It was such a professional experience. Its a beautiful place and honestly the best nail experience Ive ever had. I thinking any woman would love it.

I love this place from the first visit! Everything is designed smart! I booked my online appointment which can easily be managed and updated as well as selected my nail color and added my payment info. The location is clean and clear - quick check-in on the entrance, all payments and tips are charged automatically through online account (just like you do with Uber) so no check out needed and no risk to mess up your colored nails. The staff is very friendly and helpful, offer free water. Definitely will share with my girlfriends and attend again!

After my initial two negative experiences, the manager, Kelsey, called me to express her disappointment in her team and her apologies for having such a poor experience. She offered me the opportunity to come back in and have my manicure redone by a quality specialist, free of charge.I came in this afternoon to sit with Lauren, and was pleasantly surprised to have such an awesome experience. Lauren was great! She was skilled, pleasant to talk to, inquisitive about my life, and gave me a fantastic manicure. I left the appointment with a fresh set of beautiful lavender nails, eager to book my next appointment with her, even after a bit of side eye from my last manicurist who seemed less than happy to see I had returned.Overall, positive experience and I will happily be returning in a few weeks.

I’ve never had an experience like this before. These women are wonderful and very accommodating. I’ve seen them deal with rude guests gracefully and kindly. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the women that run this business. Please come and visit. The staff and service are both amazing!

Great little place on Wacker. Very friendly staff and my no chip manicure lasted for weeks. Subtle hints of strong women in history throughout the design of the place which I also fully appreciated. Great reminder to lift up all the women in our lives.

Best manicure experience I’ve ever had in a gorgeous space that felt like home the moment I walked in. Getting a manicure at 7:00am on my way to work is such a treat, and so convenient!! Yeah, it might be a few bucks more expensive than the competition, but Ezza Nails is a different sort of studio. First, theyre dedicated to paying their employees a living wage and it shows. The service and results are consistently superlative. They also use low- or no-VOC products, so you dont walk out of there with salon lung, trying to figure out why youre wheezing a few hours later. The space is beautiful and purpose-built. Instead of a hastily-converted whatever shop, everything is well-thought out and there are even charging ports at every station so you can power up your phone while taking care of yourself.Great studio. Love it and the people who work there.

My go-to nail salon - so happy this place is near my work. Convenient hours, clean place, professional staff - the front desk and the women on the other side of the manicure table. Quality manicure and really pleasant experience!

Love the online booking and pick your polish system, made everything so easy the day of. The space is beautiful and everyone so friendly! My no-chip lasted until my nails grew out (at least 3 weeks), so the product is well worth the price.

I was so excited when I first came in that I got the monthly membership. Then my second visit, I received the chunkiest ugliest laziest no chip polish I’ve ever received and the girl was rude. I had to go somewhere else that week to undo it all. As if that wasn’t bad enough, it seems they harass people when they can’t charge their card. I overheard them while in the waiting area. They charge you for missed appts. You can’t cancel the day before, even for work emergencies. They have no mercy. If they can’t charge your card they will HUNT you down. So if YOU are a working woman with unexpected responsibilities then this is not the place for you. It seems they hide behind “supporting women” but I get the impression they’re thirsty and greedy without the quality service in a CUSTOMER SERVICE driven line of work. Very disappointing. Very cool that they pay and treat their employees well but I’d rather go somewhere where they treat ME well and give me quality nail service for the price that I paid. The place does look nice though overlooking the river. However, there are plenty of places I’d rather sit in if all I was there for was how it looked.

I’m obsessed with this place! What a customer focused experience! From the start of the experience everything is crafted. The check in experience, polish selection process and la croix are perfect starts. The manicures themselves are seamless - gel removal is gentle and specialists attend to all my nitpicky things without being told (polish the entire nail, paint all the way back etc). I’m obsessed with this place, the membership, and the team!!

Linda was fantastic! I was in town for a wedding and because of her service and advice I have changed my nail care regimen. I look forward to coming to this shop whenever I am back in town.
