Pedicure was awesome by Anna. You get your moneys worth. The place is big on the inside and they were packed. Complimentary drink was a nice touch too. Great service friendly too. Very clean, will be back . Oh and the massage chairs are incredible. Relaxing visit.

This nail salon is so beautiful and relaxing. I only go to one nail tech “Tran”. He is amazing and makes you feel like you are worth his time. He keeps you entertained and laughing your whole visit. (Plus he is the best looking😉) I will wait hours just for him! Thank you for always making me feel special! Amazing nails and pedicures from this man!

I took my younger sister here to get her nails done for the first time and I’m extremely disappointed. The lady cut her multiple times and had very poor communication. She did not wear gloves like every other nail tech that was in there. The lady who did my nails cut me once and didn’t do the coffin shape very well. Our nails look chunky and also look 10 days old and grown out after 24 hours. Very disappointed and will not return

I love the atmosphere. And they did a good job On my granddaughters fingernails and pedicures. The prices were OK . I had a few drinks while I waited on them. Some people walked in after us and got served before us, that was very disappointing. They have no way of keeping up with who comes in 1st. when it gets really busy. If it wasnt for that I would have given them 5 stars.

Kelly was great, took her time and did a great job on my pedicure. The guy that did my manicure was in such a hurry, there was absolutely no clean up after acrylic was placed and nails shaped. Will not be coming again!

I love coming here but the last few times the receptionist has been AWFUL she has the worst customer service.. it really sets the mood for the whole time she definitely should not be the front of the store. We had An appt for 10 people at 11 am, we did not get seated until 12:15 for our pedicure. If you take appointments, you should have the seating to accommodate the party at the time of the appointment. Very disappointing

I came when they first opened and decided I should give them another chance because they were new. Came back again and my nails were breaking and chipping within a week. I decided to not go back.I have since gone back three different times with friends, because this is where they go. Same experience the next several times. Well today, today topped it off. And now Im leaving a review as my friend said I should. I will never be back.Today, not only were they 30 minutes behind our appointment time, but the lady doing my feet did not do the massage, foot scrubs or foot buffing. My three girlfriends, that got the same type of pedicure, all got them. Even if my feet were gross, its what I paid for. But my feet are pretty dang smooth and in good shape.And the lady doing my nails didnt start until an hour after my set appointment. And then just hurt me. Over and over again. I kept telling her you are ripping off my skin with the glue and she would say I have to do that if you want it off. Well, Ive had my nails done a 100 times and they have NEVER ripped my skin off with super glue when having to add tips to my broken nails. The underneath of my nails looked like I had dug in dirt and wet concrete. There was caked stuff under them. I asked her to remove it and the excess glue from off my WHOLE finger (how it got there Ill never know) and she left it worse looking and feeling than when she started.My girlfriend said I needed to say something to a manager. She didnt even finish my nails properly at all. So I said something. She said sorry and that she would take off 20% from my fingers. My friend was like no, thats not enough. Look at her nails. And shes in pain. Shes missing skin. The owner said its out of my hands its the best I can do. It was $8 off for such terrible service. And then for the owner to do that, it made it even worse.Diamond Nail, Im sorry Ive gone anywhere else. Tommy and Becky are the best. Ive only gone other places to go with friends that asked me to join them. But not again.

I went to another local nail spot in midlothian, Diamondnails, and came out with big bulky nails and cuts on my fingers. Came in and asked if someone could help me out and gotseated right away by Kelsey the manager. She was incredibly sweet and helped the best she could. This place needs morereviews and higher stars. the other place i wentto had more stars and HORRIBLEcustomer service and work.. i’ll be coming back

I cant say enough about the staff at this spa. I travel from another city to come here and the service is amazing and worth the drive. Cindy and Lynn are heaven sent and always make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I will continue to use and recommend this business.

My daughter and I waited for 30 minutes to get started, the techs we had were nice. But it took 2 hours I had a mani and pedi my nails should not be doing this on day 2 of having them done. Overall the place is clean and seems they are doing their best with protecting customers from COVID

The first time I went there I had a pedicure and I was very happy. I decided to go to have a French manicure for my wedding. I was a bit disappointed because all she did was put white polish on the tips, no pink above it or shiny clear coat. My fiancé asked me “Are they going to finish them?” It’s a nice place, I was disappointed with my French manicure especially on my wedding day.

It was extremely busy and I couldnt get all the services I wanted. I didnt think it was going to be super busy but it was. It took me 3 hours to get a pedicure with gel polish.

My hubby and I loved the place. The nail techs were all so nice and did such a great job on our pedis and massages. My ONLY issue was the rude receptionist. They should understand that they represent a company and not treat people differently right in front of each other. Her attitude and dirty looks are a turn off. I would have given 5 stars if not for the 2 very rude receptionists.

My daughter and I will continue to drive almost half an hour to come to this nail salon. Great services, complimentary drinks, and excellent quality! Have only had 1 technician not deliver to the same caliber. His name is Vince and though very nice, just does not do a great dip set - both times he did mine they had weird lumps and were overall just sloppy. BUT everyone else is fantastic! Tim gives a pedicure to die for. Courtney, Rose, and Lena deliver picture-worthy dips every time. Thanks for all you do!

I got my toes done and they throw my shoes on the for one and then the did my toes and I loved it at first till they started doing hot rock it burned so bad I told them they just said ok like really and then when my nails got painted they didn’t even do them right some were painted some weren’t

I have a wonderful, relaxing experience each time I visit Resort Nails. Trianna gives me the best dip manicure and Bebe does a great job on pedicures. I love the atmosphere. They are very welcoming and friendly. Its nice to arrive and have them welcome you by name. Its a beautiful salon that does a professional service with a personal touch.

My hair stylist recently moved to this salon and I loved it! Everyone is super friendly and professional. Will definitely continue going back and even trying new things there

I went to this nail salon today I walked in and the lady at the front was nice and made use clean up as we came in, which is good due to COVID-19. I then sat down with my sister and the lady Trianna doing her nails did a fantastic job while she kept a great conversation. On the other hand I had a guy named Vince if you are seated with him I suggest you leave. While I was there it was dead silent, the nail file dragged my fingers, there was polish was on my skin and he was flicking away my hand. As I sat down to get my hands dry he then realized he forgot my top coat so he put it on. The top coat dripped along with my pink nail polish and dried in that form. I walked out and realized there were bubbles in my nail polish, it was dis-formed and lumpy, they were a little coffin shaped, there was left over filed nail under my nails and smeared polish. Spend your money else where.

I would highly recommend this salon. They sterilize the foot tub and used a liner.

We came in and they told us to come back in 45 minutes they took people who came in after us ahead of us even though we had an appointment. My daughter ended us having to wait an additional 45 minutes and when I complained to the lady that they took another customer sooner she said it was just easier for them . I told her we would not be back.

Let me count the ways! Ive always received excellent service at this nail salon, which is why I keep going back. Great customer service, a rewards program, relaxed atmosphere, comfortable massage chairs, and a free beverage. Whats not to love? The services I use on a regular basis are gel finger nails and pedicures. I have also been pleased with their waxing services.

Only came here one time. I got a pedicure and gel manicure... the technician did my manicure so far out from my nail beds, it looked like it was a week grown out. When I questioned it, she relied on her “language barrier” to not really discuss it. I’m fully aware of what she did there, if my nails grow out faster, I’ll be back sooner. Not there though, that’s for sure. If I’m paying close to $100 for both procedures, it better look fresh and not grown out. Won’t be back. Save yourself and go to diamond nails. Their prices are much better and the staff is so sweet. Not to mention the end results are fantastic.

Moved here from Phoenix in September 2019, been coming here ever since. Absolutely love the atmosphere and always friendly. I get a dip on my nails and always one of their themed pedicures, always leaving satisfied.

I have tried many nail salons but Resort Nails is awesome. The atmosphere is so relaxing and impeccable in cleanliness. Kelsey is the best tech I’ve ever had in 20 plus years. Always greeted with a smile and the bonus is their rewards program. 😊

We have visited this salon on several occasions and were pleased with the facility, staff and service so we returned today.Unfortunately, after today’s visit we will not return.My daughter requested an acrylic set with gel nail polish. We were charged $27 for acrylic nails, $20 for gel add-on (both fees to be expected) and an additional $15 ($5 each for length, shape and nail design). Her nails were not long, she requested coffin-shape which were really square and not coffin-shaped and a second color on one-finger of each hand. When I questioned the fees I was told it was out of their control and they just charge what the technician lists on the order form. My daughter’s friend requested acrylic nails with regular nail polish, same length, coffin-shaped and a second color. She did not incur the additional fees for length, shape and design.

I changed from a much smaller salon to Resort Nails several months ago and I am so glad I did!The only service I’ve gotten there is a pedicure, and I pay more, but it is so worth it! I make appointments, sometimes just a day or two in advance, and never have to wait when i get there.Because I don’t have a regular schedule, if a tech that I ask for is unavailable, I tell them to choose another and, I’m pleased to say that each and every one has done a good job! The salon is luxurious with it’s padded chairs spaced nicely apart, relaxing music at a very nice volume in the background, and several big screen TV’s placed throughout. From their complimentary beverage selection, I enjoy a Mimosa, then sit back and read. The techs communicate enough to determine my preferences and approval, but do not talk excessively with either the customers or among themselves. That was a particularly annoying occurrence at the previous salon where the techs frequently chattered in their native (foreign) language. I highly recommend Resort Nails!

I was not expecting such an exceptional experience when my sister and I decided to try this nail shop. The building is huge, beautiful, and well equipped. Everything was very, very clean. In fact, it looked like they had a person assigned to cleaning and sterilizing after each client left, but I could be wrong. The staff members were nice and helpful. My technician was Crystal. She was friendly, talented, and took her time on the hand and foot massages. She was very patient when I changed my color and several times.The manager came by to make sure we were having a good experience. He seemed very active in making sure that everyone was satisfied.Overall, I was very impressed.

First time here and they are very friendly. The overall appearance is amazing. The foot massage and pedicure were great until Paul accidentally really scraped the side of my foot and back of the heal when scrubbing too hard. I will go back to try them again but will use a different tech. May also bring my friend and mom.

Update: 7 months later and I still love going to this place. I would highly recommend it.The pedicures are fantastic! This is the best place Ive been to. Dip lasts a long time too! Great customer service!

Love this place. I have gone several times and had several different nail techs. Each one did an exelent job. I get ombré nails with glitter and they looked so good. You get what you pay for and I think this place has great prices for the quality of work they do. Great environment with relaxing music and atmosphere. I will continue to get my nails done at this place and recommend to my friends and family too.

It was ok service but when asked to fix my crooked nail they got upset . Took them 2 hours to fix my nails. They didn’t use enough Matte coat ..:/ my nails look horrible and already looking streaky and dull. It’s only been 1 day.... not coming back to this place again . Don’t waste ur money
