Mani for $20, padi for $35. Was in and out in under 15 min. Place was empty and still she rushed. In general not cosiest place. Went there because if the reviews, wont go there a second time.

This is such a nice nail spot! My friends stumbled on it and told me about it. Very clean, fast, and does a great job. I come back every 2 weeks.

I love this place! I live way south by Evergreen Park but I travel here for my mani/pedi. Prices are great and the service is stellar! The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere peaceful and decor beautiful! I will one day try other services in the future.

Great service in West Loop! I called ahead 15 min to get And went in for a polish change and they filed/shaped nails for me and gave me a 3rd coat since I picked a light color. I have never been here before but will be back!

I got serviced by Anne. She did an amazing job and Im super happy with her no chip mani skills. Then she got up to massage my shoulders while my nails dried. That is some next level...awesomeness. I would definitely recommend to try this place.

Best manicure and pedicure Ive ever had! The staff went above and beyond with their work and service. I had a chipped fingernail and somehow she was able to fix it so I could maintain the length of my nails. Before I left another member even put my socks and shoes on for me so I wouldnt ruin my nails! Amazing place, I definitely recommend it.

They are very polite, qualified, and clean. I’ve been coming here for 3-4 years for gel. I tried other nail salons, but many, (even the fancy new Ezza place), use Shellac or CND brand. This brand starts to fail in 4-5 days. I always get OPI at Nail 2ne1 and it will last up to 2 weeks. The personal hygiene of the technicians is also better than other places - pretty gross to have someone working on your nails with dirt under their own nails!!

So, they do nails, but I stopped over here to get my underarms waxed. Let me say, this was the least painful wax Ive ever had! I barely felt a thing, which was awesome. I knocked off a star because it looked like the lady used the same wax stick to dip for each wax. Not the best idea for sanitary reasons, but I dont trip off of that kind of thing. If thats not your thing, make sure to request that they use a separate stick when you get waxed. They do a great job though!

They were wonderful. Got a pedicure and an eye brow wax for a pretty good price on a weekend. Then while my toes were drying she threw in a free back rub. Will definitely go back!

Terrible experience - there is no customer service. i received a pedicure that was awful. the woman said we dont have all the tools to scrub so you will have to use lotion to soften your feet. i use essential oils so let her know that wasnt the issue. i also get pedicures regularly so this is not the issue. they dont care about the customer which is obvious. NOT WORTH $30.

This nail salon is excellent!! I return often for manicures and they make your nails look fantastic! The staff also takes their time and pays close attention to details. All equipment is clean and sterilized too! I will be back often!

They seemed surprised to see a man come in asking for a pedicure. But of course they took me in right away. Felt rushed on the pedicure, and my big toenail is kind of thick, so it can take some time to get it trimmed down. Unfortunately I did not notice that until I got home. The manicure was good, took her time, paid attention to detail. They also attempt to give you a back and shoulder massage, but the effort was appreciated.

They do a great job with no-chip manicures. They don’t appreciate walk ins, so I’d recommend calling an hour or two ahead.

Came on 01.08.18 to get a no chip manicure and spa pedicure before my bachelorette party this weekend. Literally made time just for this before we leave for the event. Lady rushed from the get go. Spa pedicure done in 20 min.Technician was using the manicure scissors so fast she CUT right thumb nail area and it continued to BLEED throughout the session. At the end, THEY REFUSED TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY for their actions, reduce or comp their lack of service or do anything to make the situation bearable.When they agreed to reduce their fee, I gave my credit card and they charged me the full amount!!! Got home and saw that the foot nail polish was smudged from not having the nails dried enough either.I am so disappointed in Nails 2ne1 and how they turned my upcoming excitement in getting ready for a big moment into a moment of tears.Please consider alternatives. This place is not worth it.

Their website lies. It says on the website they do acrylic and gel nails and fills and then when I got there the lady looked at me like I was nuts when I asked for a fill.

Natural nail salon. Does not do sculptured nails or extensions
