Bella is incredible!!! Been coming to get gel nails done with her for the past few months, and she is always efficient, kind and makes my nails look amazing. I am a bit picky and she is always happy to change or fix anything I want. So happy to have found such a wonderful nail technician! Highly recommend this place.

Vera Nails is amazing. First time I got my no chip manicure or lasted close to a month. I thought that cant be true and went back and same Im at three weeks now and nails are looking beautiful. There are no lift off from the end or chips. They are reasonably priced and so efficient.

I don’t recommend, came here for a mani pedi Thursday the guys really nice but very very rude! My big toes were hurting and still are, he dug to deep and made me bleed. Worst experience ever, I’ve never had my toes hurt this much. With it hurting that much I decided no to get the mani. & there prices online or not the same as they charge. 38 online for a no chip pedi and they charged me $41. Never again

Great service, Alex worked wonders on my troubled feet, what a relief, definitely going back on a regular basis. Hands & feet look and feel the best they have in years.

My friends and I come here frequently for manicures and pedicures. The service is always extremely accommodating and they do a great job!

I only see Alex for my nails. He seems to be the only one who will actually make them look nice.Been two years since I had a pedicure and did one today with a lady and my feet are worse now than when I went in. They’re rough and dry. I see the scrapes from the pumice. It was the shortest rushed pedi I’ve ever had (20 minutes). Pretty sure there was no lotion put on either. I’ll have Alex do my pedicure next time I guess.

Very efficient and polite, I loved that I could make the appointment online. Got a mani pedi that lasted a long time and looked great. The nail tech that did my toes was a bit rough - I could do without the pain.

I have been going to Vera Nails on/off for a few months and Alex & Bella are the best! Alex does my acrylics and he always takes his time to make them perfect; Bella is amazing at lash extensions, and they were only about $50 with $20 for refills which is a lot more affordable than many other salons. :)

The owner and workers here treat everyone with integrity and with respect. They do an amazing job at french manicures and gel pedicures. I love coming here. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you vera nails for your kindness and good quality services. 💕

My first time and amazing work 😍 ! The gentlemen did my French nails so well with dipping powder! I’ve been looking for a nail salon who was able to do this look in my Irving park neighbor and I sure did ! 😊😊The lady who did my toe nails such attentive she kept asking to make sure I liked everything she did. Water perfect temperature her took her time with the massage on my feet and legs ! Overall very professional, they take their time with their work ! Love it will be back ! 🙂🙂👍🏻

My favourite nail place in all of Vera Nails & Spa Chicago. All of the staff are always really lovely and accommodating and never hesitate to go the extra mile where possible. Would recommend to anyone.

I had never been here before. I was looking for a place near my home and economical. It met both my criteria. I received a spa pedicure and standard manicure for $40. Really good selection of colors. Did a good job with sanitizing and keeping clients socially distanced and had up barriers between the technician and client. They played classical music, which was relaxing, except when Christmas songs were mixed in. It was kind of amusing. Would have given 5 stars if there had been massage time on the pedicure. It was over too quickly.

I went in there with my daughter and mother to get our manicures and pedicures done we were the first ones there, they ended up cutting my daughter and mothers fingers while doing them the man doing them was VERY Rough. Then when people started to come in they were rushing their work on us. Even tho were literally the first ones to arrive. Very very rude. The nails were bumpy, uneven, and the way they painted them were absolutely horrid (they didn’t even do the edges of them). Also very over overpriced for the work they’re doing. My daughters fingers are hurting and very sore. 0/10 never again!

Honestly, best nail salon experience Ive had in Irving Park! The salon is cute, clean, and the staff is extremely friendly and take their sweet time with their services. Bella is the best. This is definitely my new go-to!

Sounds a bit rude on the phone but friendly in person. I came for a pedicure and I don’t know if this was the standard or just because there is a pandemic but the pedicure tools came in a plastic sealed pack that they opened in front of me. They practice social distancing with one chair space empty between patrons and there is a shield between the patron and the pedicurist as shown in my picture. Service is very good.

First time here. Made an appointment and took my daughter and I right away. Place is very clean, and staff is very friendly and polite. They kept masks on at all times, with a covid protection barrier. I will be coming back.

Decided to try a new spot out and came here and the service was HORRIBLE. I asked for gel toes and gel mani with tips and they charged me $97 for both when tips are usually $10 at other nail salons because it’s not a full acrylic. My toes were so bad the gel was uneven, the shape went from being half squared nail to half curved and was so bad. My mani was absolutely horrible, I showed them a basic square shaped nail w tips and it looked like a blog was just placed on my nails with no shaping. I definitely give this 1 star and wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you want to come out and be overcharged for poor nails.

I have been going here since grand opening. They remodeled and it looks great. Alex is my go to guy for my dipping powder manicures and pedicures, he never disappoints. Bella and the other ladies are always courteous to their customers. I highly recommend.

I got a pedicure done here to test it out and I loved it!!! Amazing service! very friendly and welcoming. They truly take their time which is appreciated and give very very long and relaxing massages. I’m going back today to try out another service because I was very pleased with my pedicure.

Everyone was very nice, but they weren’t clear about the pricing even though there was a price list and I asked several times. There are about 3 different terms for gel polish, with different prices. The employees wouldn’t explain the different names or the difference in price when asked. I requested a basic pedicure, $14. Somehow, when I left the bill was $27, more expensive than their deluxe pedicure that included several extra services I didn’t receive. If I hadn’t been sick, I would’ve questioned the price more. I’m so tired of getting price gouged from nail salons. Stick to the listed price and stop trying to screw over customers.

I love this nail salon! I frequently get the gel/no-chip manicure and it always lasts at least 3 weeks without chipping. In addition to the high quality manicure, they have a sweet and efficient staff!

I used to frequent the previous A T Nails thats been replaced by Vera Nails. An unbelievable 1000% improvement! Incredibly clean, beautifully redecorated, & staff is terrific. Everyone was so friendly. A great job on my mani/pedi. Highly recommended!!

So I went to this location for the 1st time because it was convenient since I work right next door. If I could give NO STARS, I would. Not only did they rush to do my no chip manicure, but she over shaved my real nails to the point where it burned and irritated my skin. Also, the no chip nail polish itself did not even last a whole week. Please do not attend here. I should have listened to my coworkers when they had given me their experiences here, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.

I went in by myself first, and asked how long of a wait would it be just so I can remove my gel nails and get a normal manicure and she said it would be 30 min. After I walked in with my baby in a stroller, the ladies started talking Chinese and gave me dirty looks. After that, she told me that it would be a 1 hour wait and if so, to come back another day or make an appointment. She then helped the lady that went in after me! Wouldn’t recommend.

If I could give them a negative star a would. They are super pushy and do a horrible job. My sister and I went here today for a quick Mani since we live in the area. The ladies where supper insistent on me waxing my eyebrows. I must have said no like ten times. Finally one of them came up and said that she has been doing eyebrows for 30 years and that she is an expert .I told her that I DO NOT WANT MY EYEBROWS THINNED OUT. She said she would just cleaned them out and promised thats all she would. Well for someone insisting so much on performing a service you would think they would do a decent job. She waxed most of my eyebrows off leaving nothing but almost a line. I want to cry. Then she said that my eyebrows where to thick and she just gave her shape. Who do they think they are on inpossing on other people what they consider to be beautiful or not. I will NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN. DONT WASTE YOUR MO EY OR TIME. Im Sooooooo upset at what they made my eyebrows into.

Horrible, it was my first time at this place and the lady that did my gel nails I think she was the owner, she just rush and didnt do a good job same with my friend she rush and her nails became all bend she didnt even took 20 minutes and she was done. Never coming back

I did dipping powder to my nails only, it took so long to get them done because they are slow and i paid 52 dollars and after all of that, one of them broke when i get home . And I cannot tell you about the design sooo ugly .I don’t recommend this place to anyone .Very bad experience
