It is tough to find a really good nail place, and I have finally done it!!! Highly recommend! I got a full set with french fade and it looks amazing!

Such a great place to get your nails done especially if youre wanting the dip service. Ive been looking for a place to ge thr dip nails done the right way and this is definitely my spot. This was my first time going there, recommended by a dear friend of mine and dont regret it. The two nail technicians were very friendly, welcoming amd patience. 😍💅Ive been back three times and this time came with friends. Weve fallen in love. Great customer service. Its a bit of a commute yet so worth it!

I love Bleu Nails!! I’ve been going to this salon for about a year now, and it is hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot of them). Can’t wait to go back for some fun New Years nails!

I really don’t think I have to say much about this place if you just look at the pictures of my nails and fingers right after I got done getting my nails done here, BUT because I have never had such a horrible and painful experience in my entire life, I’m going to say a lot. I was looking for a new place to get my nails done and have been trying out many that have decent reviews on yelp. Well let me tell you right now, everyone that has left a decent or good review about this place is lying through their teeth or have never had their nails done in their life. This place is nasty, dirty, small, and the man that did my nails might as well have had a blind fold over his eyes because they look like he did. First off, I went in asking for pink and white ombré nails. Many of you that looked at the pictures of my nails might be thinking well those aren’t pink and white ombré. YES I KNOW. The guy did pink and white ombré first and it looked so terrible I couldn’t even believe it. Imagine a huge white clump at the top of your nail and sheer pink over top of it, it wasn’t ombré at all. You could see the white clump under the pink. So I asked him to fix it. He shaved them almost back down to my nail to start over, cut the sides of my fingers next to my nails on 4 different fingers to the point they were bleeding. So he redoes the “pink and white ombré”, well I must have asked for white glob with sheer pink over it because they looked the same exact. I said something again and he says let’s just paint them a solid color this time cause you don’t like. At that point I was so mad and my fingers hurt so bad I was like do whatever you need to do to get me out of here!!!! He proceeds to shape my nails, they are all uneven, crooked, look awful, then I realized he got the pink powder all under my nails on my actual skin and it was starting to hurt because it was drying. I’m livid at this point and ask him to get it off with whatever will take it off and he literally grabs a nail file and starts rubbing it over the stuff ON MY SKIN!!!! Yeah I ripped my hands away from him, told him to put the color on my nails to try and make them look better because no nails place was open to fix them that night after I had been there for 2.5 hours. So that’s how I ended up with the pink color on my nails, which he also did a terrible job on. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING TO THIS PLACE. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.

Great nail salon! Gentle cuticle cleaning and the gel manicure lasted 4 weeks! I just moved and had another salon in a different state taking them off and even the nail technician was amazed at how well they were applied! Will definitely return when I’m in Chicago again!

10/10 Would Recommend! In my search of a new nail salon, I came across Bleu Nails & Spa and I am not disappointed with my choice. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and the work done is spectacular. They surely got it right with the dipping powder because I am really picky about my nails, and now I am a huge fan and am impressed with the incredible look of my nails. Simply amazing and I am so excited to make this my permanent nail salon!

I walked in this afternoon and inquired about the pricing of a soak off of a no chip manicure. At the time there were two other customers. The gentleman in the store quoted me a price of $4. I asked again and he repeated it : four dollars. I came back 10 minutes later and had the soak off completed by a female. When I handed her $20 and asked for $15 back, she said the price was $12. I told her that the gentleman (who was sitting right next to her) told me it was $4 and this was not the price he quoted. He denies telling me that even though he repeated it twice. 4 does not sound like 12. It was clear that he changed his mind or the female employee thought the price was too low. I made it clear to them both I was not informed it was $12, and that was NOT the price I agreed to pay. Rather than honor the price quoted, they charged me $12 for just a soak off - nothing else. Please do not patronize this establishment as they have deceptive practices!

They got me in in about a half hour for a walk in pedi even though they were busy, and they did a great job! Great price as well. I would definitely go back!

I’m from out of state, I came to Chicago on vacation and I walked to my nearest nail salon. I was pleasantly surprised when walked in and immediately got helped. Since I didn’t have an appointment. My nails came out GREAT I absolutely love them ! I was afraid they wouldn’t meet up to my regular salon from CA but they did better than them ! So happy !

I love coming here Brenda is the absolute best!! She does my nails exactly the way I love them to be done. I go on my lunch and she does them in great timing. I recommend my sister and she drives all the way from Indiana to come see her! I’m so glad I found this place!!

This has to be the worst place I have ever been. I bled profusely because he cut my cuticle so deep. Also, the way he handled the situation. He kept wanting to touch my cut. I had to pull my hand away. Also, I did not see him sanitize instruments or his area as I left.

Literally have been going here for at least 4 years. I will never let anyone else do my nails...ever. they recently came under new management and I was a bit want but the service is still great and the quality is exceptional.

Been going to this salon for a year now and they just went under new management with new employees and they were fantastic! Loved how they fixed my feet! Atmosphere definetly upgraded!

First time there staff is really nice and very professional.

Service was wonderdul. But the worst pedi I’ve ever had. She filed my cuticles, cut my nails (2) extremely short before I noticed and told her not to and to just file. Now my nails are uneven. She dug at my nail beds. Massages my calves for 15 seconds each, in which her hair was so long and not pulled back and was touching my toes. YUCK. Then she got a hot towel, and I was thinking, okay, this could be redeeming! She set it on my legs for 60 seconds. If that. :/ then she started painting my nails. She was doing it from left to right rather than up and down... I can’t make this up. Seriously the worst. And I’m sure this is just a one time experience but there’s so many nail salons I won’t go back

Avoid this place! I got a no-chip mani and as I was leaving the shop it was clear that one nail was already peeling. I went right back in and asked them to please fix the nail, which they did, but two days later three of my tips have already chipped.
