I went here for a dip set and decided to do a manicure as well. Unlike most salons, they did not use pre sanitized/ sterilized tools. The girl opened her drawer and pulled out dusty (literally) tools and began to use them on me (cuticle clippers and push tool). The work she did was okay I definitely wouldn’t go back again. It was very awkward inside as it was silent in there besides the nail techs talking to each other. I gave them a shot because I saw the amazing work they do on Instagram. They do require a mask in the salon but techs don’t follow their own rules. One of them was sitting next to the girl doing my nails eating. There should be a designated place for them to eat or have down time. I went to school for all of this and I know how the protocols should be. Everything ended up being $65 and there was barely a manicure with the service.

This was my first time at this salon and I noticed they are under new management. Jason and Jenny did a great job on my moms and my manicure/pedicure. They kept asking and making sure that you like how your nails are coming out or if not so they can fix it to your liking. Regular price same as other places except this first visit since it was 30% off special.

Did not have to wait on a Sunday afternoon. They are so polite and following all mask and social distancing. This was my 1st time going for a pedi since covid and let me tell you that they were patient, took their time, and made sure me and my friend had a positive relaxing experience! A shellac pedi is about $50. Highly recommend!

I came for a basic Mani and pedi. The colors and top coats & clear gel were all sticky & thick as if the colors were old. When they filed my nails to a square round shape, I told them some were crooked, they said it was my hands & feet. Which mind you I never had this issue elsewhere. The only reason I came here was bc I had a gift certificate, that was gifted back in 2020. When I called I spoke to Jason who said he would honor the certificate past expiration due to covid. When I tried to pay today he gave me a hard time saying its almost a year. Im like you said you would honor it past the date due covid! Then dont say you would honor it when you dont want to.This is the last time I coming here. Save your money people go elsewhere.

Ive being coming to this nail salon since 2010 . This is the third new person to run the place and its been a long while since i have seen more nail techs. I have always been satisfied with the work they have done with my nails. But Ceci was especially nice and helped me pick the right colors for a nail design i wanted. She was great i love the way my nails came out but i love that she explained it all to me before i got it done including the price. She also stated if something happened to the nails within a week I could go back and they could have it fixed. Jenni did my pedicure and she did awesome. The massage pressure was just right. And she was very friendly too. The processing machine was down but Ceci was kind enough to make sure she gave me a call or text when it finally was processed. So i think things are turning around for this place. Give it another try.

So my fiance wanted to take me to get my nails done so i chose this place and omg i paid alot of money for shellac and he did a terrible job painting my nails...i have polish sitting all over my cuticles and i asked him to fix it and asked if it would possibly chip...and you can see some streaks....i dont think it was worth the money we spent. Bad experience. The nail tech was hilarious and had a great personality but other then that...NOPE!!!

I really love this place I have been going here for a while. They are super sweet and fun jason does my nails everytime and he does them amazingly. They are constantly making sure you like the nails and that you are okay. They have amazing customer service and I honestly love them!! And cc is super sweet and honestly makes you feel like your not a burden I love the quality of nails everyone here does!!❤❤❤

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I just walked out of there salon. They we’re removing the SNS DIP as I was looking for a new dip color and I look up to this. Mortified! Lena was taking off the did with nail clippers breaking my real nail. She walks away and lets Andy take over and all he can do is giggle and say it’s ok they will grow back. Repeatedly I had to tell him this is not ok. What are y’all doing. Y’all should be dipping my nails in the solution 😡😡 worst nail place ever. No wonder it was empty. And they were able to work on me right away!!!! And to get on and look at all the other horrible reviews. I’m livid

I asked for acrylic nails and got gel polish nails. I also did not like how they came out and they got busy so I left unsatisfied. I contact them and told them I didn’t like my nails. I went back in so they could fix them and got charged $20 for a polish change! I had already spend $115 with a tip! For that I could have gone somewhere else and received better service!

I highly recommend this place it’s super clean the staff is super nice ! They attended me super fast And the also offered me something to drink, they make sure your nails are perfect and exactly how you want them ! . I love how my nails came out 🤩 I will definitely be coming back ! ☺️

I went to Rose Nail on a Wednesday morning, 10 am. A pretty good time to go. The place was empty. There were no prices posted, so i asked. A regular pedicure is $26. What is shellac gel nails? All I wanted was gel. I was told gel nails was $25 and clear color would be $20. After an hour and a half they were still not done with my pedicure and had not started on my nails. This place is expensive and the service is mediocre. When the male did my pedicure I was afraid he was going to cut me. His hand was very unsteady. He did give a great foot massage. I would not recommend this place. There are far more reasonably priced nail salons with equivalent or better service.

I love coming here. My 18 yr old daughter and I have been coming for a year now and we love the fun friendly staff and I have never found a place where they do such an amazing job. I am going to stick around for a long time.

I think its sad this place has such horrible reviews my experience today with Tina was great. Best pedicure Ive ever ever had and my shellac nails look amazing . prices were standard and great conversation. Please give this place a shot before judging it off bad reviews Also they use unopened tools which is super important to me So many places these days dont do that.

Do Not Come Here! At least for waxing. My eye brows look awful. She left wax all over my face. Even In my hair! She kept trying to get me to buy other services. I kept asking her to remove the wax and she wouldnt. By far the worst experience Ive ever had.

Tina provided a great manicure. Dropped by between meetings and she was able to give me a quick but high quality manicure.

I dont even want to leave one star star as a review. Young lady there (too bad I didnt get the name) but was the only women there tonight, was very rude. I brought in my 70yr mom to get waxed for the first time. She was showing no patience and stood on her phone the whole time. What should have been a 30min wax, took like an hour. And at the end she was questioning how we were paying. I only stayed because my mom wanted to just stick it out. I have been here before, and had never experienced this type of service. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!It was completely empty when we got there and after we left. Go figure!

My nails look horrible, theres nail polish all over my cuticles, the round shape for my nails were off. I had to correct the lady multiple times. requested was too bright, literally a day later i requested a change the color and was told full price for a color. Other places have no problem changing the color free or partial of charge. I will not be coming back, i shouldve just listened to the last reviews about this place.

The staff never listens to the actual colors I wanted the did what ever they wanted and use the colors wanted I got nothing like what I wanted

I love the way one of the guy does my nails. He is a little rude at time though and it can be pricy. Ive been here 2 times and really like the way my nails come out so I keep going back and ask for the same guy. I dont think I would continue going here if it wasnt for that.

This place is a complete waste of money and I will never go back. Worse polish change I have ever had and thats after I complained about the first attempt after getting a pedicure. I expect smooth shiny nails after being painted and both myself and my daughter ended up with the complete opposite. Im not sure if it was the old polish or the dirty and dusty floor that caused the bubbles but for it to happen 3 times in one visit is ridiculous. As if that isnt bad enough I actually had to change the color of shellac polish on my finger nails. I could clearly see after the first coat that it was way too old and belonged in the trash and the nail tech who was applying it could hardly see even with his glasses. Very disappointed after spending over $100. Never again!!

Literally the worst nail salon. They wont listen to what I wanted and kept trying to get me to have shellac when I wanted a basic mani. I had dip powder on my nails that needed to be removed and he filed so hard on my nails they have dents in them, was messy and got acetone and powder all over my fingers so it look like I had super glue all over my fingers, it was white and flaking off. Then when it finally came time to paint my nails an hour later he got the nail polish everywhere, didnt clean the powder off so there was white powder under my nails and cut all my nails so uneven. He made me pay before he even started because he said it was easier in the end so I didnt ruin my polish, I should have waited because I would have walked out and never paid for the mess he did. Took him 30 minutes to try to fix what he did, I ended up walking out. Would give zero stars if I could

I went here to get a Brazilian Wax and a manicure. The wax room was small. I have worked in the cosmetology field and the process of getting the wax at this location was uncomfortable. I just laid there exposed. Most places have disposable thongs for you to put on. At one point during the wax a was bent over the table in a position that felt more like being strip searched in prison instead of enjoying a spa experience. Also, I am unsure if wax applicators were being redipped into the pot as I did not hear them being thrown away after each application. That is completely unsanitary. My manicure was a horrible experience also. The water was cold. I did not see tools that looked like the came from an enclave and were sanitized, they actually looked dirty. My nails were uneven. The polish was still not dry 3 hours later, it was bubbled, and she cut me. My thumb is very tender where she cut my finger. I had to go home, remove the polish, file, and repolish my own nails. At one point during my manicure the technician was making a call on her cell phone. I do not recommend this place to anyone and will NEVER go back. I may actually report them to Texas Licensing Commission.

I went there and 3 nails fell off in two days! I spent $50 on that set so I went back to get them fixed Bc that’s not right. So the lady offered to do powder and shallac because it would last longer and so I said ok. I thought they were gonna be free because I had just paid $50 three days ago for broken nails. I hand her my card and tell her to charge $10 for a tip and she charges me $55! I told her I thought they were free Bc the other ones fell off and she said no Bc I got something different and she said “she told me that”. She did NOT tell me that. And of course I got something different, what I got before did not stay on! I can’t believe I paid a total of $105 in a period of 3 days for nails....

My nails were very uneven and my nails didnt dry for the past 3 hours!! My nails are all bubbly and chiped already. The last that was doing my nails seemed as if she was in a rush she finished my nails in like 25 mins. She had a very ugly attitude I dont recommend this place AT ALL

They were very helpful to me being 38 weeks pregnant. The happy feet massage was worth every penny.

Went here today and first the lady that was in the front was so pushy to sell services to gain revenue that she didnt even hear what I wanted. I went in to get a full set and get my feet done she sit me down and I didnt even get to pick my color when I was getting my feet done they started working on my hands and completely didnt even understand what I wanted she was painting my actual nails after the fact I told her three times I wanted fakes nails they had the nerve to sit there and tell me that I never told her that and that I had to pay for what they did. I wouldve gave this place a negative stars but god damn this place sucks

The nails she did on me looked small. I told her I wanted a certain length and she said no because it’s going to be harder to work with. Bad quality nails. Bad coustomer service. Wouldn’t recommend it at all.

One star doesnt even count! Complained about my nails being uneven and not straight. I asked if they would fix them they said yes and failed to do so. I wanted my nails to be fixed not pay $30 for a crummy job.

1st & last time here! Went in for a pedi & white tip set! (Super basic!) for $70!!! Idc about the price as long as my nails look good which they didnt. Usually I pay $45 plus tip at my original spot for the same set & a pedi & they do a great job but decided to try here bc I was in the area, well Big mistake!!! My nails chipped that same day & looked smudged or bubbled? & my toe nails looked un even, btw she was very rough she even made my toe bleed! They did everything in a rush & I was the only customer there! The lady even picked the color for me I didnt say anything I just thought in my head never coming here again I dont recommend this place. I dont think crappy nails & a cut on my toe is worth $70!!

Waste of $30 for shellac nails, it looks like I closed my eyes and painted my nails. Ive been gone 2 minutes and they are already peeling on the sides. Very disappointed!! If I could take this 1 star away I would.
