Really happy with the service at Cottage Care! They’ve cleaned our house before and during the pandemic and were always super professional. They do a great job, wear masks, and the price is great! In the past when we’ve had a hiccup with a particular cleaner, they’ve done everything to make changes and accommodate our requests. Wonderful service, I highly recommend Hayley!

I hired Cottage Care to do a vacant house cleaning prior to moving into my new home. Hailey was on time, very friendly and professional. Even though my new home wasn’t particularly dirty, you could tell Hailey spruced things up much better than the company who cleaned beforehand. With a new baby coming, I feel confident that the space is clean and ready for her.

So the first time around, two girls came (both very nice and on time) but they didn’t do quite a bit of what I was expecting. Not their fault I was told they’re new and learning! What a great company. I called and got estimates for house cleaning from 3 different companies. All the places had pretty similar pricing. But the customer service when I got my quote was outstanding from Cottage Care. So I have had 6 weeks of cleaning 3 visits total and it has been great. I have had Lindsey all three times and she is absolutely awesome. The house looks great every time. If you are looking for a house cleaning company I do recommend giving Cottage Care a call.

I even noticed she had moved the coffee table in the living room to make sure every inch of our area rug was vacuumed. I have exacting standards and have been extremely pleased with Jennifer from the Cottage Care team. Over the years I have been disappointed by MANY cleaning services that may start out strong but with turn-over eventually become unreliable or inconsistent. Month after month Cottage Care delivers high quality. As I walk around looking for things to point out for improvement next time, I cant find anything. In fact what starts as a critical walk-through ends up as a delightful tour of my house in its bright and shiny best. Jennifer has incredible attention to detail. When she leaves I am so happy!

We have been using Cottage Care for a number of years, and have always been 100% satisfied with the results. Our Cottage Care person pays careful attention to our directions as to certain matters where we are particular, and consistently executes. Our Cottage Care person is always pleasant, and quickly recognizes where some extra cleaning effort is needed without being told. Our Cottage Care Manager is thoughtful in letting us know when the schedule or assigned person is changed so that we are prepared at the right time. Although it doesnt happen often, if something isnt quite right Cottage Care is quick to respond and remedy the situation.

Cottage care came into our home and did a deep cleaning, including scrubbing the oven clean and cleaning out the fridge. Best investment ever, and so affordable! Our intention was only to have them come out once to deep clean, but when they were done we saw the value of their service and decided to hire them monthly to give us some personal time back, and peace of mind. We were out of town when I needed them to come in and clean house before we had a family celebration. The house looked amazing and they had gone above and beyond my expectations. I had no worries when we came home and had 2 hours to set the house up with decorations and food. I contacted Cottage Care, and they quickly set me up for my first cleaning. Jennifer did a great job today, and I plan to set up a regular schedule of cleaning with them.

They do a decent job cleaning. Our biggest issues are with their timing. They dont always get here at the same time each week even thought they are suppose to. There have been some weeks where they have been up at two hours late. The cleaning ladies tell us they have called the office to let the office know of the issue but that message does not get passed on to us.

The cleaning job itself was done well, the actual work is very efficient and thorough. However they are a bit higher priced than local competition. In addition we had some issues with the staff arriving too early, then leaving and only leaving a note - no phone call to tell us they were there an hour ahead of schedule. Since we could not reschedule the cleaning as we were moving out the next day - it caused a lot of stress. BUT the manager did get a crew out there ASAP and remedied the situation so they way they handled the issue was top notch. Would reccommend to those that can afford the service.
