I do not under any circumstance recommend this sevice. The older Asian lady is very rude told me to wait in the car ! The younger one is very messy, telling everyone’s business but can’t pay attention to the sevice I asked to be done. Very prejudice I won’t ever return here again !

Diana did my pedicure and she was nothing short of amazing and professional. Mom in the front did my no chip full set and she made sure everything was perfect. I love them so much.

I was losing hope in finding a quality nail salon in the Englewood/Chicago Lawn area. Hollywood Nails is QUALITY! The young woman who manages the shop was amazing and very personable. The male nail tech took a long time (he’s a perfectionist), but my nails are perfect. The woman who did my pedicure was so detailed. I definitely will be returning. Finally found a nail salon and it’s walking distance from home.

Today was my first time to go to Hollywood Nails. I will definitely be back because it is located 5 minutes from my house. The older lady that did my nails really took her time and did my nails the best of her ability. I gave it a 4 because the cuticle oil smelled like butt also the little machine that you stick your hands in to to set the NO CHIP polish had gunk in it. Idk if it was lotion or oil. Other than that every thing was great. I attached a picture of my nails, you can decide if you like how they ended up or not. I also attached a picture of the nail job prices to help any one interested. If anything changes, I will update my review.

This was my first time... I paid for no chip instead I got peel off nail polish. Smh she was really nice tho but the quality of nail polish is a disgrace.....I’ll stick with regular nail polish that wears off & I have to sit for like 20 mins for it to dry 😩

I walked in and was immediately welcomed and it was busy so of course it took a while and I had a man do my nails, he took his time and did great. However the nails did fall a little sooner than how they usually do and get weak right away, but I did like this place just by how they give you recommendations on your nails and tips how to do your eyebrows ☺️

I came across this nail shop because I needed my lashes done. I had my own place I went to originally. This shop is opened on Sundays which is a great plus for me. Once I got them done I been coming here ever since. I love my lashes and eyebrows. 💟💟

No visit

Came in to get one nail fixed. It took almost an hour with only 2 people being serviced when I walked in at about 1:15pm on a Wednesday????: 4 people worked on my nail, lol!!! The first one drilled through my existing no chip...the next person soaked the no chip and scraped it off...the next person put an acrylic overlay on my nails, BUT she was rushing and didn’t place the overlay all the way on the cracked edge of my natural nail, I pointed this out to her to which she rudely responded I shouldn’t have touched it? Which I didn’t, but I calmly explained how I wanted my nail to be done again and she corrected it...the fourth person applied the no chip polish. Never seen such a moronic operation before 😂😂😂

I got my nails and feet done from here once and they did a very good job. However when it comes to my eyebrows I dont know what the problem is. The very first time I got them done they were ok. The second time one was crooked and had to be fixed. The third time I got them done I started to notice that one of my eyebrows is longer than the other because the hair will not grow back at the end of one. So I figured Ill go back and see what she can do. The last time I went I asked for thin eyebrows and she acted like it was her eyebrows getting done telling me I shouldnt get them thin and to keep it how it is. All the while one of my eyebrows are still shorter than the other

They acted like my opinion didnt matter. Like the money im paying them to do my nails doesnt matter. I kept trying to correct the lady doing my nails so she can do a good job. She kept saying ok but didnt listen. So disappointed. They speak a language that i dnt understand. Did a horrible job on my nails had glue all by my fingertips under the nail plus acrylic. My nails were thick and uneven. Because they didnt file them good.Seen a huge bug on their floor. They had water driping off their ceiling I was so faustrated that i got ignore and the management were so rude. When i was complaining in a nice way. Should of been more nice. Instead of acting rude.

The daughter does eyebrows well but they can be very rude. And seen to forget that they are servicing us without these black feet you would make no money be humble..

The lady was very rude and when I corrected her on the nail color I wanted she proceeded to say “If it’s wrong don’t tell me nothing then” with an attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

The owner has an nasty attitude. When youre not satisfied with the finish product, she gets offended. Also when you call, the phone etiquette is none existent. I will never come here again even though its 5 mins from my house.

I will not go to this nail salon again the nail ladys attitude wasnt great,I asked for a jewel but they couldnt do it for some reason when it was simple, and I also asked for matte and I didnt get it but paid for it which upset me, my nails also had little bubbles inside them and overall they just looked bad and it was a waste of money.

Never again will I get my nails done from here I had them done for two days and on the sides of nails are pulling up looking old already!
