Chad is the best barber. He ALWAYS takes his time on my sons cuts and he even interacts with him while cutting his hair. I wish I could give a 10 star rating because the shop is over all amazing. I definitely will take that drive from the east side of Charlotte to get my sons hair cut by the best of the best. Excellent job fellas. ❤️💜

Im new to the area. I googled Barber shops and I liked the reviews so I gave it a try. It was a wait, but I must say it was well worth it. Since it was my first time I wasnt sure if I would like it, I Loved it! Mark exceeding my expectations! Its safe to say, Ive found my barber!

Took my son there today after seeing such great reviews. They were busy. Mark cut my son’s hair and I really liked how he took his time to give him a excellent haircut. I will definitely come back when it is time for my son’s haircut again, plus the price was reasonable. Excellent experience! Highly recommend this business!

Whenever we go in they are happy to see us especially mark one of the barbers there. the service is always great! When we get our hair cut we always have mark do it and mark always does an amazing job. We have been going to Potts for years.

Great barbershop! Old school, no appointments, and not charging outrageous prices like the trend. Been getting my haircut here for 2 years now. Mark, and Chad both can cut! They are also professional, and courteous.

My regular barber was closed for cleaning for the week and I needed a cut for a sales event. I called on really short notice and they got me in and out quick. Probably the best cut I’ve ever had, went back 10 days later and same experience... this is my new barber now. If looking for a barber in the area, these guys will take good care of you. Highly recommend!!

Great place for a hair-cut! Thats why if it is full you may want to check in later or wait for another day. The guys are professional and take their time. The price is very fair as well. My only small complaint is that the TV be kept on channels appropriate for kids and not so loud.

Very friendly barber shop environment. Excellent haircut. There are three barbershops on the same block and I checked each out and went back to pots, after I found out they were about a third less expensive. Only charged $13 for a haircut . And he takes his time on you, making sure that everything is perfect.

Moved up here a year ago, and having been able to find a decent barber. I stop by this old school style place today. There was a bit of a wait, but the atmosphere was very chill, so it didnt seem that bad at all. The guy who cut my hair did an amazing job. Didnt catch his name but he had a med size fro, and wore glasses. The price was Great! Best Ive seen in a long time. I will definitely be coming back, pretty sure I found a new barber.

Like the other reviews say. This is an old school barber where guys come to hang out and they take the time to cut your hair right. Even if you are a white guy dont pass this place up because you are missing out on a good cut without the $25 price tag. $11 and a great fade will bring me back...

I visited Potts Barber Shop this morning after the other barber on Old Statesville Rd was a no show for my appointment. I couldnt have been happier with my haircut and only waited a few minutes. The barber in the first chair (my bad - didnt catch his name) was a gentleman and a pleasure to speak with. I plan to make Potts my regular barber. Oh great prices also.
