Took my almost 20yr old Jeep Liberty here. Was in surpirsly pretty good shape, just a bunch of little things that needed replacing after all the years. Nick and Danny were great. Explained everything thoroughly. I also really appreciated the detailed report with images outlining all the needed repairs. Car was ready even earlier than expected. So pleased, the only place Ill be taking my car from now on.

Smaller place but honest did not over charge to do a diagnostica on my BMW. I will go back for service. Very friendly and easy to deal with.

My muffler disconnected from the exhaust line and Tico’s was awesome. Their pricing was extremely fair and they also stayed a little later at the end of the day to fix my car, which I greatly appreciated. The gentleman Nick working at the front desk gave 5-star customer service and was knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely nice. I will be coming back if I have other car needs.

Im no auto expert so I cant speak to competitiveness of prices. I can say that the employees here are kind and helpful. Turnaround time was super fast for some hefty repairs needed. They communicate well and are super easy to get in touch with! This is a gem in Logan Square. Theyve been around as long as I can remember and family and friends have always spoken highly! While I like to avoid needing repairs as much as I can, Ticos definitely has a lifetime customer in me!

Told them about my problem they suggested to get a certain part for my car yet after doing the job it still wasn’t fixed. Went to another auto shop for a diagnostic they totally missed like 4 crucial parts wrong with the car. Yet they “ran” a diagnostic don’t fall for the ratings folks.

Amazing people. But they closed their parking garage with my car parked without any notice (its pay to park in a monthly based).And now no can move their car even in case emergency and no is picking the phone as the business is obviously closed And there is no voicemail.Any help?

These guys are bogus and complete scam artists. My wife had some major work done 13 months ago on her 2007 Pontiac G7. We come to find out that the main part that was replaced (water pump) is leaking profusely, again. When I called to see when I could bring the vehicle in for the warranty service, I was told that, the part is definitely not under warranty, and we most likely wont warranty the labor either.After talking with the shop were the car is at now, it sounds like all ticos did was use some sort of sealing material to try and fix the water pump.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

I’ve been going there for a long time. First time I went there he put a engine in my van, They did a awesome job. It’s been years and I am still going there. Great prices then they do a great Job.. Only place I trust with my car is Tico!! 😀👍

The best in all aspects, until he did a job that before the guarantee expired began to give me problems, and I just went around and around, spending time not to make it valid. Although $ 1100 is not easily obtained ... I do not think it will be useful for so much.
