First I would like to say I got dip nails for the first time and I absolutely dislike . I picked a teal color and the nail tech pick a different color for my nails instead of telling me they didn’t have the color at eight and dip so my nails and feet don’t match.I got a pedicure and a full set my service was rushed they had me twisting and turning in the chair like I was in aerobics class I got my feet and hands done at the same time so my nails are crooked and lumpy. The corners of my nail especially but the whole nails are sharp and like they were not filed properly .I will never go back to this place to get any type of service. If I could give them a zero I would

Yesterday my husband and I went for pedicures which was amazing, and I went for a full set and I loved the way my nails came out, not what I originally asked for but they still did a fantastic job however I noticed this morning the gel on my thumb looked odd and when I looked closer there was a bubble of gel that was not dry, now my thumb is missing a lot of the polish. Overall I would my experience was amazing just wished my nails were cured a little longer.

Adam did a great job. The price without all the frufru was very reasonable. ($37) I just wish I wouldve picked a better color.

I have been going here for a couple months and always just walked in, sometimes liking them sometimes not. This time I booked an appointment with Tim. Definitely recommend asking for Tim! Gel was not dry started peeling the next day. Went back again to get redone same thing happen it dry. Not worth my money.

My daughter and I went for pedicure this morning. Her technician did a nice job using all the tools for her pedi. My technician took short cuts everywhere!! Did not scale the bottom of my feet ( which they did need) did not wrap my legs or feet just laid a towel on top and not on my feet. Overall probably one of the most incomplete pedi I have ever had. This was my first and last time at this salon. I just moved to the area and will keep looking for my pedicure place!

Best mani / pedi I’ve ever had. I’ve been here twice now, and I’m exceptionally pleased with the quality both times. Love the mani so much, I honestly am not taking them down a star for an appointment mess up. I scheduled a mani / pedi and eyebrow wax, but when she was done with my nails she said she had no idea how long I would have to wait for eyebrows. I just said forget about it and didn’t stick around for that service.

First let me say that the pedicures are amazing and totally relaxing.With that being said, the customer service after the fact is horrible. I got a set of pink and white ombre a week ago. I seriously dislike them. I told the technician that I wanted them to look as natural as possible.. At no time did she suggest anything different.. I emailed the spa 2 days ago and hadnt heard back from them so, I stopped in today. From the word go I was made to feel like I had done something wrong. I was grilled about what tech did them, why didnt I say something at the time, I got what I asked for. I was then told they would give me 40% off to redo thnks. NO THANKS. I wont be back

Had a 5:15 appointment, at 5:30 I went and checked to see how much longer the a manager said she was running a little behind and it would only be another 15min. Needless to say at 5:50 I left because she was still not done. Why book an appointment if your going to still accept walks ins literally right before my appointment? Not professional at all, they had two other people who also had “appointments” that left before I did. What a waste of my time.**** I am updating this, the business reached out to me the next day and asked if I would come back and offered a discount and apologized, I went back and the appointment was on time and the quality was on point as I had experienced prior****

I had a great experience getting a gel mani pedi, but the gel manicure started peeling within 2 days. I was on vacation so sent a request form on their website and got no response. When I called they said to come back in. By day 10 I was missing a complete nail and all the others looked terrible (toes looked great though- different color). Told them I paid more for this manicure than I ever had before at another salon and they offered to fix it for 50% but no refunds. Had them remove it because it looked terrible but definitely not worth the $110 I paid... Asked them to take my nail color off the shelf bc the product was bad and they did not. Very unhappy about the price and quality and will not be going back.

I love this place. The nail technicians here are super friendly and great at what they do. I had the most relaxing pedicure and my gel manicure still look great 2 weeks later.

I went to get mani/pedis with my daughter for Mother’s Day. My pedi was great, hers was ok—her big nail was not neat. But the problem was my mani. The evening of my manicure, I noticed some rough spots catching on things. By the NEXT MORNING, my gel manicure was chipping on one index finger. By the evening, both thumbs have peeled at the tips as well. I really enjoyed this place (and gave NICE tips!), but for $45 I feel this is unacceptable! and I don’t have time to go back and get them corrected, until later this week. And they kept asking if I wanted dip/powder instead of gel, so I hope they didn’t do a ho-hum job just so I’d want dip powder next time. Not sure I will go back.

Ive never had the acrylic lift from my nails here. I cant say that about the majority of nail salons i have been to here around Centerville. Ben (BJ) is awesome... He pays attention to details when hes filing your nails and makes sure they are all even and not lopsided... Love that !!!

Definitely not customer friendly. I do not believe my tech was qualified. She was very confused or maybe just not qualified. Worst manicure ever. She did not lay a towel down and proceeded to bleach the sleeves of my shirt from acetone. Would not recommend.

I had Dan as my nail technician, these are my natural nails in dip powder. He did an AMAZING job and was personable and very easy to talk to. Any staff I encountered were really nice and they do give you something to drink as well while you’re waiting or getting anything done. Don’t forget to tip your technicians! I love this salon. They keep appointment times, serve a complimentary glass of wine, and are super friendly. Both techs I have had for dip powder have done an awesome job (and I am kind of picky about it.) I have had an awesome pedicure there as well.I have been to several other nail salons in the area over the last 5 years I’ve lived here, and so far this is the best I’ve experienced.

I have been coming here since they opened and I never request any specific nail artist because everyone is fantastic, talented, and polite. The decor is elegant and its the only salon around I know of that offers you a drink (alcoholic and non) as soon as you walk in the door.

Great experience. Sang did a great job with my pedicure. She let me just lay back and relax in the massage chair with my eyes closed and enjoy a super peaceful toddler free treat. The place seemed clean and had a nice relaxing vibe. We called about 15 minutes ahead and were seated within 5 minutes of our reservation. The drinks took a little long because of the slushy machine but how awesome is a free drink???!!! Can’t complain too much. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was that super cold spray at the end so I’ll probably ask for it not to be used next time but I will be back!!

Very satisfied! Nails were shaped alike same length. No sloppiness whatsoever the man that did my nails was so sweet and the lady that did my pedicure did amazing and they both took there time!

Great experience. Stopped here after the salon I was supposed to go to with a schedule appointment was running over an hour behind. They got me right in, did great with my pedicure and also provided a drink. I will definitely be back.

Not happy. Second time they tried to separate me and my 6 year old. I told our nail tech no 3 times! She continued to tell me No! And wanted to move her away from me. The whole point of me coming with my daughter is to experience it together. The nail tech then rolled her eyes. We received a botch, rushed, nail job! Not happy! This was the second time! I will NOT be back!!!

I had absolutely fantastic services here today at this salon. This was my first time stopping in and I felt so welcomed. They had the largest selection of dipping powder I have seen thus far and I have been being dipped for over 2 years. My nails and brows look beautiful. I highly recommend this salon.

Not only is this place nice, clean and beautifully designed they actually do a great job on your nails. I have been very happy with all the services I have tried. I see Ty and she is so awesome!

My toes look fantastic, great pedicure, super accommodating man at the front desk, but just want to make this as black and white as I possibly can, a margarita is made with mix (store bought or homemade), limes, tequila, salt, etc. A margarita is not the same thing as a vodka cherry slushie. Recommend requesting wine instead. (Drink was complimentary thus the 5 star review.)

Very rough on hands and nails, and don’t do anything to soothe them after. Dried fingers and nails out with acetone and remover.Finished nails aren’t as smooth as they should be, not all the same length; and when someone asks for a certain length and style, it should be accommodated as best they can. Wouldn’t recommend.

LNS has some good technicians. I specifically like Emma. She is awesome. On 2 occasions Ive called close to the holidays to make an appointment. I was put on hold for more than ten minutes. When I called back, the phone was off the hook. Having this happen once was ok, but when it happened again, I was sure it was intentional.If a business is extremely business and cannot take anymore customers, its best that the customers are notified not put on hold or have the phone taken off the hook. Just my experience and opinion.

For the work they did, I feel like its WAY over priced.

This place is amazing! They are very clean, do an amazing job (I am VERY picky about my nails) they have the biggest color selection I’ve seen and offer drinks with your service! First time customer who found this place through a close friend. My acrylics had grown out a lot so I came here to get an acrylic fill with gel polish. I was given a complimentary margarita and my nails were done by Emma. My friend’s nails were done by Pac. Both artists were very kind and patient (Pac even re did my friend’s nail because she smudged it accidentally even though we told him he didn’t have to) and did an amazing job. I’ve never been so I love with my nail color and design!!! Total before tip was $50, so worth it :D

Perfect place to treat yourself. Clean, comfortable and can have a drink while being pampered. Walked in and didnt have to wait long. They didnt rush me through either, allowing me to enjoy my time.

Ive been going here since July and my nails always look good the first couple of days then they start cracking and breaking. I got them done 1 week ago and I have two broken nails and a cracked one. I always get dip and I have natural nails and they only put a thin layer on. Then its like I wasted $60, I wont be going back.

All of the nail technicians are very skilled and talented. I especially recommend Pac. I got a gel pedicure and there were so many colors to choose from.

I made an appointment for my mom and I but when we got there we were told that they did not have an appointment scheduled. I showed my phone with the call going out to prove I had indeed made an appointment. We were told we could wait but it was probably going to be close to an hour. My mom is very sick and on a walker...this was supposed to be a special time with each other. I missed my sons basketball game, not to mention we are leaving on vacation in a few days. There was not even an apology or any real customer service offered. It was a very disappointing experience

Luxary Nails is a very clean place, and has a lot of options for colors. However, I payed 48$ to have one of the worst dipping jobs done on my natural nails that I’ve ever experienced. I got there at about 6:15, they close at 7:30. She was still doing my nails at 7:30. I would have rather had them turn me away then have someone unexperienced with dipping do my nails that I payed 48$ for. I’ve had my nails dipped a lot these past couple months and I’ve never had someone take that long, or do it the way she did them. They’re extremely thick, I’m just hoping they last. I must have just gotten unlucky because it seems like everyone else had great experiences here.
