I really like this shop i couldn’t find a nail tech for me and my little sister so we came here they work fast with good quality my nails look so good for an amazing price i probably forgot to say thank you as i was walking out but i love these they do need to work on shaping a bit but in other words came out amazing!!

I went in two days before vacation started, which is today. A couple of years ago this was my nail shop, but the quality of my nails wasn’t to my liking over time. So I decided to give it a break. So after everything opened back up, I chose to go back, this would be my second time getting my nails did after being back. The first time about three or four nails weren’t straight. So this last time, I went, I removed my nails and started fresh, to walk away the same. This time it was ridiculous, so I went back in the following day, but I know he (Don) would be busy, so I was only concerned with getting the worse nail fixed. Don, fixed it… but he wasn’t happy about it, and truly didn’t fix it, ( he had the nerve to say I can’t spend two hours on one nail) (well it should have been don correctly the first go round) it was no better as you all can see, yeah it was a little straighter but it looks horrible. Yes, I will be back after their vacation, and I’m going to be the hardest customer to deal with! I will get my monies worth, mark my words!

Since I live around the corner decided to give them a try ( alwaus see women lined up outside). So my no chip, chipped the next day. Then i decided to go back Thursday eveing Tony said they were full hours before closing and could I come back. (Hell no) Tony and his staff are rude and need some customer service training.

Overall I really like this place. I have positive experiences everytime I go and generally the staff is friendly and knowledgeable if you are trying something new. Wait time was great and I was seen almost immediately. Today was slightly different, one of the nail techs seem to be having a bad day and was irritated however despite that she complete my request and did a great job.

They did my nails on a Monday and they popped off ALONE at the tips where they glue the tip at by Thursday. I do not recommend going here. Ive had to go get them fixed three times and yet they are still breaking!!

Don and Sue are the best; however, I only go to Sue 💖💖

Quick & perfect service but had a bit of an attitude towards the end and during the middle of the work because they wanted to discuss me in Chinese. Also didnt like the fact that my cousin wanted oil for her feet. They need to be more professional throughout the day not when they think no one understand what their saying.

My nails were beautiful but not enough acrylic they were to flimsy.

It would’ve been a five star as I’ve only been to this location twice and each time I’ve gotten a speed service. However on my second visit which happens to be 8 months apart since i don’t live in the state, i got a pedicure and requested an eye brow wax, showed the woman a picture of my eyebrows from the last time i was there as i loved the shape the last time. Yet i was told they couldn’t do it. My eyebrows are all grown out and can be arched and shaped any how due to that. I guess I’ll be looking for a new location to go to when I’m in town.

I Took my mom to nails today and she really likes it.

Clean, reasonable and quick. There is a wait sometimes so its best to call first,before you go, especially if youre in a hurry.

My nails turned out awful! I will not be going back. Had to go to another shop to get them fixed! They made them wide and some nails were leaning to the side. The polish job was sloppy too! This place has fallen off! They did not nail it!

Good experience. Me gave me the best pedicure and manicure. Price was right. My only complaint was she didnt speak English. You have to be able to communicate.

Don and the guys are awesome but wife and the pedi ladies need some personality! Not welcoming or warm towards the customers. They can get better relationships with customers if they were not so flat and mean looking. Now we know y’all talk about y’all customers in your language but u can at least be smiling when u do it so it’s not obvious damn!

My gel nails lasted almost over a month not one came off(nice and neat) ❤️❤️I recommend this place and yes I will be back again

I visited Nails Today for the first time yesterday and I have to say Tito did an excellent job on my no chip. The shop was super crowded due to the holiday and the owner over estimated the wait time by 15 mins so I was shocked when I was serviced sooner then stated. Everyone was so friendly and it was a great atmosphere. I definitely will be back in two weeks to see Tito again. Let me add the prices are perfect. I’m excited to finally find a decent nail salon closer to home.

I can not say enough great things about my visit! I normally dont post reviews but the service today was so exceptional I feel that I have to post a review to recommend this place.My nails turned out perfectly which is saying enough in itself as I have been struggling to find a shop that can accomplish what I ask in regards to the shape. The care and attention my nails were given made me feel like I was in good hands and my technician legitimately cared about the work produced, not just making money.Every one was so friendly and I had a great time chatting with the technicians while getting my nails done. This is almost unheard of in most nail shops and it did not distract from getting the work done in a timely manner.I was in and out for a pedicure and fill with no chip in under an hour and a half. The prices are the best I have seen in the city, especially for the quality of work.I will definitely be going back!

My experience there was great, however that was all overshadowed by the fact that one of my nails came completely off after two days. The ENTIRE false nail came off and I’ve never had anything like that happen. I was highly upset because I couldn’t even get it fixed.

The first time I went was great but today I suppose maybe the girl was having a bad day or something... Her attitude was terrible and she kind of threw the polish on any kind of way and when I asked her to add another coat she became more agitated and rude.... I love how thoroughly they do your pedicure but the attitude and rudeness is not worth it to me at all....guess Im on the search for another good salon....

My #1 spot. They are great at what they do. Its usually crowded on Fridays and Saturdays. Any other day that means its a holiday coming. I pretty much would go to anyone thats open but if you are having a bad day go to BJ he will definitely make you smile and forget your problems at least while you are there. #awesome

I looove this salon!!!! They are the only ones who can apply my gel perfectly smooth. All other places leave air bubbles in the nails. They have good prices, and even better workers. To me, they are even better than all of the Tip Top nail chains!!! I will never go anywhere else as long as they exist!!!

I have been going to nail today for over 20 years and It seems like the longer I go the poorer the service. They need to get rid of Vee. Bad attitude, poor service. The wait times are ridiculously long . I watched Vee tell a lady that she WOULD NOT do her eyebrows and Cindy & BJ spoke in their language said NOTHING to accommodate the young lady. Needless to say I wish Michelle would go to another shop because the behavior I witnessed has left a bad taste in my mouth #movingon2017

I have been going to this shop for 20 years (since age 15 and I am now 35). I love Susan and Cindy, but last week I had a terrible experience with there lack of service with the nail Tech Don and after talking to BJ the owner, it was a complete waste of time. To be dismissive about the issue made me realize that I have been loyal to this nail shop for many years waaaaaaaaayyyyyy toooooo long. You first tell me that Don will do my nails since they had a wait and I was in a rush, I wait for Don patiently and hw decides to start vacuuming, spoke to BJ in their language and places someone else in his seat, and NO ONE tells me nothing, like wait for Susan or Cindy, or Don cant take you, etc. I will never beg anyone ro take my money. Besides I live in the suburbs and pass a lot of nail shops before getting to the city. Sad situation, but lesson learned. I have referred many ppl here, but will never do it again. And to have such a nasty attitude. Long, Don, Michelle, and theres one more smaller lady there drives his service level down. Good customer service goes a loooooooonnnnnnnnnnggggggg way.

I went there a week ago to get a gel fill in and a gel polish not only did they over charge me but here it is a week and a half later my polish is no longer shiny. The nails are breaking at the base of my nail. I will never go to this salon again because these are my real nails that i have put time into to grow and now because of there poor products and application i have to get theae taken off and i pray my nail is not damaged beyond repair. The only reason i gave them two stars is because the customer service was friendly.
