Tony at Belmont Auto runs a great business in the neighborhood. We live nearby and when our car died, we walked over and Tony sent someone to jump our car with no questions asked and refused compensation. We are very lucky to have him in the area!

I cant often say that I feel fully confident that my mechanic is being honest or cares about me as a customer. Tony and his crew are some of the best mechanics Ive ever worked with. Pricing is beyond fair.I recently was looking for a used car but wanted to ensure I had it inspected. It was beautiful outside, mileage was good, cleanish Carfax. But they did a thourough inspection and noticed that their had been significant damage on the front and back end based on the way the metal frame was bent, plus they noticed it was an aftermarket hood that the guy replaced the likely destroyed original with.I drove to Columbus OH to look at another car and Tony got on WhatsApp with me to do a virtual visual inspection. I ended up buying the car and am very happy with it. Standup people, cant say enough good things about them.

Unprofessional a Mechanic.Firstly, I had a problem with Engine of my car and I drop my car here because the engine warning lamp of my car was on. And after a few days he said, it was repaired and I went to see my car but Engine light still is on. And he said; the engine light will be turn off but it was still on.And then; I drop my car here again within 2 days because he said; it was repaired, but it was NOT. The same problem happened to me again.Moreover he said, it has another problem of engine. When I drop my car again, He offered a different price than we agreed so I did believe that guy. I paid again and I faced the same problem again within 3 days and he offered a different price again and I didnt want to argue with him about that problem.Consequently, My car is still sleeping with the engine warning light lamp of my car is on.. Thats why I do NOT recommend this place.

Knowledgeable and experienced mechanics do great work at very reasonable prices. The owner is an honorable man who is sincere, courteous, and respectful to all customers. No need to worry about being sold something you don’t need. This place is honest and fair, and that’s rare these days.

I dropped my car here with my friend. When we talked about the problem of my car We did not understand each other because they dont speak English fluently. But I was in hurry so they could not help me.

A disrespectful and unprofessional place of business. Initially, the owner lured us in by saying he was an honest guy, and that the wheel bearing replacement would only take 4 hours. We agreed on a good price and dropped the vehicle off the following day. As soon as we dropped off the vehicle, the owner said that they actually needed the car overnight. We picked up the vehicle the next day, which at that point, he tried to charge us $100 more than we initially agreed on. We called him out on it, and he honored our initial agreement. As soon as we brought the car home, the breaks stalled and 3 emergency lights came on (ABS system, VSA system and power steering control). I took the car in immediately, which he then told me one of the ABS sensors needed to be replaced. Not sure why he failed to mention this initially? When we asked why the sensor failed their test, the owner could not give us a straight answer. He kept telling us to stop worrying, and that everything is fine. The owner continually brushed off our questions with extremely lengthy and unclear explanations that didnt answer any of our questions. He insisted the fix would be a quick 15 minutes. We took the car in the next morning, only to be told that they needed to order a different replacement part. It took over 4 hours of waiting for them to tell us that the initial replacement part did not work. All we wanted was a clear explanation of what to anticipate, yet he kept telling us that we were being impatient. An extremely rude owner, and I would not recommend anyone bringing their business here.

Probably some of the best service I’ve ever gotten for any of my vehicles. Tony called and updated me on everything going on. Was very accurate with the turn around time. Highly recommend supporting this gem of a local business for car care.

The best mechanic shop in the city. For once the owners are HONEST & decently priced. They had our vehicle ready in 1 day...quick, reliable and they even dropped us off & picked us up. I happened upon this place last week when my car was making some irregular noises, they diagnosed it, broke everything down for me, and even negotiated the price with me. They also turned it around in less than one day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I’m glad I found a perfect place for my new car .I really appreciate all guys who are working there .They did great job and they didn’t charge me super crazy which is very nice .Shortly I bought new car and few months later I hit my car when I tried get out fromy garage .It wasn’t bed but car was a super new .I was worry where I can ding good place to fix my car morever I didn’t have much money that time .I very very happy I chose this place to fix my baby car :)I very appreciate it guys !
