I wish I could give Jacobs 10 stars instead of just 5 stars! Frank and his team worked on my sons older Chrysler Sebring which had a lot of issues. We were originally thinking about giving up on it and moving on, but Frank and his incredible team brought the car back to life. This was game changer as it will allow him to drive it for a few more years to get through college. Given the tough economy due to COVID, being able to get this running and not having to invest money in a new vehicle was a godsend. Frank and team were courteous, friendly, professional and went above and beyond. Thank you Frank and your entire team at Jacobs. First class all the way!

My car was having a lot of problems with transmission and some other OBD-II codes I was getting in my reader. I called Jacob’s Auto Repair and they received my car the same day I called although they were very busy. The next day after they received my car they told me all the problems my car had, offer me a quote and that’s it!I had previously taken my car with others mechanic but they never figured out what was happening. This guy fix it everything in one day. And the best part... It wasn’t expensive!!!

Wow where do I begin. I brought my BMW truck in for repairs, John took care of me when I got there . Hes probably the nicest man Ive ever met. He drove me home when I left my truck and he picked me up when my truck was ready. This is just such a great place. Jacob was wonderful also. Great service with a smile. I highly recommend jacobs to anyone needing work done on a domestic or foreign car. I will continue to bring my car here .

Jacob, the owner of this shop, tends to be one of the more favorable mechanics in the Chicagoland area. Jacob is always attentive to my vehicles and understands that my having them repaired and back on the road promptly is of the utmost importance to me. Jacob is great! I had my timing chain replaced in my Audi. They did a great job and show photos of the the repair and replaced parts at end of work. Highly recommended they have been around for a long time.

0 stars because they are for 1 rude, no help at ALL, called a few times about things and no answer or if they answered the man was rude. Last year around the winter i was pregnant and happened to die out right in front of their shop at the light on kostner, and i asked if they can please listen to my car cause it wouldnt turn on, if they could please just listen to it and take a quick look they didnt have to do anything else, i would of even paid a little fee to help me out or just listen because i was stranded and pregnant. The man not only first ignored me but then told me there was NOTHING he can do... i told him i was pregnant, didnt know about cars, and it would not start but he did not seem to care at all, still told me nothing they can do....... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
