experience was great. They were very efficient and got everyone done (about 15 of us) in about 2 hours with varying services (manis/pedis). Everything was great until I left Chicago (I was only visiting family) and two of my nail chipped that SUNDAY. This was a gel (what they call no-chip manicure but use OPI-Gel products) manicure that should last just about 2 weeks typically. Im extremely disappointed because now I need to go and PAY again to get my nails done because I cannot go back to the salon for their sloppy work to get it fixed. Overall, great customer service/customer experience,, poor quality in services.

Very unhappy with my mani and pedi. A no chip mani and a regular pedi was done in an HOUR. No exaggeration I can do a better pedicure. I actually came home and had to touch up and scrub my heels. It was basically a foot wash with a bad nail polish application. My no chip mani is no better. Already have a bubble formed under the nail polish on my index finger. Never had that before. Please teach your techs how to do their job correct or fire them. I swear I would do a better job. Cuticles need to be removed not pushed back a bit. Now i dont even know if these will survive the 10 day road trip.(

ZaZaZoo Nail Salon was wonderful. I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon and they quickly welcomed me, got me a complimentary LaCroix, and got me all set up for a pedi in no time. I got a regular pedi and then a mani with a clear coat. The woman who did my nails was a perfectionist and took her time to get them just right. My nails look great and the price was very good for a mani/pedi in Chicago! Highly recommend! Just remember to have cash for the tip (there is an atm about half a block west of the salon)

Clean, bright nail salon with good service. They are thorough and provide La Croix for a drink while you get your nails done. Easy to make reservations for groups or walk-ins. Love the pricing for M-W special for mani/pedi combo.

They charged me $60 for my moms appointment and when she got there they couldnt take her and yet they never gave me my $60 back. I went in person to ask for it back and they said they would give it back.... Still nothing. Thats some bad business ladies. Come on.
