Really loved my nails done by Betsy!!

Just moved here and was looking for a nail salon. The salon is so clean! I went there twice and they did an amazing job.

I have been a couple of times but will have to stop going. This last visit was a bit too much for me. Everyone is very nice but unfortunately my nail tech was very rough. I got home and saw my thumb was bleeding. She also had long nails which dug into my hands and I had to ask her to move her hands several times because it was painful. I got a simple straight line with tape and one is already lifting. I forgot to ask for no lotion hand massage, the lotion is very chemical smelling and hard to wash off.Again, everyone is very nice but my experience was very painful and she did not wear gloves but used her nails to clean mine up. I hope I don’t get an infection.

My daughter and I got a pedi and she ended up getting both mani and pedi. The nail technician used the wrong colors for her on both hands and feet. We will not be returning to this salon. I spoke to the manager and she said there is nothing she can do after the visit. During the pedi, I kept saying thats not the right color but they were not listening. Maybe its a language barrier? I said it at least 4 times but the nail technician just kept going. We also felt extremely rushed when we arrived on choosing the colors. At one point the technicians said hurry and pick out your colors we have other customers coming. It was not a pleasant experience. There are so many fab nail salons in Chicago but this is not one of them. Not sure why we left a nice tip just to be polite.?

I’m kicking myself for not reading the reviews before calling in. I had some residue left from a dip manicure so I made an appointment for a removal and a regular manicure. I had very little left to take off so the woman said to soak in the foils for ten minutes. 35 minutes go by and my hands start to burn so I take them off and wait. After a couple minutes another woman picks up from there. My fingers were raw from the acetone and she was going pretty fast. My cuticle gets cut. It happens, but we just roll along with blood on my finger. I wish I had said something about her using a brush on that hand because of the bacteria. I didn’t finish my manicure and left after she shaped them. It was $35 after tip :) If I wasn’t in the service industry I would have just walked out after I took the foils off.

Such a great place to have in the neighborhood! All of the staff were very friendly, clean&calm atmosphere, great service, able to accommodate walk-ins!

I went here for my friends bday today to get mani/pedi and honestly my experience was wonderful. The place looks great. Really clean inside. I got the CBD pedi which is said to relieve stress and let me just say, I felt amazing when I left. Idk if it was because they offered wine or had great massage chairs. My nail tech was awesome! My feet and hands were not in good shape at all. It has been very long since I had a mani/pedi and I had callus build up from being on my feet all day. but my nail tech was very patient and took her time. My feet and nails looked beautiful when she was done. I will definitely be back. She told me her name but I forgot. Ugh I wish I remembered because I like going to the same person. Highly recommend her.

Paid $$$ for bad quality nails. The nail tech was such in a rush, so all my nails are different shapes, the dip powder is over my cuticles, and one of my nail extension is not even on nail bed. This is where I usually go to get my nails done, but not any more.

I came here based off of a lot of good recommendations from the UKV Facebook group and honestly this place is not worth the cost. The woman doing my nails cut three of my cuticles to where the rest of me manicure hurt because I was bleeding. Any normal business at this point to keep customers happy would have provided discounts but nope. I feel like she was rushing because they were busy and i kept having to tell her she skipped a step. All in all it was expensive, painful and not worth it.

This used to be my favorite place in the city. Three of my dip nails fell off 4 days after getting them done and when I came back to get them re-done, the manager/owner of the salon was very annoyed. She fixed them for me and they look awful compared to my other nails. I’m sad to say I won’t be coming back because it was my favorite prior to this. Bad service.

After 3 days of getting a no chip on my nails, they start peeling 🙄. TIME WASTER. Noone is friendly in this place. Maybe 1 girl and I dont know her name because she barely speaks. Oh well. On to check out the other places nearby. Although this place looks pretty, I had a terrible experience. Twice! Id say make sure the nail polish you chose isnt going to chip! Buy new bottles of nail polish perhaps!!!!

As a manicure addict, I was pleased to find Plush conveniently located to my apartment. I have visited about a dozen times since moving in and their salon is always sparkling clean, the staff are friendly and they always do an excellent job!

Read the reviews before you go. One of the lowest quality pedicures I’ve had and was hard on my finger nails to the point it hurt. Also, the finger nail polish doesn’t even go to my cuticles, it looks like I got them done a week ago

If you are looking to get ignored. This is the place to go! The place is not large literally can see everyone once you walk in. Stood in place for over 3 minutes with no acknowledgement

Im so happy about the entire experience with them! I looked up for a nail salon who knows how to do nail design and Im glad to find this place on google. They made my nails so pretty that I always cant stop to look at. Definitely the place to go for nails.

Loved it! I have lived in the neighborhood for 16 years... happy to have them. Great people, lovely atmosphere and good pricing! Cant wait to go back.

Excellent work. Wish the seating was more comfortable but overall the value and the service is great. Got an awesome pedicure yesterday. The first but definitely not the last visit!

I have gone to Plush at least 6 times over the past few months and I do not think Ill be going to another nail salon any time soon. They always do a good job - take their time, ask about length, shape, etc. Theyre also always willing to take me same day when I call a few hours before. Mary is running a good business!

They did my manicure and pedicure for my wedding and did a great job.

Atmosphere and the service is great. The interior is very clean and beautiful.They are extremely sanitary compared to other salons. Regardless of who is doing your nails, the results are always consistent.

My new favorite nail salon! Clean, nice selection of colors and great service. They also have free wine and seltzer and are always playing Friends or Sex & the City on the TV.

I’ve had both good and mediocre experiences here. I think just depends who is doing your nails. Once it was great, had a gel manicure that stayed on for 2 weeks. Another time has a regular manicure that had nail brush fibers in almost every nail and bubbles everywhere

Friendly and clean. They offer complimentary wine and sparkling water. They track your visits by your credit card so you get a free 10th no chip manicure after getting 9, as long as you use the same card.

Terrible place. The nail technician cut me 4 times, apologized for it and kept filing down my skin. Not my nails, she then went to do the cuticles and cut a chunk of my skin off, I jumped, there’s blood all over my finger. She gets someone else to come finish my nails and the “manager” tells me it was my skin. That she did not cut me. How on earth does that happen? Especially after she apologized the first 4 times. Not only did my nail tech do this but she said she could not do my nails and I left with my nails looking terrible. The nail technician also had needle marks all over her arm. Very confused as to what happened here but I don’t recommend anyone go to this place. They have unstable people working

All 5 star reviews and they deserve it. This place is beautiful, the staff is great, the bottomless drinks, music choice and colors available. No complaints!

Love Plush, their opening deals on gel manis were great. Have been going ever since they opened. My nails always look great and they have really good amenities.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, Plush nail salon was by far the best salon Ive ever been to. Super kind, clean, offered me wine/water/la croix/coffee/tea, and gave me a back massage. Prices are average for Chicago, and the service is above and beyond, cannot recommend enough

Got me in and out quick, they did a decent job. Not the best Mani/pedi of my life but Ive been back a few times and always consistently good.

Came here for a pedicure a few weeks ago without an appointment. Was very quickly seated, however, this was probably the worst pedicure ive gotten in a while. The people are not at all friendly here. The pedicure lasted less than 30 minutes from start to finish and everything about it was rushed and well below average. I felt like I had wasted my money here. Would not recommend

The nail technician was not very friendly, she cut my cuticle and it would not stop bleeding, did not paint the whole nail, did not clean under my nails, and applied a thick coat to a nail I smudged (my fault) and it looks horrible. Other places that offer better services.

On I received a pedicure and a regular manicure and the lady did a wonderful job. No chipping, nail polish on skin, etc. Id go again!

I had a no chip manicure done on December 19th. By December 22nd two of my nails on my right hand had chipped...by December 26th my thumbnail on the same hand had chipped. Went by on December 27th and asked if they could redo the manicure on my right hand only. Left hand still looked perfect. The manicurist was unable to find the matching polish. Needless to say, she was unhappy and unfriendly. We picked a similar color. She sanded off polish on both hands, had me wash my hands then proceeded to just paint over what was left of old color then applied the gel coat. Then told me we were done. I WILL NOT GO BACK!

I have been going to Plush Nail Salon since they opened in January for gel manis, gel pedis, and now dip/powder manicures. I have had great experiences all times I have visited. I particularly like they always have Friends on with closed captioning and soft music in the background. It is so relaxing. They always offer me a beverage and am very happy with the exceptional level of service they provide. It seems my nails always last beyond the 2 weeks I had become accustomed to expecting a gel mani to last.

Had a wonderful experience! Place is very calming and mani/pedi my daughters and I received were excellent. We will be back!

I came in from out of town and wanted a mani/pedi and just happened to find this place. By far the absolute best gel mani I’ve ever had! Salon was very clean and everyone was very nice! Great experience, highly recommend!!

Best pedicures I ever had.

New salon conveniently located on Chicago Ave in West Town run by a lovely, kind lady named Mary. Very clean with friendly staff and nice amenities (La Croix, back massage, massage chairs, large TV, etc.). Had a mani and pedi no chip and will definitely go back!

Love it! All the staff is really polite.

Was looking forward to trying this new place in the neighborhood. However, this place is not dog friendly.
